This is a scam! You go on the site and they force you to rush your order so you don't even see their terms and conditions. Then they charged me $9.95 which if what I agreed to. Then a week later all of a sudden there is a charge on my account for $149.90! What? I called the company (and called, and called, and called). I finally spoke with Erin in customer service. She informed me that just by going on their website I agreed to their terms & conditions. No I did not! There was no place for me to select "I Agree" and this is crazy. They don't do refunds and I can only exchange my merchandise. They only sell the one thing. Why on earth would I want to exchange my product for the exact same thing?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
YES it is a SCAM the so called free trail cost me $149.50 plus $9.95 .We need a class action Lawsuit against these crooks, its just plain internet fraud
FRAUD is RIGHT! I received a defective product. I thought, "That's what you get for $12.95". I called and told them it did not work and they talked me into letting them send me a replacement part. I had no idea this would be counted in the 14 day trial. NOWHERE on the site did it mention that the real cost of this piece of junk was 149.90 + 12.95 shipping and handling. WHAT A JOKE! I will do everything in my power to make sure I get the word out so that nobody else gets scammed by these crooks!
this is one of the worst programs i have ever seen they are in my opinion cheats and scammers. by the time i received the product which doesnt stay charged more than 2 hrs and the filters dont last a day. mt trial period was up. when i called my trial period started the day i ordered what a crock. the person i talked didnt speak very good english imagine that. reminded me the credit card commercial from syberia DONT IN MY OPINION ORDER THIS PRODUCT YOU WILL BE DISSATISFIED
I got mine with NO problems what so ever...$12.95 for shipping was all I paid...
But I paid with my pre paid credit card that didn`t have anymore money in it except for the $12.95...
I got mine without any problems at all...But I did use my PRE PAID credit card with only enough funds to pay for the shipping like they asked for...
these people have to be stopped. they are putting others in danger of losing a lot as far as the bare needs to live day to day. things such as food and board. overdrawn accounts on the elderly with fixed income, people living paycheck to paycheck, and people just trying to survive. and they are doing this in the pretense of helping people quit smoking. they are pure evil and shall be judged both here and in eternity. i pray they have a change of heart and mine soon. primarily those who are employed by these crooked individuals because the final judgment is just that. may god bless them with love.
Well I am with all of you! I was never told about the 2 week return policy either. No where was that printed out for me to see. Infact, I have not even used mine yet. I did get a hold of them when my credit card company phoned me and Prado people told me to return and they would credit my account. Let's see if this really happens after reading all these complaints! It is too bad that companies do this to people, it hurts it for the good companies cuz it will be a long time before I try and order through the web again!
what kind of B.S. company is this. i purchased a pardo and find out insted of being charged the price they had on the internet. i get charged 69.90. i think its time to turn the crooks in to the better business bureau. i will be contacting them monday 4/11/11. i will file a lawsiut against them if this matter is not cleared up right away. im sure every complaint they have against them, every one works hard for there money. And i know i don't like giving my money away on a piece of CRAP that dont even work right in the first place.

I was recently charged for products I did not purchase on
the internet.
On April 14, 2011, I ordered an electronic cigarette from
www.smokefreely.com. I was billed appropriately for $7.95 with a single
currency International Assessment fee of $0.06 and my product was delivered
soon afterward.
On April 28, 2011, my account was billed for $149.90 with a
single currency International Assessment fee of $1.20 without my consent
causing my account to be overdrawn costing me an additional $24.00 NSF Fee.
The same day, I was again fraudulently charged $1.20, again
causing a $24.00 NSF Fee.
On May 13, 2011, I was again fraudulently charged $69.90 with
a single currency International Assessment fee of $0.56
The charges show up on my statement as:

When I went back to the website I found that I could not log
in to the account that I had created. The site stated that the account had been
locked and to contact the administrator. When I refreshed the page, a statement
appeared that their product would no longer be sold in California. (I'm in California!)
I tried to call the company at [protected] at various
times of day. A recorded message stated that their office is currently closed
and to call back during normal business hours. After 12 attempts, I stopped trying.
I looked up the business address, 14301 N. 87th Street Suite
#106 Scottsdale, AZ 85260 on Google.com and found it to be the office of an
appraisal service. Upon further investigation, I found that they have been investigated by the Arizona Attorney General's office more than once and have 300+ complaints at the BBB.
I have cancelled my card to prevent any further fraud
I am out over $270 because of a misleading internet offer

I ordered the trail for 19.95 than they kept sending refills that I did not sign up for
when I e-mailed them they cancelled it and refunded the charge of 69.90 before my follow up call

