The Perfect Second Address
As I was moving my family from California to Arizona I needed a "temporary" address until we closed escrow. Well, that was over 7 months ago and we've grown to really like Alan and his family that run the iPostal location in Peoria. We've had a few times that we needed to get documents that were sent and they were willing to stay a few minutes later until we could get there.
The iPostal online portal is great because I can see if what I've received is important and needs to be picked up that day.
I highly recommend iPostal to anyone looking for a great second address.
A BIG KUDOS and COMPLIMENT to Alistair your customer
A BIG KUDOS and COMPLIMENT to Alistair your customer service agent. We had an issues with your notary and Alistair handled it immediately, got us a refund and a new notary at free of charge. When we called to complain, Alistair answered promptly, apologized and resolved the issue. Your company is great. My wife and I spent several hours online evaluating Virtual Mailbox services and selected yours over the others. We are glad we did! Very user friendly and customer service with a real person that really understands the importance of customers! Keep it up, congratulations!

Sir/Ma'am: Sending feedback on the services and support
Sir/Ma'am: Sending feedback on the services and support provided to me today by Analise. She is a true professional. She assisted in correcting information to my account in quick manner. Then guided me through the steps/process in locating crucial information I requested. She went out of her way to send screen shots (which was VERY helpful). She is a true professional and an outstanding ambassador for IPostal1. I look forward to working with her and your company again in the future. Thank-you again and please pass my thanks, great job done and Bravo Zulu to her. Respectfully, Allen
Easy
I signed up for this to have a business address to put on my shipping labels. I have no actual need to ship anything to my address, but I would only use it as a last resort because the location I chose charges $5 for a package. Yeah! They charge me to come inside the store and pick up my own package lmao!
Setting this up is not entirely virtual, I wasn't about to pay someone $25 for a stamp so I went to UPS to get notarized - it was $4 there.
I signed up for the month to month as I didn't want to commit 1 year right away. My card is charged monthly with $9.99.
Someone complained customer service was slow but I used their site chat after hours and I was helped by an actual person and they were pleasant to speak with.
10/10 Would recommend iPostal1 for virtual address service
We're happy with iPostal1 so far. We've used the address for various business needs to protect our home address; however, we haven't actually received any mail to our virtual address yet. Setting it up wasn't perfectly seamless, but no real issue (our address is at Staples and we went in person to provide the needed paperwork). The two Staples employees working had never actually set up an iPostal1 address before, so they needed to call the off-duty employee who usually handles it. It only took about 15 minutes and we had fun looking around the store. I love office supplies, but my spouse/business partner thinks I'm weird, haha. Definitely would recommend iPostal1 to anyone looking for a very inexpensive virtual address service.
Hello
Hello,
I hope you're staying safe and doing well!
I wanted to send along a note letting you know how wonderful my experience has been working with Alistair Smith. Alistair has been my point of contact at iPostal1, and has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, resourceful and just an overall pleasure to work with. He has answered my many questions thoughtfully, taking time to explain everything and answer any follow-up questions (which I often have!). He has also connected with others at iPostal1 if he needed to confirm information, always making sure he was giving me the correct answer.
I just wanted to let you know (although I'm sure you don't need reminding!) what a wonderful team member you have there.
Thank you, and stay safe!
Jill
I was having a very hard time getting my 1583 updated
I was having a very hard time getting my 1583 updated and my account approved.
As you know, your help function on your website DOES NOT WORK.
This led to deep exasperation over trying to upload a simple form and that's when I ended up speaking to Shannon.
Thank God for Shannon! She was patient, reassuring and most importantly - professional. She treated me like a customer, helped solve my problem and stayed with it until my account was approved.
In this day and age, when customer service barely exists, Shannon was a breath of fresh air. Do whatever you need to do to make sure this woman never leaves your employment. Promote her, double her pay, do what you need to do.
I'm barely exaggerating. I will not even go near what happened to me before I reached Shannon. IPostal1 was a total dumpster fire to that point. Shannon was the life preserver.
Simple, Add-on Profit Center with minimal investment
We have been an iPostal center now for a year. We found it to be great simple add on profit center. One issue that I see is that the customer base, i. E. mailbox customers, are frequently not business oriented. This is reflected in some of the negative reviews that I see on here.
