Disgraceful service
Notified a delivery was to be made when l was away for a weekend, changed the delivery day online, email confirmation received.
Whilst away, l received notification on fb from a neighbour, l didn't know, that my parcels had been left at her address, this was my first day away, Friday.
Contacted DPD online chat, they said the delivery hadn't been made and the parcels were still at depot. Unable to go further they told me to contact customer services by phone, again l was told the parcels were still at depot, this was despite me having a photo of them at the delivery address. I said l wanted the parcels collected and delivered on the scheduled day. The agent stated he would have to contact the depot manager by email and as it was late Friday afternoon l would be contacted Saturday morning.
Saturday l checked the tracking system and saw that it was now showing my parcel had been delivered, it stated parcel had been delivered , signed for by and the time delivered. There was no signature, despite the sender requesting these parcels be signed for.
No contact received Saturday morning and l again contacted customer services, some of the agents were helpful but l did encounter one particularly rude and officious one who tried to blame me and the sender. Again l was told emails would be sent and a manager would contact me within 1 - 2 hours. No call was received.
Monday morning, l again spoke to Customer services and told a manager would be emailed to contact me, not surprisingly l'm still waiting as l write this review over 4 hours later.
There appears to be no customer service charter with this company and all their agents seem to do is say they're emailing a manager to speak to you, forget the inconvenience they cause by their actions.
The companies attitude seems to be supported by providing only two options on their website to make any complaints to them, 1. contact customer services or 2. post a letter.
Obviously option 1 is out of the question as they are part of the complaint and option 2 would be a means of deterring you from complaining.
It is only after searching online that l found an email contact for them.
An additional point is that on their website they say that deliveries left at a premises would be photographed in situ. There has never been a photograph received by me, nor detail of with whom or where the parcel was left!
Recommendation: Avioid at all costs
Waste of time don't bother!
Waste of time! They lie and drivers deliver to the wrong address and make up excuses. Multiple attempts to deliver my package and nothing. Lies stating package was declined, package delivered.. package on route. Their app, drivers, call centre and even management are a waste of breath. Yep even management. They called and said yes driver deliver to the wrong address - 2 miles away! And you will have to go get it. After finding house the package wasn't even there.. wrong address! Pathetic and I will never buy anything from anyone who uses DPD! angry about this disorganised company is an understatement.
Recommendation: Do not use DPD
Not fit for purpose
Really bad service. Delivered my parcel to who knows and driver signed for it. Left on someone else's doorstep. The customer service department seems to think that this is acceptable by there drivers and tell you in a nutshell its not their responsibility! Previous occasions they have blagged delivery times and no shows. Taken 3 weeks on one occasion to locate my address. I suppose I did eventually get it and didn't get tired of looking and just left it wherever he could! So who has received my parcel?
Recommendation: Don't use this carrier
Awful delivery service & unexisting customer service
Outrageous customer service as well as the delivery service. I have been waiting for the very expected delivery at home while receiving billions of messages from DPD UK about how the driver is nearby, then he is 30 minutes away, then that I am next, and then that the driver missed me when I am sitting right here at home waiting for the doorbell to ring. Now I am expected to go somewhere ON MONDAY to collect the parcel. Any attempts to contact the service via their much-promoted app ended up with two half-hour hanging on the phone, waiting for someone to respond. Eventually, I gave up very frustrated and disappointed. Absolute disgrace
Recommendation: AVOID
Shame you can’t leave zero!
Two deliveries from DPD in four days, first one was damaged, tried to refuse delivery and was told by the Eastern European (Hassam) driver to f*** off as he walked away, abused me in his language before calling me a f***ing c***. Not very professional.
Reported to DPD; no further action.
Waited all day for today’s delivery, got a text to say I was next, van pulls up outside, waits 30 seconds before driving off, instantly get a text “Sorry, we missed you. Your driver Stephen won't be back today but we'll be back tomorrow”.
Tried calling and was fed a pack of lies about how they would get the driver to come back and how the depot manager would call me within the hour, when in reality my parcel was already back in the depot and I’ve still to hear from anyone at the depot.
So when the nice lady in the call centre in India says she is going to escalate this matter what she actually means is, “I’ve listened to your problem but they don’t pay me enough to give a crap, hopefully this’ll make you feel better”.
Maybe I’d be better off relying on the tooth fairy and the Easter bunny than this bunch of wasters.
