A Cautionary Tale: Beware of 17TRACK
Dear Readers, I feel compelled to share a cautionary tale based on numerous reviews I've come across regarding 17TRACK. It saddens me to say that the general sentiment from customers is one of deep dissatisfaction and mistrust. Many have reported issues such as undelivered items, misleading tracking information, and connections to potential scams. It's disheartening to see hard-earned money go to waste and trust shattered. As someone who values transparency and reliability, I urge you to exercise caution when dealing with 17TRACK. Your peace of mind and satisfaction are paramount, so please tread carefully in your interactions with this service. Remember, your trust is invaluable. Wishing you safe and secure online experiences. Sincerely, a concerned individual.
Walter W. ? 17TRACK Rep
People- let's let up on Walter- he is correct, though I do not agree with his form of arguing with all of you- he is fed up, he is not the one, who didn't research the company you bought from, so give it a rest!~
I too was scammed but not by Walter and his company, by the seller. Reading all this demeaning language is pathetic!, no one deserves this treatment, that has not done the problem, he is a worker for a packaging company! STOP on him already!
Tracking" doesn't mean "Manufacturing" people!
It's a shame that stupid people are able to leave reviews on a company they don't understand because 17Track is a great concept executed flawlessly! I started using this service after making an order on ador.com and having 17track recommend to track the parcel and found the experience so easy, i don't bother going to the courier's site when I order anything anymore, only 17Track!
Thank you for providing such a great service in the face of such stupidity!

Had mixed feelings now I'm satisfied
I had mixed feelings about this tracking site/app due to the awful reviews it had. I've placed an order on the 18th and was expecting it between the 23rd and 24th and wasn't seeing any recent updates in regards to my package after the 23rd. After contacting the seller, I was able to get a USPS tracking number and finally today I got my package today. The tracking information was accurate to an extent and the seller was really helpful and responsive. Maybe the partnering sellers are scams, but TTDEYE never failed me and 17TRACK is reliable
Best accurate tracking
This is particularly the best app to use for tracking AliExpress orders, it has 2 different sections in the tracking witch is origin (tracking outside your country) and destination witch is tracking inside your country so I really love how it works. AliExpress gave me fake incorrect of the product arriving in my country where as the app tells me where it really went. It's a good app for tracking products. It also shows you what the delivery company will be in your country. The app gives you the best tracking of what's happening with the product, but I will re-edit this review when the product arrives and see the tracking saying it arrived.
Don't shoot the messenger
This tracking service said my parcel was delivered, and it was. However, instead of the 2 pairs of shoes I ordered I got some junky jewellery packed up in a Zales box with the same tracking number. 17 Track is getting the heat for this, but how would they know what they are shipping? They ship whatever using only a tracking number--they are not the shipper. I blame the original company I ordered from. If you got a much smaller parcel than you expected, this is why--it's a scam perpetrated by the original company. Go after them. I may not get my money back, but I plan on being annoying in the meantime. Shown below is the parcel I received--I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Birkenshoped.com.
17TRACK Review: Long Wait, False Tracking, and Possible Scam
I recently made a purchase on 17TRACK (17track.net) for a pair of shoes on March 25th. The website indicated that the shoes arrived last Friday and were in my town. However, it took a whopping two months for the shoes to arrive. I have never waited for any order that long before. To make matters worse, the shoes have been out for delivery all weekend, but they have not been delivered yet. This is unacceptable, and I am considering filing a claim against the company.
What's even more puzzling is that the company claims to be from New York, but my item came from China. I looked up my shoes again, and it appears that they have many pages, all saying the same thing but with different states. This raises some red flags, and I hope that they are not scamming me. If they are, I hope they will pay me back my money.
When I tried to track my package using the carrier, nothing showed up. It was as if the tracking number did not even exist. This is frustrating, and I feel like I have been scammed. These scammers need to get a life and stop taking advantage of people. I will never order from this website again. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration.
Unreliable Shipping and Scam Companies: My Experience with 17track and Wayfair
I recently made a purchase of a 3-piece patio set and was informed that it would be shipped by 17track. I was given a tracking number and eagerly awaited the arrival of my package. However, upon checking the tracking information, I noticed that the package was still in China (I couldn't read that part) and then it was supposedly sent via USPS to various locations such as Chicago, Cleveland, and Maine Distribution center before finally arriving in Fort Fairfield, Maine on 10/14/21. Unfortunately, I never received my package.
