Parcel Direct Scammers - avoid at all costs

I booked a collection and delivery through this company at the start of November. I subsequently had to cancel for legitimate reasons and this was done less than 15 minutes after the booking went through.

I was assured by a Michael from Customer support that I would receive my refund of €24.43 within 5-10 days.

Multiple ignored emails and 2 months later and still no Refund.

Disgraceful customer service so do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.

Recommendation: Avoid

Parcel Direct Terrible Customer Service and No Refund: My Experience with Parcel Direct

Parcel Direct is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. Their customer service is very poor and they don't reply to customers' emails. I had to cancel an order and they promised me a refund, but I never received it. They took 355 Eur from me for nothing! It's been over 3 months and I'm still waiting for my money. I've sent them several emails, but they don't even have the decency to answer me. I couldn't find any cancellation policy on their website, which is very frustrating. This company is a joke! I'm very disappointed with their service and I wouldn't use them again.

Parcel Direct Nightmare Experience with Parcel Direct: Lost Parcel, Poor Service, and No Refund

So, I had a bit of a nightmare experience with Parcel Direct recently. I was sending a bronze statue over to the USA (as you do) and unfortunately, it got lost in transit. I mean, these things happen, right? But what really got me was when they admitted that it was actually their driver's fault for not scanning the parcel at pickup. I mean, come on guys, that's just basic stuff!

Anyway, I had to engage a solicitor to try and recover my statue, which was worth a whopping 51 quid. I also paid an extra 20 for insurance, which I was hoping would cover me in case anything went wrong. But no such luck. I've been chasing them for ages now, trying to get my money back, but they've been totally ignoring me. It's like they don't even care!

They did eventually tell me that my money would be returned to my card before Christmas, but I'm not holding my breath. I mean, if they can't even scan a parcel properly, how can I trust them to sort out a refund?

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Parcel Direct to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable courier service, you're better off going elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Parcel Direct Disappointing Experience with Parcel Direct: Delayed Collection and Poor Communication

So, I was really hoping to send a parcel to Italy in time for Christmas, and I thought Parcel Direct would be a good option. I paid for the collection last Friday, but it's now Thursday and still no sign of anyone coming to pick it up. I've called them four times now, and each time they say they'll put in a request to the depot, but nothing seems to be happening. They keep saying they can't guarantee it'll be collected today, but I'm starting to lose hope.

Honestly, I'm pretty frustrated with the whole situation. I understand that things can get busy around the holidays, but I feel like Parcel Direct should have been more upfront about any potential delays. It's not like I'm asking for anything unreasonable - just a simple collection and delivery.

At this point, I think I'm going to have to go to the post office and try to send the parcel that way. It's not ideal, but I don't really see any other options. And I definitely won't be using Parcel Direct again in the future. It's just not worth the hassle and stress.

Overall, I would say that my experience with Parcel Direct has been pretty disappointing. I don't think I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you're on a tight deadline. It's just not worth the risk.

Parcel Direct Parcel Direct Review: Unreliable Shipping Company with Shady Practices

I gotta say, Parcel Direct is not the best company out there. I had a pretty bad experience with them recently. My package got all messed up during shipping, and it was pretty clear that it was the courier's fault. Parcel Direct told me that I could get some compensation for the damage, which was a relief. But then, when I gave them my bank details so they could pay me, they just stopped replying to my emails. What the heck, right?

To make matters worse, I had actually paid extra for insurance to cover my package. But Parcel Direct didn't even report the full value of my goods to UPS, so my package wasn't fully covered. I mean, come on. That's just shady.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Parcel Direct to anyone. They seem like a total scam to me. I'm actually thinking about taking legal action against them, that's how bad my experience was. So yeah, if you're looking for a reliable shipping company, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Parcel Direct Parcel Direct Review: Lost Package and No Accountability - Avoid at All Costs

This company is a complete sham. I recently booked a pricey 1-2 day service from Ireland to the UK with UPS through Parcel Direct. However, my package was lost right after it was picked up and Parcel Direct seemed to have no concern whatsoever. They told me that they had to wait at least 24 hours before UPS would give them an update on the situation. It's ridiculous that they take no ethical responsibility for your items and won't even try to find out where they are.

