People- let's let up on Walter- he is correct, though I do not agree with his form of arguing with all of you- he is fed up, he is not the one, who didn't research the company you bought from, so give it a rest!~
I too was scammed but not by Walter and his company, by the seller. Reading all this demeaning language is pathetic!, no one deserves this treatment, that has not done the problem, he is a worker for a packaging company! STOP on him already!

It's a shame that stupid people are able to leave reviews on a company they don't understand because 17Track is a great concept executed flawlessly! I started using this service after making an order on ador.com and having 17track recommend to track the parcel and found the experience so easy, i don't bother going to the courier's site when I order anything anymore, only 17Track!

I had mixed feelings about this tracking site/app due to the awful reviews it had. I've placed an order on the 18th and was expecting it between the 23rd and 24th and wasn't seeing any recent updates in regards to my package after the 23rd. After contacting the seller, I was able to get a USPS tracking number and finally today I got my package today. The tracking information was accurate to an extent and the seller was really helpful and responsive. Maybe the partnering sellers are scams, but TTDEYE never failed me and 17TRACK is reliable

This is particularly the best app to use for tracking AliExpress orders, it has 2 different sections in the tracking witch is origin (tracking outside your country) and destination witch is tracking inside your country so I really love how it works. AliExpress gave me fake incorrect of the product arriving in my country where as the app tells me where it really went. It's a good app for tracking products. It also shows you what the delivery company will be in your country. The app gives you the best tracking of what's happening with the product, but I will re-edit this review when the product arrives and see the tracking saying it arrived.

This tracking service said my parcel was delivered, and it was. However, instead of the 2 pairs of shoes I ordered I got some junky jewellery packed up in a Zales box with the same tracking number. 17 Track is getting the heat for this, but how would they know what they are shipping? They ship whatever using only a tracking number--they are not the shipper. I blame the original company I ordered from. If you got a much smaller parcel than you expected, this is why--it's a scam perpetrated by the original company. Go after them. I may not get my money back, but I plan on being annoying in the meantime. Shown below is the parcel I received--I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Birkenshoped.com.

I realized I was scammed the same day I ordered from a company on Facebook. They used a company name and logo (clearance warehouse) and web address that belongs to another company. The original website i ordered from looked very legit but it disappeared. The real company (Clearance Warehouse) posted a warning about the scam on their facebook page. After I received my order confirmation email (from Ackray and Okelive) I noticed a different company name and address...that tipped me off and I checked it out. The second website was intirely different name and products There were spelling variations in website addresses again after I contacted them and canceled my order within 24 hours that was guaranteed money back. The email address for customer service was a person's name not a company name. They asked me why I wanted to cancel and I said because it was a scam. They said too late order has been shipped and track the package through 17track. I went to USPS to check the tracking number there and it does not exist. Fortunately, I reported the fraud to my credit card company the day of the order and closed the account. I am out $30 but glad it wasn't more than that. Beware of purchasing from ads on Facebook. Check out the company websites and verify they are legit. Also look for misspellings and slight variations in spelling of website addresses, etc.

I ordered on line from SHEIN over a month ago and have been tracking my package and it now says it was delivered Jan 30 to my home and I did NOT receive anything. I have been trying to reach someone with no response. I have requested a refund if they neglect to delivery, with again no response. Please look into this matter ASAP. The company supposed to be delivering is 17track.net/en.

I bought the above mentioned parcels 3months ago on Instagram. Been tracking and emailing my seller who gave me your name as a tracking number company in use. All this long my parcel was not found on your system until today.

When i tracked my parcel today it shows that it was delivered 38days ago to Stranger. Why did you deliver to a wrong address? I want my parcels, they were meant for a Birthday which has now passed. I paid lots of money for these items. Please bring my parcel.

Hello I am trying to contact somebody to be able to receive my package that I had ordered and I have tracked it on 17 track and it says that the package was delivered to my mailbox on 8/5/23 but it being a queen size mattress caught camping cot it would not fit in my mailbox therefore I have not received it please contact me back.
