On Nov. 1, 2021, Salvensan replaced Blackhawk as the 3rd party billing for National Association of Preferred Providers, aka, Association Health Care Management. I have 3 service dates from September 2021 (1) and October 2021 (2), which have yet to be paid. Blackhawk shows on paper they are paid, however, they never issued a check. The transition of billing service for this change occurred in September and October 2021, with a beginning date for Salvesan on November 1, 2021. Our finance department at the local hospital reached out to me for help in getting these bills paid, because Salvesan Health is giving them the run around. I paid my co-pay. The debt to pay is a total of $417.00 for the 3 visits combined. Why is it taking nearly a year to get this payment sent to my local hospital! I paid my premiums on time. We have been more than patient. Now, trying to reach anyone on the phone with Salvesan is impossible. They have a message that states you have to submit your claims via email. The finance department at my local hospital has done this. What is it going to take to get these paid! I am not at all satisfied with this situation. This is part of the reason I cancelled my insurance with NAOPP in Feb 2022. I was paying a high premium for little provision and coverage. Ridiculous...
Desired outcome: Salvesan needs to pay the 3 claims immediately!!!