The site works great for both us (the mail center) and the customer (box holder). Both sides have a great simple browser based interface with clear description of costs and procedures. Customers are provided mailboxes at 70% of the cost of an actual box. Customers receive daily scans of their mail and are offered services such as scanning and/or forwarding as a part of their base box cost. The curious thing is I see reviews where the reviewer is complaining about the cost of forwarding and scanning. Those add on services require staff and mailing costs. Plus the costs are detailed on their main browser window.
iPostal1 has been the best mail forwarding service for us!
iPostal1 has been the best mail forwarding service for us! Their app makes everything so easy and they are very prompt in sending out our mail when requested. We are so pleased and have already recommended their service to friends.
I happy with my service. Great service for my business.
Everything has been fine so far. I have been able to pick up mail with no issue. I mainly use it as a return address for business mail.
The portal is working great for us! The facility managing my mail have been helpful as well
Enjoying the service so far! It has provided a vital piece for my business.
I've been using iPostal1 for a few months now, thru a local mailbox store
I've been using iPostal1 for a few months now, thru a local mailbox store. I love it. The people at the mailbox store are so nice and help me with all of my needs. iPostal1 has been great and I'll continue to keep using their services. Thank you!
Very professional operation, but it's onerous to have to make an appointment just to come in to pick up our mail!
Very Pleased with the service if you are a person on the go its great or if your mail service is horrible in your area go I postal
User-friendly app, speedy service. Very pleased with the options and pricing, as well.
Very pleased with this service. The app, photo's of mail or packages and convenience of scheduling make this service a great option to the *** PO Boxes. You guys are doing it right!
The process of setting up a virtual office through iPostal1 was straight forward and took just moments
The process of setting up a virtual office through iPostal1 was straight forward and took just moments. When I reached out for support months after my initial transaction I received a prompt and courteous response and my issue was resolved immediately.
Great and secure service ?Variety of options in any state.
The user portal could be updated and more user-friendly, but customer service was great when I needed to change addresses and add services. As a new user, I haven't experienced any other issues.
Absolutely love the service! Makes my life so much easier
Really useful as I have moved to a different country. I don't have to pay hundreds of dollars a year for mail forwarding to receive junk mail, but can still receive important pieces of mail.
Everything is so quick and easy!
Everything is so quick and easy! Even the one time I needed to pick up a package, It was ready for me and I was in and out in under probably 2 minutes! They really do take the hassle out of mail for those of us really busy schedules. Keep up the great work!
I love their service. It is simple and convenient to use. However, it took me longer time to get my notary done and after getting it done, I was still ask to do it again via email which I believe, it was a mistake. My suggestion to this, the company needs more support staff to handle things for them in order to expedite things faster. So far so good using iPostal1 *** and add value to it as well.
You have a great service. The interface could be improved. Thank you.
Great service, but wish I didnt have to pay $1 for each piece of mail/package I pickup; especially junk mail that just goes in the trash and also when Im picking up multiple items at the same time. It starts to really add up on top of the monthly fee.
I am glad I have my mail box now. I am happy with the staff and service. Thank you so.much.
The personnel at PostNet were very efficient and pleasant
The personnel at PostNet were very efficient and pleasant. My mail and packages were always available to me when it was convenient for me to pick them up. PostNet provided a good transition between residences when my final destination was not known. Thank you.
Service setup was very simple and secured
Service setup was very simple and secured. Excellent service, I receive status online when I receive mail, where I get the option to discard, forward mail to my physical location or to simply scan contents to view them online. The service is quick and efficient.
So far they have been great
So far they have been great. They even offered to wait for me once when I needed to drive there to pick up. I just used the ship service and was great price. Very very happy with this service. Makes my life so much easier having a single address and not updating when we move.
Perfect solution for e-commerce
Perfect solution for e-commerce. I use this so my home address is not tied to my business and I don't have a brick/mortar. This is a perfect solution for my business. They have so many locations. I was able to find a location less than 10 minutes from my house. So convenient and simple!
I did a lot of research before choosing iPostal and extremely satisfied with their service
I did a lot of research before choosing iPostal and extremely satisfied with their service. I have had several occasions to call the physical location and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The website and phone app are functional (could be updated) but well worth the low price.