Recommendation: Use someone else!!
Parcel Delivery.
ABSOLUTE LIARS!
Supposedly an attempted delivery made. Rubbish!
I’ve got full 24 CCTV covering all areas of my property, nobody knocked.
This was on a Monday and now I have to wait until after Monday.
You can’t even file a complaint, they just tell you to get back to the sender.
Lying drivers are getting away with not doing their jobs.
Pathetic company!
Drivers scamming 1 hour time slots and customer service do not care
If I could give 0 stars I would.
The customer service is non existence, you are not able to contact the local depot to complain to the drivers manager or to even get the name of the depot manager.
The dpd drivers in my area scamming the system by saying the parcles have been delivered within the allotted time slots then making the delivery later in the day.
Recently I paid my supplier for a premium delivery pre 10.30 got a notification at 9.55 from dpd to say delivery will arrive between 10 -11.
Then got another notification from dpd at 10.10 to say no one was in.
When I queried this with dpd customer service they confirmed the driver was not in the area and will ask the depot to contact the driver to return to make the delivery.
The staff are sending pictures of the parcles to the delivery drivers on the road so when they are in the vacinity of the address they are scanning the barcode and marking the delivery as a missed delivery.
This make it look like they have attempted the premium delivery when they haven't.
The driver never returned customer service did not care.
This cost me £600 in loss of work for that day waiting in for the delivery.
Dpd get your act together and sort your drivers out
Recommendation: No
DPD UK Delivery: Deceitful and Disappointing - A Warning to Others
So, lemme tell ya about my experience with DPD UK. I sent a parcel through their system three weeks back, and guess what? It disappeared like magic. Poof! Gone without a trace. And now, they won't even give me back the delivery charge or compensate me for the lost item. Can you believe it? They're saying that the parcel isn't "lost"; it just "cannot be found". What kind of bullcrap is that? Honestly, their service is downright ridiculous, deceitful, and laughable.
I mean, come on, DPD UK. I trusted you with my package, and you let it vanish into thin air. And what are you doing about it? Nothing, absolutely nothing. Refusing to take responsibility for your failure. It's no wonder that the public has lost faith in your delivery service. You need to step up your game, guys, and start owning up to your mistakes. Otherwise, you're just gonna keep losing customers and damaging your reputation.
Overall, if you're thinking of using DPD UK, I would strongly caution against it. Their customer service is a joke, and their delivery system is clearly not up to par. So don't waste your time and money on these clowns. Go with a more reliable and trustworthy courier instead. You'll thank me later.
Disappointing Delivery Service: My Experience with DPD UK
So, I was eagerly waiting for my parcel to be delivered by DPD UK but unfortunately, the experience was not what I had hoped for. I was bewildered when I received a message notifying me that the delivery had been attempted when it was clearly not. No one had rung the buzzer for my apartment, which made me highly skeptical of the claim of their attempt. To top it off, the photo they sent to prove their attempt was not even of my front door. How could they be so unprofessional?
After discovering this unfortunate scenario, I decided to make my complaints known to the company but alas, I felt like they couldn't care less. They nonchalantly dismissed my concerns with some flimsy excuses and no genuine interest in my satisfaction as their customer. It's frustrating as I thought companies like DPD UK would prioritize their customers but it seems they only prioritize their profits.
This is not the first time I have dealt with DPD UK and regretfully, I have encountered similar issues with them in the past. Based on my accumulated experiences, I would highly suggest everyone to give them a miss and look for alternative courier services, unless of course, you're willing to endure frustration and unprofessionalism at its peak.
To sum it up, I was let down by DPD UK with their shoddy delivery service, they did not prioritize the customer satisfaction, used a misleading photo and made no proper attempt to deliver at all. I advise others to think twice before using them and consider alternative services.
DPD Delivery Disaster: Runaround, Security Excuses, and Misdelivered Packages
Yo, so I got this DPD card in my letterbox talkin' about my parcel was delivered to someone else. So I hit up their phone line, which was mad long bro, only to be given the complete runaround by someone who was on some next level nonsense. They straight up said they couldn't give me details cuz of some "security reasons" excuse. Like, come on man, I just wanna know what's up with my package.
Then she tells me to just ignore the card? Like, what kinda advice is that? So now I'm out here with maybe a package meant for me, but it's been delivered to someone else? Absolute joke of a company. Like, how dumb can you be?
