I have received a call for Personal Loan, they said pay this much as a file charge and your loan will be done within 3 to 4 days.
Mr. Kumar kept asking many documents and I have fulfilled all the documents. I have all the email records with me. This guy's kept me saying that your Loan is clear, you are going to the amount in 10 days, 7Days, Month and many promises has done. I have recording as well.
Finally, my Loan got cancelled due their internal issue. When I asked them for my fees to return, they said it will be done in some days. Some days got over and it's been almost 4 months after my file got cancelled.
They are giving only days and not paying my amount.
Could you please help on this issue. I have got some contacts about this company and this company has done same as me with those people.
Now i have been calling from 15 days but they are not picking up my call and not replying to the messages.
Today when I said that i am going to complain about you then they replied over what's up saying money will transfer on Monday, but I do not believe this Mr Kumar. because this guy telling the same thing from past 4 months.

Desired outcome: I have no idea that they have taken money from many people, and they have returned. I am looking for my money and no one should get this problem in Future with this company so make sure this company should understand people's problem