It seems that 17track is not a reliable company and may be associated with scam Chinese companies. I believe that they are not responsible for delivering anything and are simply a front for these fraudulent companies. To make matters worse, the company I ordered from was called Wayfair and had a U.S. logo, which led me to believe that it was a reputable company. However, it appears that even Wayfair may not be trustworthy as they advertised on Scrabble Go without verifying the reputation of the company they were advertising for.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with 17track and Wayfair. I would caution others to be wary of these companies and to do their research before making any purchases. It is important to verify the reputation of the companies you are dealing with to avoid being scammed.
Warning: Terrible Experience with 17TRACK Delivery Service - Stay Away!
I recently had a terrible experience with 17TRACK (17track.net) and I feel compelled to share my story with others. I ordered some items on December 3rd of last year and unfortunately, I have not received my products yet. The worst part is that they claim that the items have been delivered, but I have not received anything. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially since I paid for the items and the delivery service.
To make matters worse, the company has refused to refund my money and keeps telling me that they will send out my products again. I have been waiting patiently for my items, but every time they claim that it has arrived, it is not at my address. I have cameras installed in my home and they even asked me if my neighbors could have stolen the package. However, I know for a fact that none of my neighbors are thieves because they do not want to be caught on camera. I have cameras watching below and above, so I am sure that my package never showed up.
I strongly advise anyone to stay away from these companies and their tracking number UFYVZ***381YQ. They are a bunch of hoax and fictitious sites that are scams and should not be allowed to operate online. It is unacceptable that they are still in business and are able to take advantage of innocent people. I hope that my experience will serve as a warning to others and prevent them from falling victim to these scams.
In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed with 17TRACK (17track.net) and their delivery service. They have caused me a lot of stress and frustration, and I would not recommend them to anyone. It is important to do your research and read reviews before ordering from any company online. Do not make the same mistake that I did and fall victim to these scams. Stay safe and be cautious when ordering online.
Disappointing Experience with Sowntly.com: Delayed Delivery and Missing Package
So, I recently ordered an air conditioner from Sowntly.com and everything seemed fine at first. However, it took about a month for my package to arrive and I was using 17track to track it. According to the tracking information, my air conditioning unit was at the post office on the 3rd at 10:56. So, I went to the post office to pick it up, but the postal worker told me that there was no package for me. I showed her my receipt and the tracking information that said it was there, but she insisted that it wasn't.
What's even more strange is that they kept telling me that someone had signed for it, but when I ordered it, I didn't give them my PO box number. I gave them my house address, so it's really weird that they would say someone signed for it. I told them that I would go back the next day to check again and if it wasn't there, I wanted a refund.
However, they emailed me back and told me that I needed to keep better track of my tracking information and that they would send another package instead of giving me a refund. I explained to them that if they sent another package, it would take another month to arrive and I couldn't wait that long. This whole situation is just crazy and I am really disappointed. I have learned my lesson and will never order from them again. I just want my refund and to be done with this whole ordeal.
Disappointing Experience with 17TRACK: Lost Packages and Lack of Customer Support
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience using 17TRACK. I placed a few orders through Facebook back in November and December of 2022, and I still haven't received any of them. According to the tracking information, they were delivered, but I never got my hands on them. I reached out to 17TRACK to see if they could help me figure out what happened, but they told me they have no control over the packages once they're handed off to the delivery service. Apparently, they don't even know who they handed them over to.
I tried contacting USPS, FedEx, and UPS to see if they had any information, but none of them could help me out. I'm out over $500, and the companies I ordered from won't even respond to me anymore. When I go to their websites, they don't even provide an email or phone number to contact them. To make matters worse, the stores I ordered from have a completely different name than what was sent to my email.
I'm at a loss for what to do. I even took pictures of two of the stores, but now they're not showing up in my search area in my email. The Nordstrom one is even closed now. It's just crazy to me that people would want to scam others like this.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend using 17TRACK. It seems like they don't really care about their customers or helping them out when things go wrong. It's just a shame that I had to learn this lesson the hard way.
Beware of 17TRACK: My Frustrating Experience with a Possible Scam
I recently had an experience with 17TRACK (17track.net) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order for a product on January 10th of this year and was charged by January 11th. The seller supposedly shipped out the product 5 days later and I was told that I received it 2 weeks ago. However, I never actually received the product and the seller's website, dawnofcastle.com, is no longer up and running.