This is an ideal alternative to traditional PO Box for a small non-profit
This is an ideal alternative to traditional PO Box for a small non-profit. We get notified when we get mail. And we know who it is from and how important it is. We don't get a lot of mail. We don't waste time going to the post office every week and check for mail. And it gives us a real address instead of using one of our home addresses.
We love using iPostal1
We love using iPostal1. We originally signed up when we sold our condo and didn't have a new place yet to get mail, but we are thinking of keeping it even after that since it's so convenient. We would always have access to our mail even when traveling. Our location is also super friendly and professional. Whenever I email customer service, I get a quick response. Highly recommend.

Charged extra storage fee for a package I already had picked up
I was charged extra for a package storage that I had already picked up. That's BS!
I picked it up and was told that I'm supposed to schedule a pickup. I just received an email, and went to the iPostal1 location to get my package.
I did not know that I had to schedule the pickup, and I have found the instructions ambiguous with the website being not exactly the easiest to navigate.
I said fine, and that I would schedule in the future.
Then, I was charged for not going back into the system and scheduling a pickup for something I had already received.
When I called about it, the owner said he told me to do that, which he did not. If that was his intention, he was unclear. And frankly, he was a jerk about it.
I was unaware that I still had to go back into the system and schedule a pickup. It seems ridiculous that the system would believe the package was still at the facility and that I would be charged a storage fee for something that no longer existed.
So, no, I am not satisfied with the service so far.
Avoid this company
It's hard to compress the many problems I encountered with this firm. It took more than an hour with a tech to sign up, the view of mail received is so tiny it's nearly impractical to use, the scanning costs are ridiculously high, they require a complicated process to find out how much they will charge you for shipping, their 2-day shipment took 5 days to reach me, they took 11 days to respond to a ticket request for an invoice, if you consolidate and ship then close the account you will find they won't ship your mail (despite the fact that their site says to follow this process). If you want the last of your mail you must re-open the account, be charged another month, then wait for them to ship your mail (which may take several weeks) then you can re-close the account. For traveling seniors or RVers, this is so stressful and not at all worth the money. Pay slightly more and if a firm doesn't respond to your inquiries within 15 minutes, go elsewhere. Poorest service I've ever encountered and I'll never use them again
I have been using iPostal's mailbox service since April 2021
I have been using iPostal's mailbox service since April 2021. I paid $99 for the year. However, starting from June 2021, I have been charged additional "storage fees" for my mail. It would have been cheaper to have my mail forwarded to me instead. Initially, they had a system where you had to call and make an appointment to pick up your mail. Unfortunately, I couldn't get through to their office for weeks. And when I finally did, I would either be put on hold and then disconnected or told to call back in a few days.
In December 2021, I went to the iPostal location at *** in ***. To my surprise, there were only two pieces of mail waiting for me. Two weeks later, I received multiple emails warning me that I had three days to pick up my mail or face storage fees. This was confusing because I had just picked up my mail, but the emails showed additional letters. I sent an email to inform them that I would be coming to pick up the mail. However, when I went back to the location, they told me there was no mail for me, even though I could see mail in my online dashboard.
When I asked the employees at the store about this issue, they gave me various explanations. They said the system wasn't updating properly and that I would need to speak with the owner. They also mentioned that many other customers had complained about the same problem. I informed them that this issue had been going on since June, and they confirmed that others had experienced the same thing.
When I asked about the mail I could see in my dashboard, they claimed that tampering with mail is a federal offense. They tried to convince me that I didn't actually have any mail and that it was just a system error. However, I insisted that I could clearly see the mail in my dashboard, and it wasn't included in the two pieces I had already picked up. They advised me to call and report the problem to the owner. But when I called the number on their business card, it turned out to be the location's number. They kept making excuses and told me to call back and speak to the owner or "the girl" who handles the books. The last time I spoke with someone this morning, I waited on the line for several minutes before being disconnected.
iPostal1 is overcharging me every single month for extra storage used even tho I never extended or requested any extra storage use. The range of the fees started on $2 now they are around $6-$10 a month extra. I have to all the time emailing, and chatting requesting refunds for their system issue that last for almost a year and no apologies, no satisfactions, nothing. They just think I am not checking my bank account statements.. *** marking my mail as pick up on time and they anyway still charging me for extra, pretending that they don't know anything. It is unacceptable from the business do this kind of things.
