I have delivery instructions on my account. I was due to receive my mobile phone today. The driver did not read the instructions she just came to the front of the shops took a photo and left. My front door is round the back of the shops. There is no access at the front. So I missed my delivery. I am not very happy.! I then tried the chat and all it did was send me on a merry dance, dropping me off of conversations. See below. This is not good enough. You should be able to speak to your driver so that you can give directions if they are not going to bother reading them. If they have trouble they should contact you. I could of guided her in. I need my phone and this is beyond useless for customers. I mean look at the conversation I had.!