When I tried to research information on that website, I found that the address was a personal home and the telephone number associated with it did not work or was not in service. I reached out to PayPal regarding the matter and they referred me to my bank. However, my bank referred me back to PayPal and my postal service says they have no information regarding this tracking information. It seems like no one wants to help me.
I have seen some people online suggesting that 17TRACK is a front for scammers who use the website to filter transactions and shipments that do not actually exist. I wonder if PayPal or 17TRACK can be held financially liable for this kind of situation. It's frustrating to feel like there's no one to turn to for help when you've been scammed.
Overall, I would caution anyone against using 17TRACK or any similar tracking website without doing your research first. It's important to be vigilant and protect yourself from scammers who are looking to take advantage of unsuspecting buyers.
17TRACK Review: Fake Tracking Information and Scams
I gotta say, I'm not too happy with my experience using 17TRACK. I ordered a couple of cycling jerseys from pearlizumisale.com and was given a tracking number for 17TRACK. But when my package arrived, it wasn't the jerseys I was expecting - it was a cheap necklace! And to make matters worse, the tracking information on 17TRACK said that my package was "READY FOR PICKUP" at the post office. I mean, come on, how can it be ready for pickup if I never received it in the first place?
So I decided to investigate. I went to the post office with my tracking number and a picture of the necklace package, and asked if there was a package ready for pickup. The postmaster showed me that the only package that had been scanned was the cheap necklace package, and there wasn't any other package ready for pickup. It was pretty clear to me that 17TRACK was part of the scam, probably getting paid by the scam sellers for adding fake tracking information to the system.
I'm not saying that 17TRACK is always involved in scams, but my experience definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. If you're using 17TRACK to track your packages, just be careful and make sure you're buying from a reputable seller. And if something seems fishy, don't be afraid to investigate - you never know what you might find!
17Track Review: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly of Package Tracking
The Good
I gotta say, 17 Track is pretty dope. It kept me in the loop about my package's journey all the way from China to my doorstep. It gave me all the deets I needed, like dates and times, and even the locations my package was at along the way. It was like having a personal GPS for my package.
The Bad
But, I gotta keep it real, there was a bit of a hiccup in the tracking. The service told me my package was out for delivery from my local post office, but it never showed up that day. I was like, "what the heck?" Then, the next day it pinged in a city two hours away. I was like, "uh, what's going on?" Finally, the following day, it was delivered to my mailbox. I mean, I'm not one to complain, but that was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. Maybe it was just an error on the postal service's part, who knows?
The Ugly
Now, here's where things get real ugly. The site I ordered from turned out to be a total scam. I'm talking about prices that were magically lower than 99% of other websites for the same item. And guess what? They used 17Track as their tracking provider. That's when I knew I was in trouble. I'm currently in the process of getting my money back from those scammers. So, let me give you a piece of advice. If you come across a website with prices that seem too good to be true and they use 17Track as their tracking provider, COVER YOUR BEHIND. There's a high likelihood that you've been scammed. It's a shame that scammers are using this free, unmonitored tracking service as a haven for their tactics. It's up to us as consumers to be wary of which sites we click "submit order" on the internet. Stay safe out there, folks.
Beware of Facebook Scams: My Experience with 17track.net
I got scammed the same day I ordered from a company on Facebook. They used a company name and logo (clearance warehouse) and web address that belongs to another company. The original website I ordered from looked very legit but it disappeared. The real company (Clearance Warehouse) posted a warning about the scam on their Facebook page. After I received my order confirmation email (from Ackray and Okelive) I noticed a different company name and address...that tipped me off and I checked it out. The second website was entirely different name and products. There were spelling variations in website addresses again after I contacted them and canceled my order within 24 hours that was guaranteed money back. The email address for customer service was a person's name not a company name. They asked me why I wanted to cancel and I said because it was a scam. They said too late order has been shipped and track the package through 17track.
I went to USPS to check the tracking number there and it does not exist. Fortunately, I reported the fraud to my credit card company the day of the order and closed the account. I am out $30 but glad it wasn't more than that. Beware of purchasing from ads on Facebook. Check out the company websites and verify they are legit. Also look for misspellings and slight variations in spelling of website addresses, etc.
I was really disappointed with my experience with 17track.net. I was hoping to track my package and see where it was, but the tracking number didn't even exist. It was frustrating to have to deal with this on top of being scammed. I wish the website had been more helpful or at least accurate. It's important to be cautious when shopping online and to do your research before making a purchase. I learned my lesson and will definitely be more careful in the future.