You billing system is not working properly and I cannot make a payment. My credit union says they see nothing coming in from you guys when I make a payment you system keeps saying my address is wrong but, my address is correct. Can you guys please explain to me the issue you are having on why my payment is not processing as I already spoke with my credit union and I believe I was hit with a fee and I need that fixed.
I signed up with this company intending to open a business account. After receiving the license, they requested that I relocate to a different location, which was unnecessary since my application accurately reflected the site location and business details. Subsequently, the location issues affected my business account. I promptly terminated all memberships, including with Pueblo and the other involved parties. The incident that affected my account occurred in June 2022. Despite repeated inquiries about my refund, including one last week, I discovered today that there are still pending charges. I am seeking a refund for the inconveniences since this past summer.

Am renting a business mailbox at one of their satellite sites in Kissimmee, FL, PakMail
Am renting a business mailbox at one of their satellite sites in Kissimmee, FL, PakMail. After being notified by seller of product , I went to pickup said item from PAKMAiL. After waiting for Rep at store location to go through his ipad (I guess to see if I had a package) he told me I didn't have a mailbox there anymore, which I did not know nor was I given any notice about not having a box from ipostal. He told me he texted me the day before, telling me I had a package and that they would keep it for 10 days before shipping it back. I had no seen the text prior to coming so I looked for it while in the store. Well, as I didn't have time to argue the no box issue, I asked for my package and he told me it was $5. I paid the $5 and went home and checked my ipostal account and it was and as of this writing active and current, yet my box number which was 566 now reads zero. I called PAKMAIL and they told me I had to call ipostal to clear this up. I did call that day, April 14th, and was told by ipostal's customer service to go to their chat link on their website for further assistance, which I found a little weird as I was on the phone with what I thought was customer service. I access their chat link and was on it with Analise who verified my account was current and active at pak mail 661 and my next payment was due April 27th, and my box number assigned was 566; yet she also saw that it currently is zero indicating no box number. She stated she would make a ticket and send to her supervisor and the supervisor would update me. Two days later (April 16), no update from supervisor so I called Ipostal again and was again told to access the chat and they could update my account with my box number. I accessed chat and was given Analise again who informed me that Ipostal did contact PAKMAIL, and that she would send the conversation to her supervisor. Today, April 19, still have heard nothing from supervisor, my account still has a zero number for my address so I access chat and get Samantha this time who basically regurgitates the same about a ticket and contacting her supervisor, but to contact me today. This is ridiculous! I've paid for a service for my business and had to pay to pick up mail, which I think is a crime because although my box is zero, because of their glitch, my account was current and active so I should not have had to pay to pick up my mail!
April, 2022. I used ipostal1 shipping service to ship a product to my Arcadia address by a courier (The product worth $8300). The courier never delivered the package to me. iPostal1 sent me an email saying "they have been experiencing an internal issue with their delivery process". My package was still held by the courier and won't be released to me due to ipostal1's "internal issue".
We got and ipostal box and they lied about the mailboxes and charge me hundred and fifty dollars. So now am trying to get the po box for monthly because they have my mail. Been trying to reach them for 3 days no one is answering me. Leaving messages and no response. They have my mail and would not let get my mail. Can you please help me . The business name is ipostal LLc.
On 8/29/22 I purchased a mailing address for myself and my spouse. US regulations require a notarized form. Having difficulty finding a physical Public Notary willing to notarize the printed out form (iPostal1 puts signatures on one page, but the notarization is on a separate page), I went with the online ipostal1 partner organization to notarize the document. IPostal1 assured in their FAQ that both my wife and I could sign and notarize the document this way. WRONG. The partner organization only does one single signature per document. Three days after notarization I get an email from iPostal1 telling me to upload my wife's ID. I did that, but despite several uploads, my iPostal1 account only shows docs submitted directly by me. I went to the local Staples where I purchased the mailing address, but all they could see at their end was that the account is pending. They would not scan/upload my wife's ID. I filled out a contact us form at the iPostal1 website explaining the situation (including that their partner organization will not notarize two signatures on one form). They completely ignored the issue and asked me to upload or email pictures of my wife's ID to them. I did both. Again. No response or change in status of my online iPostal1 account. It boggles my mind how BBB can give a company like this an A+ rating.