DPD needs to step up their game and get some people on board who know what they're doing. Straight up, don't waste your time with these clowns.
Terrible Service and Untruthful Drivers: My Experience with Dpd UK (dpd.co.uk)
Dpd UK (dpd.co.uk) is a company that I would never use again. It's unfortunate that merchants choose to use them because their drivers are the worst ever. Today, there were three of us at home in three separate rooms that were close to the front door because it was important that we received the package. However, we received a text message saying that the driver had missed us. This is TOTAL garbage because there was NO knock ever. The driver that was supposed to deliver our package, Mark in Ely, is a lazy and worthless excuse of a human being. I cannot stand liars! However, to make things worse, DPD will not attempt to redeliver the package today. To add insult to injury, the "customer support" staff is not helpful at all, and they could not care less about the customer's satisfaction.
I'm very disappointed in the service that I received from Dpd UK (dpd.co.uk). I was really looking forward to receiving this package, but now I'm not even sure if I will ever receive it. The fact that the driver lied about missing us is unacceptable, and the fact that DPD will not attempt to redeliver the package today is a complete letdown. I don't understand why the "customer support" staff is so unhelpful and apathetic about the customers' satisfaction. It's almost as if they don't care at all about their job.
Overall, I have to say that my experience with Dpd UK (dpd.co.uk) has been a complete disaster. From the untruthful driver to the unhelpful "customer support" staff, everything has been terrible. I would advise anyone who is considering using this service to look elsewhere because you will not get the service that you deserve.
Unprofessional Service and Blocked Communication: My Experience with DPD Delivery Company
Hey guys, I just wanna share summin about dis delivery company called DPD. I think ya'll need to kno about dem before you use dem for your next delivery.
DPD is not a good company to work with coz dey can block ya from making contact with dem after ya had problems wiv ya delivery. I experienced dis myself and it ain't cool. Dey did eventually sorted out the problem but only after three days and the supplier had to pay extra fees to get the delivery sorted (which to me is just outrageous).
And wait there's more! I wasted a whole morning just waiting for my delivery to come but received a dishonest message sayin' that my delivery was refused coz I didn't need the item anymore. Like whut? I was waitin' all mornin' for dis delivery!
So I won't be usin' DPD again for my delivery needs coz I don't wanna deal with dis kind if unprofessional service.
Disappointing Services and Customer Service from DPD UK: A Regretful Experience
So here I am once again, writing a not-so-good review for DPD UK. It's only been a month since my previous review, in which I was promised better service, but once again, my experience has been less than satisfactory. The driver seems to not acknowledge our presence and either ends up giving our package to the wrong house or directs us to collect it from a location miles away from where we are. This is not at all acceptable.
When I tried communicating my grievances via the chat function on the DPD app, I was met with either robotic responses or downright rude customer service agents, who would either disconnect the chat or hang up on me. In the past, DPD was always our go-to delivery service, but in recent times, we have grown increasingly unhappy with their services.
Honestly, the service we have received from them recently has been utterly despicable, and it's as if they are trying to compete with Hermes for the worst delivery service award. We never had these issues in the past, but now we are seriously considering exploring other options. If they can't get their act together and provide better customer service, then it's only a matter of time before DPD becomes obsolete.
DPD UK and Driver Happi: A Disappointing Experience with Shipping and Customer Service
I recently had an experience with DPD UK and their driver, Happi. Let me tell you, it was a real doozy. I had a package that I needed to ship out and it had three big ole 'fragile' stickers on it, so I made sure to let Happi know that it had some delicate items inside. What did he do? He just grabbed the package right out of my hands and THREW it into his van like it was a frisbee! Can you believe that? I was left standing there, dumbfounded, as Happi drove off without even a word.
Now, let me tell you something else. I said "hello" to Happi when he arrived and he didn't even bother to respond. That's just plain rude, if you ask me. And I gotta tell you, I was pretty peeved when he just threw my package in the van like it was no big deal. I mean, it's not like I was shipping him a toy or something - this was important stuff!
Overall, I gotta say that I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from DPD UK and their driver, Happi. I wish there was a way to give them a rating of zero stars because, in my opinion, they really deserve it.