Overall, I would not recommend using 17track.net. It was not a helpful tool in my situation and only added to my frustration. I hope others can learn from my experience and avoid being scammed like I was. It's always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to online shopping.
Beware of Scams: My Experience with a Suspicious Online Shoe Purchase
So, I made a mistake and ordered a pair of running shoes from a random site that seemed to be from Australia. The shoes were listed at $65 Australian dollars with free shipping which converts to $40 something USD. I thought it was a great deal, but it turned out to be too good to be true.
After I placed my order, I received an email from a "global help center" that gave me a tracking number and a link to 17track.net. The language in the email was odd and raised my suspicions. I decided to check out the tracking number on 17track.net and it showed that the package was originating from a Lloyds Kitchen Pans in CA. This made me even more suspicious.
I tried to find the website where I bought the shoes, but it seemed to have disappeared. I found several other shoe sites that had the exact same layout, which was very fishy.
I checked my credit card account and saw that they had charged me $65 USD for my "shoes". I was confused because the shoes were supposed to be $40 something USD. This didn't add up.
Yesterday, I went back to the 17track.net site and saw that my "shoes" had been delivered, but not to me in Houston. They were delivered to Cheyenne, WY. I sent an email to the Global Help Center asking about my package, but I think I got scammed and will never see my money or shoes.
I learned my lesson. If it's too good to be true, it's too good to be true. These reviews don't really do anything because the buyer doesn't choose what shipping company or tracking site to use. It's just a shell to make the scam look legit.

Delivery of my package
I ordered on line from SHEIN over a month ago and have been tracking my package and it now says it was delivered Jan 30 to my home and I did NOT receive anything. I have been trying to reach someone with no response. I have requested a refund if they neglect to delivery, with again no response. Please look into this matter ASAP. The company supposed to be delivering is 17track.net/en.

When i tracked my parcel today it shows that it was delivered 38days ago to Stranger. Why did you deliver to a wrong address? I want my parcels, they were meant for a Birthday which has now passed. I paid lots of money for these items. Please bring my parcel.

Buyer Beware: My Experience with 17track and a Suspicious Seller
I recently made a purchase from dxncar and was given a tracking number from 17track. The seller claimed that the item was located in Ohio, but it turned out that it was actually being shipped from China. After waiting for several weeks, I still had not received my package. I tried to contact the seller and 17track, but I was unable to get any information about the shipping service that was being used.
It seems like scammers may be using 17track to give buyers a false sense of security. They make it seem like something is actually on its way, but in reality, nothing ever arrives. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I would recommend calling your credit card company and stopping payment if 17track becomes involved.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience using 17track. It was frustrating not being able to get any information about my package, and I felt like I had been misled by the seller. I would caution others to be wary of using this service and to do their research before making any purchases online.
Mixed Feelings About 17track: A Review of My Experience with Package Tracking
So, I bought something from Etsy and it took forever to arrive. I was getting pretty worried about it, so I asked the seller for a tracking number. They gave me a link to 17track, which I had never heard of before. I was a bit confused at first, but I clicked on the link and it took me to a page where I could see where my package was.
I asked the seller if they could give me a link to the company that was actually shipping the package, but they told me that 17track doesn't ship anything. I was a bit frustrated, but I figured that maybe there was just something wrong with the post company or something.
Anyway, I've been waiting for my package for 62 days now, and it still says "in transit" on the 17track website. I'm starting to think that I might never receive it, even though the seller keeps telling me that I'll probably get it soon.
Overall, I'm not really sure what to think of 17track. On the one hand, it's nice to be able to track my package and see where it is. On the other hand, it's kind of frustrating that it doesn't seem to be very accurate. I guess I'll just have to wait and see if my package ever actually arrives.
Disappointing Experience with 17TRACK: Falsified Deliveries and Poor Customer Service
I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with 17TRACK (17track.net) while trying to track a package from Somib Shop. Unfortunately, it seems that they may have falsified their supposed deliveries. When I reached out to them about my package supposedly coming from Grand Rapids, Michigan for delivery in Washington State, they removed my comments. This was concerning to me, as the tracking information stated that the package left Michigan at 6:45 am and was delivered to me in Washington State at 12:45 pm on the same day. I tried to explain this to them, but received no response other than them deleting my comments.