This account is for a virtual mail service box, which has not been virtual at all. The location provided the following: No virtual mail service from March 21, 2022, to August 30, 2022. Support Ticket for no scans was charged at $60.00. Notice was given in less than seven days of business closure, plus an additional 20 days of holding mail. Due to the short notice of the location closing, our business has suffered a loss of $492 for pre-printed business letterhead, envelopes, mailing labels, and contract documentation. On August 28th, you notified us that the location transfer would forward mail to the new location. However, tracking was not provided, and subsequent communication reveals that mail still has not been forwarded after more than 20 days of just holding mail. The improper mail handling and lack of digital mail service is not only completely unprofessional for a paid service but also a violation of the Commercial Mail Receiving Agency agreement and the legal provisions concerning the obstruction of mail.
Mixed Experience with iPostal1: Frustration and Relief in the End
I recently had an experience with iPostal1 that left me feeling a bit frustrated. I received a piece of mail at their address and requested that it be sent to me. However, a week later I noticed that it had been returned to iPostal1. I recognized the envelope they use, so I knew it was mine. I immediately called the store to request that it be resent to me, but the employee couldn't find it in my file. I was left feeling confused and unsure of what to do next.
I decided to wait a bit to see if someone had already resent the mail, but it never arrived. I was starting to get worried that I would never receive my mail. That's when I decided to put in a complaint with iPostal1 asking for help finding my mail. I was told that my complaint had been "escalated" and that someone would look into it. However, I never heard another thing from them.
I was feeling pretty frustrated with the whole situation, but then I decided to post about my experience on Sitejabber. To my surprise, I received an email from iPostal1 explaining what had happened to my mail and that it had been re-sent to me. I was relieved to finally receive my mail and I appreciated that iPostal1 fulfilled their promise to me.
Overall, my experience with iPostal1 was a bit rocky, but I'm glad that they were able to resolve the issue in the end. I would recommend them to others, but I would caution them to keep an eye on their mail and to follow up if they don't receive it in a timely manner.
iPostal1: Good Until It's Not - Beware of Document Demands
I've been using iPostal1 for almost a year now and I've had no problems until today. I went to pick up my mail at the PostNet and the manager told me that I couldn't get my mail because I needed to submit some documents to iPostal1 first. I didn't have the documents with me, so I had to leave without my mail. I contacted customer service and I'm waiting for a response. I'm thinking about getting a lawyer because I think what they're doing is illegal. They've been accepting my mail and charging me every month, but now they're saying they need more documentation. It doesn't make sense to me. Why would they let me open an account if they needed more documentation? I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
iPostal1 Review: Scammed out of $35 for a Non-Existent Address Verification
I recently purchased the iPostal1 service online, hoping to set up a business account with a physical address. However, my experience with the company was far from satisfactory. Upon signing up, I was tricked into paying an additional $25 for a notary service, which I did not need. This was already a red flag for me, but I decided to proceed with the service anyway.
After a month of paying for the service, I went to the bank to set up my business account, only to find out that they could not verify the address provided by iPostal1. I was shocked and frustrated. I had paid for a mailbox/physical address, and yet it was not coming up for the bank. I immediately canceled my service with iPostal1 and wrote a bad review on Trustpilot.
To my surprise, iPostal1 claimed that they could not verify my existence and demanded my personal information. This made me even more angry. I don't have to prove anything to them. They were supposed to provide a service, and for a month, they failed to do so. They took my money and it took the bank to tell me that I had been scammed.
It's disappointing to see that iPostal1 has received positive reviews on YouTube, yet my experience was nothing but a waste of time and money. I'm out $35, and I'm not the only one. I urge others to be cautious when considering this service. Don't fall for their tricks and don't waste your money.
Disappointed with iPostal1: Issues with Parcel Forwarding and Lack of Communication
I recently signed up for iPostal1 on December 12th, 2020 and paid for a full year of service. I was really excited to start using this service because I thought it would be a great way to forward all of my letters and parcels to my real mail address. However, I have been experiencing some issues with the service that have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
After completing the full $25 verification process with Notarize service to prove my real mail address, I expected my parcels to be forwarded to me without any issues. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. As of January 7th, 2021, my parcels are still blocked in their Florida branch and I have not received any updates on when they will be forwarded to me.