To make matters worse, my package contained important legal documents and title deeds for a property that are now missing and irreplaceable. It's absolutely unacceptable that a company like Parcel Direct would allow this to happen. It makes me wonder if they're just a one-man operation working out of a shed somewhere.

Overall, I would not recommend Parcel Direct to anyone. Their lack of care and responsibility for their customers' items is appalling and I would hate for anyone else to have to go through what I did.

Parcel Direct Disappointing Experience with Parcel Direct: Poor Service and Terrible Customer Support

So, I had to send a parcel and I thought I'd give Parcel Direct a try. I booked it in early, as it was really important that it got there on time. But, the next day came and went and there was no sign of anyone coming to pick it up. I was pretty annoyed, so I called them up to find out what was going on. They told me that it would definitely be picked up the next day, but that didn't happen either. This went on for a few days, until finally, on a Friday, they came to pick it up.

I was told that it would be delivered on Monday, but of course, that didn't happen either. It finally arrived on Tuesday, which was really frustrating. I mean, I understand that things can go wrong, but the lack of communication and the delays were just unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. When I called to find out what was going on, the person on the other end of the line was really unhelpful and didn't seem to care at all. It was like they just wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible.

Overall, I would definitely not recommend Parcel Direct. The service was really poor and the customer service was even worse. If you need to send a parcel, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Parcel Direct Avoid Parcel Direct: Lost Box, Poor Service, No Protection

I had a really bad experience with Parcel Direct. I have to say, their service is just appalling. They lost a box of mine which had contents worth 1000 euros, and I had paid extra to insure it. But guess what? They subcontract from other companies, so you lose all the protections that these other companies (like FedEx etc) would normally give.

I lost the box in December 2016, and it's now May 2017 and this is still not resolved. Can you imagine how frustrating it is? I had to fill in hours worth of paperwork, and they made an insulting offer of compensation that barely covered the fee they charged! I mean, come on! How can they think that I still ought to pay for a service I didn't receive?

I am only left with the option of taking them to small claims court, so this is ongoing. It's really a shame that I had to go through all this trouble just because of their incompetence. I would advise anyone to keep away from Parcel Direct.

Parcel Direct Parcel Direct: A Complete Disaster - Beware of Their Scam Tactics

This company is a complete disaster. I recently had a terrible experience with Parcel Direct and I am still fuming about it. After my parcel was delivered, I was charged an extra 106 euro weeks later. They claimed that my parcel was 10 times bigger than what I had paid for. I couldn't believe it! I had paid for an envelope size parcel that weighed no more than 1kg, but they charged me for a 74cm length item that weighed just under 17kg. What kind of idiot FedEx worker can't measure a basic item? It's ridiculous!

I can't believe that Parcel Direct would try to scam me like this. When I tried to resolve the issue, their account team told me that they only deal with emails. They asked me to send a picture of the item that was posted abroad. Are they crazy? Do they think I'm going to take a selfie with my parcel? This is just ridiculous!

The only hope I have is that the item was delivered to a hotel in Italy and signed for by one of the staff members. Hopefully, they will be able to confirm the size of the item and prove that Parcel Direct is in the wrong.

I can't believe that I have to go through all of this just because of their mistake. It's not fair that I have to pay extra because they can't do their job properly. I would never recommend Parcel Direct to anyone. They are a complete scam and should be avoided at all costs.

Parcel Direct Terrible Service and Late Delivery: My Experience with Parcel Direct

This company is absolutely terrible! I placed an order on Sunday and paid for it, and received an email confirmation and invoice stating that my parcel would be collected between 9am-5pm the next day. However, the next day came and went, and I had to chase them up. This happened again and again for the next few days until finally, after 6 days, my parcel was collected on a Saturday afternoon.

I wasted so much time chasing them up for what should have been a simple and straightforward transaction. My mother spent days waiting for the courier to arrive, and if she had to leave the house, she left the gifts sitting in the doorway just in case the driver showed up. As a result, the birthday gift arrived almost a week late instead of being a nice surprise on time.

Their excuse was that they were really busy and that these are unprecedented times. But come on, we are 11 months into this pandemic, and if they don't have their act together, they will keep losing business to those who do!