Disappointing experience with Dpd: Constant delays and poor service. Choose an alternative courier instead
I recently had a disappointing experience with Dpd when they were supposed to deliver my new iPad from a well-known company. I waited all day until 2pm only to find out that the delivery status had changed to "they tried to deliver." I was frustrated to learn that they had gone to the wrong area yet again - even though it was the same road name. I decided to call the company who then called Dpd for me. They spoke to the driver and were told that they would try again to deliver my package. I explained to them the correct area that the driver should be going to.
It was around 4pm and I was still waiting for a delivery. I decided to look up the local Chelmsford number for Dpd and called them. They told me that they had contacted the driver and given him my number, in case he needed any additional directions. They also informed me that the delivery was estimated to arrive around 6pm. However, 7pm passed and still no delivery. I called again and was told that the driver had one more delivery to do and would be on his way. It was already 11pm and my delivery still had not arrived. This is not the first time this has happened to me, and I am extremely fed up with being lied to.
I have decided that I will not be using Dpd again and I would like to warn others not to use them as well. I have had enough of their poor service and constant delays. I prefer Royal Mail because they know the area well and I have never had any problems with them. I cannot recommend Dpd, as they have failed to deliver my package on multiple occasions. If you are considering using their services, I suggest that you think twice and choose an alternative courier instead.
DPD's Incompetence & Lack of Professionalism: Worst Customer Experience Ever!
I was really excited to send out my parcels with DPD but unfortunately, it didn't turn out to be a smooth experience. I had booked a parcel with drop off but to my surprise, the QR code was not generated. This meant that the parcel would not be accepted at the drop off point. The worst part is that there was no number to call DPD and I had to figure out what to do next.
To make matters worse, I had two parcels that were supposed to be picked up by DPD on Tuesday but no one showed up or even gave me a call. It was frustrating to have so much anticipation and then be let down by their lack of professionalism. I re-booked the pickup for today but again, no one showed up. At this point, I had to cancel my order through P2G and order directly through DPD website.
To my dismay, the code was generated for only one parcel and not for the second one. I felt really stuck and had no option to switch to printing the label at home or to regenerate the QR code. My frustration was through the roof when I noticed that none of the numbers for the customer service team was working. I have been trying to get through since yesterday and the online chat wasn't working either. It was as if nothing was actually working except for the payment system which was of no use to me.
Honestly, this is the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. It's disheartening to think that a company like DPD that prides themselves in fast, efficient and reliable service could fail me 3 times in such a simple task! I PMd the reference number to the team and once this issue with the QR code is sorted out, I would like to make a formal complaint. The incompetence of their team is unacceptable and there is no excuse for failing the customer so many times with the same parcel!
In conclusion, I hope that the issue is resolved soon and DPD takes note of the shortcomings in their service so that they can improve. It is not enough to just offer a good service on paper; it should be reflected in the actual service provision to the customer.
A Review of DPD UK: Lazy and Unprofessional Courier Services
Wow, where do I even begin with this company? DPD UK (dpd.co.uk) is, without a doubt, one of the laziest and most unprofessional courier services I have ever had the displeasure of using. I wouldn't even give them one star if I could, and that says a lot.
I've had to use this company a total of five times now - and four out of those five times were absolute disasters. Let me tell you, receiving lazy service is one thing, but when your parcel hasn't even been attempted to be delivered or collected and instead you receive a generic picture of your street, that's just ridiculous. And don't even get me started on their customer support. All I got was a crappy bot repeating the same message over and over when I tried to contact them.
Now, I'm not one to easily complain, but when my family and even our dog (who loves to bark at the postman) all say that no one has even knocked or called at the house three times in a row, it's become quite clear that DPD isn't even trying to deliver or pick up parcels at this point. It's pathetic, really.
The only time I actually received my package on time was solely due to my own actions. I had to re-order it and basically stand at the window, watching for the delivery driver to come with my package. And even then, it was a close call.
To make matters worse, when I tried to reach out to DPD's customer service to organize a collection, they wouldn't even answer! It's unacceptable for a company to have such terrible customer service.
After reaching out to the company who originally organized the DPD collection, they managed to arrange another collection for me. But would you believe it? The exact same thing happened - no knock, no call, nothing. My family and I were painting in the hallway without any music on, and we didn't even see someone come up to the front door or even knock on it to collect the parcel. And this isn't an isolated incident, either. This same driver has done this three times now - every time I've ordered from this company.