I called iPostal1 last week to try and understand the situation, but they were unable to tell me what the real problem was or why my parcels were not being forwarded. All they could tell me was that I needed to wait for their phone call, which I am still waiting for.
To be honest, I am starting to feel like iPostal1 is a very bad service. I am worried that they may be holding my parcels in order to charge me more when the expiry date is reached. I currently have two parcels that are blocked, one from January 5th and the other from January 13th.
Overall, I am really disappointed with my experience with iPostal1 so far. I had high hopes for this service, but it seems like they are not delivering on their promises. I hope that they can resolve these issues soon so that I can start using their service without any further problems.
iPostal1 Mail Forwarding Review: Frustrating Experience with International Shipping and Extra Fees
I recently signed up for iPostal1's mail forwarding service as I needed a way to receive my mail while I was out of the country. I filled out all the necessary forms, but to my dismay, the website did not allow me to ship to an international address. This was a major inconvenience for me as I needed to receive important documents and checks.
I reached out to their customer service team via email, but all they told me was that they had received my forms and that I should be able to select an international address to ship to. However, this was not the case, and I was left feeling frustrated and helpless. I tried contacting them again, but to no avail.
To make matters worse, they charge extra fees for holding mail for more than a month. This put me in a tough spot as I had to decide whether to discard my mail, including important checks, or pay the extra fees.
I decided to reach out to the regional office for help, and they recommended that I call their customer service team to resolve the issue. However, I was disappointed to find out that the number was not toll-free, and I had to make an international call.
This kind of issue should not happen in the first place, especially for such a basic service. And even if it does, it should be resolved electronically without causing any inconvenience to the customer. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with iPostal1 and would not recommend their services.
iPostal1 Review: Hidden Fees, Slow Response Time, and Misleading Address Registration
This here service, iPostal1, is supposed to be a virtual mailbox, but let me tell you, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. First off, every time I get a letter, the notification goes straight to my junk email. I've tried moving it to my inbox, flagging it, and even adding them to my contacts, but no dice. It's like they don't want me to see my mail or something. And don't even get me started on the hidden fees. Nowhere did they mention that I'd have to pay extra for someone to forward my mail or shred it. I mean, come on, just tell me upfront, you know?
Another thing that really grinds my gears is the slow response time. I've requested for a letter to be opened before and it took them a whole two weeks to get around to it. I had to call the office and give them a piece of my mind before they finally opened it. And even then, they didn't apologize or anything. Rude, much?
And to top it all off, they said that this address would be registered as a real physical address, but it turns out that for banks, credit card companies, and a bunch of other places, it's considered a P.O. Box. Now we're stuck with this address as our corporate address and it's caused us so many problems. If I had to do it all over again, I'd definitely go with a different service.
Mixed Experience with iPostal1: Polite but Unhelpful Staff and Frustrating Support, Saved by Ms. Devorah's Assistance
I gotta say, I've been using iPostal1 for a while now, specifically Mailbox 1243 located in Islington, London, UK. And let me tell you, it's been a bit of a mixed bag. I know the current lockdown situation in the UK isn't making things easy, but the staff at the N17AA location, while polite, haven't been the most helpful. It takes at least three reminders for them to act on my emails to their support team. It's a bit frustrating, to be honest.
But, there is a saving grace in all of this. Ms. Devorah from iPostal1 in the US has been a real lifesaver. She responds to my emails and forwards them to the N17AA support team for action. I recently asked iPostal1 to consolidate and ship my packages to India. They billed my credit card, but I never received any shipment information. Turns out, the parcel has been stuck with UPS UK since January 25th, 2021. When I called the N17AA support team, all they could tell me was to "Call UPS UK." Not exactly helpful, right?
I've even escalated the issue to the UPS UK Country Manager, but the experience has been pretty pathetic overall. I'm not sure if the expensive services on offer are worth it, to be honest. I'm starting to look at other alternatives to iPostal1 before I make the switch.
iPostal1 Review: Complicated Forms and Poor Customer Service Need Improvement
My experience with iPostal1 has been okay, but there are definitely some issues that need to be addressed. I understand that there are certain forms that need to be filled out, but the process is overly complicated. They claim to "pre-fill" the form, but in my case, the information was incorrect. Unfortunately, the PDF is constructed in such a way that I cannot edit it without losing some of the instructions. This has caused a delay of several months in getting my issue resolved.