It's frustrating that the site states they are not responsible for any issues and to look to the seller for help, but the seller says to contact the site. It's a never-ending cycle of finger-pointing. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company and am keeping my fingers crossed for a positive outcome.
Overall, my experience with 17TRACK was disappointing. It's important for companies to take responsibility for their actions and not try to cover up any mistakes or issues. I hope that they can improve their customer service and be more transparent in the future.
Disappointing Package from Onecentss.com: A Review of 17TRACK's Tracking Service
I recently had an experience with 17TRACK (17track.net) that I wanted to share. I ordered a package from a website called www.onecentss.com for my granddaughters' CHRIST-mas presents this year. I placed my order on September 27th, 2022, and was excited to track its progress using 17TRACK.
The tracking information provided by 17TRACK was helpful in keeping me updated on the status of my package. It showed that my package had been shipped and was on its way to my address via USPS. I was eagerly awaiting its arrival, but unfortunately, when it finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed.
The package contained a ball of brown paper that was wadded up inside, and to my surprise, a broken gumball-toy ring was inside. I was shocked and angry that I had spent my hard-earned money on this package, only to receive a useless and broken item. I felt like I had been scammed and cheated by the website I had ordered from.
I was so disappointed that I vowed never to order from these thieves again. I urge other buyers to be cautious and do their research before making any purchases from this website. It's important to read reviews and check the credibility of the website before making any transactions.
Overall, my experience with 17TRACK was satisfactory, but my disappointment with the actual package I received overshadowed any positive feelings I had towards the tracking service. I hope that my review will help others avoid similar situations and make informed decisions when shopping online.
17TRACK Review: Shady Tactics and Frustrating Experience with Package Delivery
I'm writing this review to share my experience with 17TRACK (17track.net). I, like many others, have had a frustrating experience with this company. I ordered something and was given a tracking number from 17TRACK. However, my package never arrived. I was told that it had been delivered, but I never received it.
After doing some research, I discovered that I was not alone. Many people have reported similar experiences with 17TRACK. It seems that this company may be working with scammers to take advantage of unsuspecting customers.
What's even more frustrating is that 17TRACK uses this tactic to prevent customers from getting their money back through their credit card company. They claim that they provided shipping and that it's not their fault if the package never arrived. This leaves the customer out of luck and out of money.
I understand that mistakes can happen in the shipping process, but it's clear that 17TRACK is not taking responsibility for their mistakes. Instead, they are using shady tactics to keep customers from getting their money back.
Overall, I would not recommend using 17TRACK for your shipping needs. There are plenty of other reputable companies out there that will provide better service and won't try to scam you out of your hard-earned money.
Mixed Experience with 17Track: Tracking Success but False Delivery Notification
So, I recently had an experience with an online shopping website that left me feeling pretty frustrated. I saw an ad on Facebook for some really cool merchandise at a super low price. I couldn't resist and placed an order. However, after a few days, I realized that I hadn't received any confirmation or shipping information from the company. I started to get worried that I had been scammed.
Thankfully, I had used PayPal to make the purchase. I filed a complaint with them and they reached out to the company on my behalf. The company responded with a tracking number, but it was for China Post. I tried to track the package using China Post's website, but the tracking number didn't show up in their system.
The company then told me that I needed to use a website called 17Track to track my package. I was skeptical, but I decided to give it a try. To my surprise, the website was able to track my package all the way from China to my doorstep. However, when it said that the package had been delivered, I couldn't find it anywhere.
I was really frustrated at this point and decided to escalate the complaint with PayPal. They were incredibly helpful and eventually refunded my money. While I was disappointed that I didn't receive my merchandise, I was relieved that I wasn't out any money.
Overall, my experience with 17Track was mixed. On one hand, it was able to track my package when China Post couldn't. On the other hand, it said that my package had been delivered when it hadn't. I'm not sure if I would use the website again, but I'm glad that it was able to help me in this situation.
Beware of Wayprima Scam: My Experience with 17TRACK Tracking Website
I recently had an experience with Wayprima where I ordered a package at the beginning of June. At first, I was excited to see that my package was supposedly on its way, with updates on the 17TRACK website saying that it had been released from customs. However, as time went on, I began to realize that something was off.
Despite my attempts to contact Wayprima for more information, all I received were generic emails with my tracking number and instructions to check my shipment. What was frustrating was that they didn't even tell me which company was delivering my package, whether it was UPS, USPS, Fedex, or someone else entirely.