I won't even bother naming the company, since their customer service is good and it was through no fault of their own that I had to use DPD. But let me tell you, if you're looking for a reliable and professional courier service, look elsewhere. DPD UK is anything but that.

Stolen parcel
Good morning I am contacting you because of a stolen package. The DPD courier sent me a photo that the package was delivered. Unfortunately, it was not for me, I did not receive any package, there are cameras in my company and it is easy to check that no one from DPD was there that day. In addition, someone faked my signature and took the package. I...

Hi All,we live in a cul-de-sac,with children in residence and Grandchildren visiting, most people knowing this including Delivery Drivers usually drive safely, the driver of FG72HDX on Friday PM 6//12/24, he accelerated hard as he entered the street and then braked harshly, this was observed by myself and a fellow resident, even though the van was unmarked, he was in a DPD uniform, so whether or not he is sn employee or a self employed driver he should,at the very least should represent the brand with respect to all and the company, very bad taste

Breach of data protection act when delivering parcels
I have trouble with my neighbour and it is very likely that I will have to take her to court for hate crimes. I am also involved with the police regarding her behaviour. The Driver of the following registration ( EK72RGY) was and is constantly abusive when asked to wear a Hi-Viz vest and decides upon himself as to where he parks his vehicle.
Even after requests and being directed as to where to park safely he ignores the request which inevitably ends in a barrage of abuse.
Can we ask him to oblige.

Poor Service & Frustrating Experience with DPD UK - A Review
! I called them up and they just kept passing me around to different people, it was really annoying. When I finally got someone who seemed to care, they said they would investigate and get back to me, but I never heard anything again. I ended up having to reorder my package from somewhere else. I'm so disappointed with their service and I don't think I'll be using them again anytime soon.
DPD UK messed up my order in a major way, it was a big hassle for me. I was expecting a package delivery and I was looking forward to it, so imagine my surprise when it never showed up. According to them, they delivered it to my address but nobody was at home to receive it. What a bunch of lies, I tell you! I tried calling their customer service to rectify the situation, but it was really frustrating because they were just passing me from one person to another, and nobody seemed to be able to help me out.
I got lucky once and finally spoke to someone who sounded like they could help me out. They told me that they would look into the matter and find out what went wrong. However, I was really disappointed because I never heard back from them. I knew I had to take matters into my own hands, so I went ahead and ordered the package from another company instead. I don't think I'll be using DPD UK's services anytime soon, and I'll be spreading the word about their poor service.
Dpd.co.uk Lost My Parcel and Provided Poor Customer Service - A Disappointing Experience
I recently used dpd.co.uk to send a parcel but unfortunately, it got lost in transit. I tried reaching out to their customer support but they kept saying it would be delivered the next day. However, after waiting for two weeks, I decided to cancel it and get a refund. It was a waste of my time and unnecessary stress.
I was really disappointed with the service provided by dpd.co.uk. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all. I had expected my parcel to arrive on time but it never did. It's not just about the inconvenience, it's also about the disappointment you feel when you're let down by a service you trusted.
I would advise anyone to stay clear of dpd.co.uk. If you value your time and your peace of mind, don't risk sending your parcel with them. There are better courier services out there that you can use instead.
In conclusion, my experience with dpd.co.uk was disappointing. They lost my parcel and kept giving me false hope that it would be delivered soon. It was a waste of my time and I wouldn't recommend their services. Find a better courier company that you can rely on, one that won't let you down like dpd.co.uk did to me.
Disappointed with DPD UK's delivery service and lack of care for fragile items
Dpd UK ain't the best in my opinion. They got one job and that's to get my stuff to me in one piece, but they don't seem to take much care. Last time they dropped my box and it ended up all damaged. And to make matters worse, it was a fragile box! You'd think they'd be more careful with that kind of thing, especially since there's some expensive machinery in there that I needed. I reckon they should take a bit more time and care with every box they deliver. It's not just about me, it's about all their customers. After all, it's their job to make sure we get our stuff without any damage.
Avoid Using Dpd UK for Parcel Delivery as a Seller
Dpd UK is bad, don't use them if you're a seller. I had loads of parcels that never got delivered even though the tracking said they did. It takes ages for customer service to get back to you and when they do they never sort out your problem. They don't even answer your questions most of the time!
Couldn’t believe the driver had damaged my property he drove over my garden ?
I have contacted DPD but guess what no one bothered