During this time, I requested a credit for the months that I was unable to use their service. I wasn't asking for a refund or partial refund, just a credit for the time that I couldn't use their service. After several emails with customer service, they still refused to give me a credit. It's frustrating because it wouldn't cost them anything, and it would mean a lot to a new company like mine. It's important for companies to show their customers that they are willing to be flexible and that it's not always about the money.
Overall, I think iPostal1 has potential, but they need to work on their customer service and make the process less complicated. It's important for companies to listen to their customers and be willing to make changes when necessary. I hope that they take this feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements.
Frustrating Experience with iPostal1: Unreliable Payment System and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I had a pretty frustrating experience with iPostal1. Last month, I updated my payment card info and it paid for my fee. But this morning, I got an email saying my credit card payment was pending. I was confused, so I removed the card and added it back to my profile. They credited me $1 and then charged me $9.99 for this month's fee. I got email confirmations from my Paypal Master card right away, but then a few moments later, I got another email saying they couldn't verify my payment info and asked for a copy of the front and back of my credit card to activate the service.
I tried calling them six times today, but every time I got hung up on. The longest I was able to talk was maybe 10 seconds. It was so frustrating and the people on the phone were unbelievably rude. I've never heard of this kind of credit card verification in my whole life.
In the end, I canceled my account immediately and emailed them for a refund. If I don't hear back in a few days, I'm going to file a dispute. Honestly, I would recommend avoiding this business altogether and just getting a USPS PO box instead. It's not worth the headache.
Stay Away from iPostal1: Unethical Credit Card Practices and Incompetent Staff
I had a really bad experience with iPostal1. They asked me to send them a copy of my credit card, front and back, in order to activate my service. I was really hesitant to do this, but I went ahead and did it anyway. Then, when I tried to use my credit card, it was declined and reported as stolen. I was really upset and confused, so I contacted iPostal1 to ask them what was going on.
Unfortunately, they couldn't give me a straight answer. They couldn't tell me which law required them to ask for a copy of my credit card, and they couldn't even tell me who the third-party credit card processing company was that had requested the copy. I talked to a friend who is a lawyer, and they confirmed that there is no law that requires companies to ask for copies of credit cards like this. So, I'm really not sure what iPostal1 was trying to do.
Honestly, I would recommend that you take your business elsewhere. Dealing with iPostal1 was a huge headache for me, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same thing. Their staff is really incompetent, and their policies are just messed up. I wouldn't trust them with my business, and I don't think you should either.
iPostal1
I signed up with iPostal1 on Feb 15, 2023. I provided all the documents including the notarization (an extra $25). The address is a tea store in Herndon, VA.
And after that it went downhill. My address was never operational. I called iPostal1, I sent dozens of emails to the company, I even drove to the tea store.
No responses. iPostal1 told me they try to get hold of the tea shop owner. Nothing happened.
How come iPostal1 never checked this address out? I was told the owner is new to this virtual address biz...it shows!
After more than a week I still do not have a virtual address that works. iPostal1 just stopped responding. My $99 is gone, $25 for the notary wasted.
Desired outcome: REPONSE AND FIX THE ADDRESS!!!! Or refund my $99 and the $25 for the notary.
pricing/service
Suddenly and without notice the cost of service has increased and apparently the batch prices for shredding has been eliminated. I sent an inquiry to the new owner and he said he would look into it. He then simply stated to contact iPostal1. I am not happy at all with the change of ownership/service/pricing. Some items' senders are not identified. The...

About a month ago these guys from iPostal1 contacted me and said that they were not sure if I was the owner of the card and asked me to provide some extra information. They asked me to send them a photo of my credit card and photo of my ID. I refused.
I have no idea what was going on, I always paid in time and never had problems with them. They always charged me with no problem and now they said that they were not sure that I was the owner. Beyond ridiculous!
After I refused they just closed my account.
Absolutely awful experience. Customer service is basically nonexistent. You will be lucky to get a timely email response and a returned phone call! never!
Stay away... their customer service is the worst.