I signed up for the "risk free" trial for 14.95. Later I was charged 69.99 so I called and they told me they were also charging me 149.99. I was upset and they told me to send the kit back with a conformation number and I would only be charged the 69.99. The very next day they charged my account for 149.99 5 times! yes, within 3 minutes they charged my account 5 times, each time 149.99. My bank called and they closed my credit card down. We informed them it was fraud and now the bank is investigating the charges. [censored] I work hard to earn a living and support my wife and 2 year old son and these a-holes steal my money. All these complaints. why are they still able to do this? You can't hide additional cost at the bottom of a web page like it was a disclaimer. Its misleading and illegal. Why does google continue to support this? Please file a complaint wit hteh Better Business Bureau and Google.

Unfortunately, the BBB does nearly nothing. There were over 300 complaints against this organization over the past 2 years and they are still in business.
While the BBB states that the majority of these claims were "Resolved", there are no indicators of the outcome of the resolutions.
I agree I was also scamed-ordered the free trial and a few accessiories-pd my money-that I thought was a one time thing.Than product doesn't work effectively. And yesterday a charge came through my bank unauthorized in the amount of $149.90. How can this company get by with this? And when you call the number its a recording and can't even leave a message. Help us someone!We need a lawyer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 8644651, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The advertisement and explanation of charges were deceptive. The customer is led to believe that this is a one-time purchase of $14.95.
The original website from which the product was ordered has been changed and is no longer available for review. Currently, there is a new web page with a disclaimer stating that they no longer do business in California. I am located in California. (I assume an old page was re-used due to the date stated at the bottom of the page: 2010 instead of 2011)
I was unable to contact the company via telephone [protected]) on 12 separate occasions at various times of day (Between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm Pacific) over the course of 8 days. An answering machine with a female voice stated that I should call back during normal business hours every time (no time stated). Several messages were left by me and never returned. (4)
When I attempted to log in to my account at www.smokefrely.com, I was re-directed to www.safesecuretrial.com and when I entered my user name and password, I received a message stating that the account is currently locked and to contact the administrator. There is not a provision for contacting the administrator.
I was allowed no means of cancelling this bogus offer other than contacting my Credit Union and cancelling my account to prevent further fraud.
Further research into this company's business practices revealed:
Over 600 complaints nation wide over the past three years.
Over 300 BBB complaints filed with an "F" rating
The parent company is based in Malta.
The Arizona Attorney General has sought charges against them twice.
A Google search of "Prado Scams" or "Smokefreely.com Scams" reveals hundreds of people that have been duped by this "business" nation-wide under similar circumstances
At retailers, similar "kits" cost $40 - $50. The initial offer was $24.95 with a coupon code leading consumers to believe that they are getting an on-line bargain for $14.95 (total) I was billed for $149
At retailers, cartridge "refills" cost $8 for 5 cartridges. smokefreely.com charges in excess of $60 for the same product and sent them to me twice within 2 weeks billing me each time.
Because I was denied due process to return the product and cancel any agreement with this company (according to their posted policy), and charged three times within a 2 week period for products I did not order and was unable to cancel or return, I want my money back and overdraft charges against my account reimbursed. I will return the product postage-paid if so desired.

Well, couldn't find the lawyer you mentioned.
Besides, the only one that really wins in a successful class-action lawsuit is the lawyer anyway.

Ok I too got duped, I answered the add for the free trial s&h 14.95. Nowhere on the website did it say anything about charges down the road and or that I must return if not satisfied blah, blah blah. Well I just found out they charged my card 149.90 and I called the company spoke with Megan and she was reading off this bogus disclosure fine pring that I supposedly agreed to, NOT! Then she said I would be charged 60.00/month for refills! I insisted that this be canceled immediately and she gave me a confirmation code. I would have never agreed to something like this, I demanded to speak to a supervisor, she put me on hold then said her supervisor was busy with another call and she said her supervisor authorized a refund of 70.00, I said this does not satisfy me I want to be fully refunded (especially since the product is lousy). She rattled off another confirmation code for the 70.00 to which I responded that they will hear from my lawyer. I called my credit card co and they really couldn't do anything because the disclosure that appears on their website (NOW) fully states their intentions. They instructed me to contact the BBB and to get any evidence I could against them and get it back to them (credit company) for my dispute.

I have never been scamed before. THIS COMPANY IS ONE BIG (%#$&*^&&%$* ) SCAM! They ripped me off of $160.00!
