SLS - Specialized Loan Servicing review: re: payment-loan#1008683530

I made 2 payments for my trial modification to SLS, on Oct 11, 2018 for the amount of $2, 464 in form of cashiers check. After paying via money gram. My money gram payment was rejected, but I sent payment to SLS the overnight address via cashiers check and requested a signature to verify it was received. The payment has not been posted as paid, I am requesting to find payment for the trial modification. I have a copy of payment and postal service verification. I am requesting to find my 1st 2 payments made to SLS.