After doing some research, I discovered that Wayprima is actually a scam website, and that they're known for working with other fake websites to trick people into thinking that their packages are on the way. It's a shame that 17TRACK is one of the websites that they're working with, because I used to trust them.
In my opinion, 17TRACK deserves a negative 10 for their involvement with these scammers. It's disappointing that they're not doing more to protect their customers from these kinds of fraudulent activities. And to be honest, I don't really care if they've opened facilities in London or anywhere else - that doesn't change the fact that they're working with shady companies.
Overall, I would advise anyone to be very cautious when using 17TRACK or any other tracking website. Make sure that you're ordering from a reputable company, and don't trust any updates that seem too good to be true. It's better to be safe than sorry!
Unreliable Tracking Services: My Experience with 17Track.net
This tracking company is not up to par when it comes to updating tracking information. If you're hoping to receive your item before a certain event, I suggest looking elsewhere. It's frustrating to have to send extra emails just to find out what's going on with your package. It's clear that this tracking site doesn't take its job seriously. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever receive my products or my money back. It's been over 21 days since I placed an order with Pretty Transfers and the last tracking update from 17Track.net was on 11.16.22. I'm not impressed.
I highly recommend that you save yourself some time and avoid using this tracking company altogether. Instead, opt for companies that use a dependable and reputable delivery service. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later. It's frustrating to have to constantly check the tracking information and not see any updates. It's even more frustrating when you're not sure if your package is lost or just taking a long time to arrive.
I understand that things happen and packages can get delayed, but it's important for tracking companies to keep their customers informed. Unfortunately, 17Track.net has failed to do so. I hope that they take their job more seriously in the future and improve their tracking services. Until then, I'll be looking for other tracking companies to use for my future purchases.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a reliable tracking company, I suggest avoiding 17Track.net. They have not lived up to their promises and have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Don't make the same mistake I did. Choose a company that values their customers and provides accurate and timely tracking information. Tracking# -----------8580
False Tracking Information from 17track: A Frustrating Experience with AliExpress Orders
I recently had a couple of orders from AliExpress and the supplier gave me 17track for tracking information. Unfortunately, both orders never arrived and the tracking information turned out to be completely false. I was really disappointed with 17track because it showed that the shipments arrived in the country, went through customs, and were waiting for pickup at a post office. However, it didn't specify which post office and when I checked with the Philippine Postal Service tracking site, there was no record of either item ever entering their system.
I was really frustrated with the situation because I had no idea where my packages were and 17track was giving me false information. It was really disappointing to see that the items were marked as delivered when they were not. I felt like 17track was supporting scammers and it was really frustrating to deal with.
Thankfully, AliExpress agreed to refund one of the orders, but the other one is still awaiting their decision. I hope that they will be able to resolve the issue soon because it's really frustrating to deal with this kind of situation. Overall, I would not recommend using 17track because it seems like a scam and it's not reliable at all. It's really disappointing to see that there are companies out there that support scammers and it's important to be careful when shopping online.
Frustrating Experience with 17TRACK: A Review of Supic Company Limited's Delivery Process
I recently had an experience with 17TRACK (17track.net) that left me feeling frustrated and confused. I had ordered a scooter from Supic company Limited and received an email from ***@kinchva.com stating that the package had been delivered. However, when I checked with the post office, they informed me that the tracking number provided was not even a US tracking number.
After informing the company of this issue, they apologized and offered to send the item again in a more secure way. They provided me with another tracking number, but unfortunately, I still did not receive my scooter. Instead, I received a pair of gloves that were dropped off at my door about a month ago. While the gloves were delivered to a wrong address, it was close enough to mine that they were still delivered.
Unfortunately, there was no way for me to tell how the gloves were delivered or by whom. There wasn't even an address for the sender. This experience left me feeling frustrated and unsure of how to proceed. While I appreciate the effort made by the company to send the item again, it was disappointing to not receive it once more.
Overall, my experience with 17TRACK (17track.net) was not a positive one. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of communication and clarity surrounding the delivery of my package left me feeling uncertain and disappointed. I hope that in the future, the company can improve their tracking and delivery processes to ensure that customers receive their items in a timely and secure manner.
I need information for my order.
I placed a huge order from a company in China. But have not received it yet. This was placed last month. I do have the tracking number and will provide if needed. It says it was delivered but I have not received it yet.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