What's worse is that the driver or Parcel Direct never contacted me or my mother, even though we had given them our phone number. While I did receive prompt and polite replies from customer service, I would never recommend this company to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Parcel Direct Avoid Parcel Direct at all costs - Terrible service and damaged goods

I had a really bad experience with Parcel Direct (parceldirect.ie). I was so disappointed that I wish I could give them a 0 or negative star rating. I would advise anyone to avoid them at all costs. They are only good at taking your money, but they can't deliver your parcel safely.

I booked 10 boxes to be collected from Ireland and sent to France, but only 9 were sent. I am still waiting for the refund for the last box, which was over a month ago. On the collection day, I had to stay home from 8 to 5 and wait for the collection. I called in the morning to get information, but they couldn't give me a time. The man who came to collect the boxes was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. He threw the boxes into his van, which could have damaged the fragile/personal stuff inside.

I emailed Parcel Direct straight away to give them the exact address and my phone number in France. However, the delivery driver couldn't find the address and I didn't receive any calls. After a few days, they asked for the exact delivery address because the driver was having trouble finding the house. Finally, they passed on my phone number and the delivery driver called me to organise a delivery time. Only 7 boxes arrived, meaning we were missing two. How did that happen? They were all sent at the same time!

When we opened the boxes, everything that could be broken was broken. Even the things that I thought couldn't break have broken as well. I was heartbroken. The 8th box arrived on its own about 10 days after. It showed up in a different box than the one I sent, and everything inside was broken as well. Some packs that were in smaller boxes had been broken to pieces and the boxes were even missing. A number of my things have disappeared.

The last box was due to be delivered a couple of days later, but it was marked as delivered on the parcel tracking. I called Parcel Direct to ask about my parcel, and I was told it was sent by someone called "Cathy", which is not anywhere near my name. My belongings were apparently sitting in a stranger's home, and Parcel Direct told me they would try to get back to me in the next 7-10 days. Luckily, the next day I received a call from a nearby store saying they had a box under my name. The driver just decided to drop off my things into a random store, without informing me.

I paid 350 euros for this terrible service, and none of the things I sent can be used any longer. I expect a full refund. I have been trying to contact Parcel Direct for nearly 10 days now, but they are completely ignoring me. I can't believe such a lack of professionalism and care from a company that is supposed to ship parcels. This is absolutely shocking. Stay away from Parcel Direct, people.

Parcel Direct Parcel Direct: Inconsistent Delivery, Proceed with Caution

PARCEL DIRECT TOO MUCH. WE SENT A BUNCH OF BOXES WITH THEM AND ONLY HALF OF THEM GOT TO WHERE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GO. WE'RE STILL WAITING FOR THE OTHER HALF. I DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS THEIR FAULT OR IF SOMETHING HAPPENED DURING TRANSIT, BUT EITHER WAY, IT'S BEEN A BIG HEADACHE. I WOULD SAY IF YOU'RE GOING TO USE PARCEL DIRECT, JUST BE CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE YOU KEEP TRACK OF EVERYTHING. DON'T TRUST THEM TOO MUCH.

Parcel Direct Parcel Direct Review: Total Scam, Do Not Trust Them with Your Money!

This company Parcel Direct is not to be trusted, they are a total scam! I had a really bad experience with them when I was trying to buy some SB tickets. They were supposed to act as a third party and broker the transaction for me, but instead they took over $1600 of my hard-earned money and then disappeared into thin air. I have been trying to contact them via email, but they are not responding at all. It's really frustrating and I feel like I have been totally ripped off. I would definitely not recommend Parcel Direct to anyone, they are a complete and utter scam.

Parcel Direct Unresponsive Support: My Disappointing Experience with Parcel Direct Delivery Service

Parcel Direct is a delivery service that I recently used to send a package to my friend. I have to say, if everything goes smoothly, it's probably because the couriers are doing their job right. However, if there's an issue with the delivery, don't expect any help from Parceldirect support. In my experience, they were completely unresponsive and unhelpful.

I had an issue with my delivery and tried to contact their support team multiple times, but they seemed to have vanished into thin air. It was an awful experience, and I wouldn't recommend using Parcel Direct to anyone. I definitely won't be using their service again.

It's frustrating when you're relying on a delivery service to get your package to its destination, and they don't provide any support when things go wrong.
