ParcelForce Appalling customer support

Paid for Global Priority shipping via Parcelmonkey. Contacted parcelforce for help due to no tracking updates for 7 days. Refused to offer and help or support as I purchased via Parcelmonkey, despite the fact that I am both the sender and receiver of the Parcel. Another example of how big companies couldn’t care less about individual customers. We and our poor reviews are worthless to them on an individual basis and not worth the effort of ever properly addressing. Another British company given up on its customers and values

ParcelForce ParcelForce: A Nightmare to Work With - A Warning to Others

I gotta say, ParcelForce is an absolute nightmare to work with. I don't think I've ever come across a worse delivery company in my life. They straight up refused to deliver my package and it also arrived completely damaged. They never answer their phones and their website is not user-friendly at all.

I've been waiting for my parcel for two weeks now and they still haven't managed to deliver it to me. They don't even bother to attempt to contact me when they do arrive. It's like they don't even care about customer satisfaction or fulfilling their responsibilities.

I was forced to pay a whopping $150 for their services and yet here we are, still no parcel. It's frustrating beyond belief and I wish I had gone with any other delivery company out there. Honestly, the experience has been the worst I've ever had, and that's saying something.

In conclusion, I strongly advise you to choose another delivery company. Don't make the same mistake I did by going with ParcelForce. They're an absolute headache to deal with and not worth the time or money.

ParcelForce ParcelForce: A Disappointing and Hapless Delivery Service

ParcelForce is a delivery service that has left me feeling extremely disappointed with their hopeless and hapless approach to delivering my package. I urgently required an item for an assignment and was willing to pay extra for a guaranteed 24-hour delivery service, but what a waste of money that has turned out to be. I can say, so much for guarantees!

To my surprise, once they had my package, they put it in the van and then took it back to the depot at 14.25 which was almost 4 hours before their last normal delivery time. I couldn't believe it, they simply didn't bother to try to deliver it. I was literally left in a sticky situation with no other options to obtain my item.

I firmly believe that this is why ParcelForce has such a bad reputation; customers pay for their services and are met with a lack of effort and dedication in carrying out their jobs. I understand that mistakes can happen, but there are no excuses for just not bothering.

To make matters worse, when I filled out the contact sheet to voice my complaint, I received an auto-reply message stating that they would respond in two days. Are they lost in the last century or what? In today's world, we expect a much quicker response from a company that provides services to us. As a customer, I feel disrespected with this poor level of service.

In conclusion, I would not recommend ParcelForce to anyone who is seeking efficient and prompt delivery services. Their attitude of carelessness towards packages and customers is completely unacceptable. It's high time this organization improved its work ethic and treatments towards their customers if they want to remain competitive in the delivery market.

ParcelForce ParcelForce: A Total Disaster for Deliveries and Tracking

again, the stress and wasted time is not worth it.

Man, let me tell you about ParcelForce. These guys are absolutely driving me nuts! I swear, every time I have something coming through them, it's a total disaster. No joke, they mess up my deliveries every single time. And don't even get me started on their tracking service, it's pure garbage. I don't think I've ever had a successful delivery through them without some sort of issue.

They're always saying they left a card, but you know what? I NEVER see that thing. It just disappears off the face of the earth. And even when I try to contact someone about it, it's a whole different problem. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to reach out to the distribution depot and every time I'm just met with a dang automated message. Like, c'mon dude, can't we just talk to a real person here?

I tried to complain to the retailer once, thinking they could help me out. But nope, even THEY couldn't do anything about it. All they could do was promise they'd "sort it out," but ParcelForce just keeps giving me the runaround. They say they're going to schedule a delivery, but then nothing ever happens. It's like they're just playing games with me now.

Honestly, I don't think I'll ever use these guys again. It's just too much of a headache and I don't want to waste my time like this.

ParcelForce Parcelforce - A Catastrophic Delivery Disaster!

I must say, I am quite baffled by how ParcelForce manages to stay afloat as a business. I recently sent four items through their service, and to my dismay, three out of the four arrived completely destroyed! That may sound unbelievable, but it's true - a whopping 75% of the items I entrusted to their care ended up being completely ruined. It's quite a feat, really - I can't say I've ever had such a terrible experience with any other delivery company in the past.

Now, I do consider myself to be a seasoned parcel-sender - I must have sent over 200 items through various services including Evri and DPD - and I can confidently say that I've only ever had one package go missing in all those years. So it's quite clear to me that there's something seriously wrong with ParcelForce's handling of parcels.

I can't say for sure what they do with these parcels - do they throw them from a second floor window to the ground? Do they let their workers play football with them? I have no idea, all I know is that they manage to mess them up even when they're packed with the most fragile tape and cushioning.

I'm extremely disappointed and angry about this experience, and I really hope that people stop using their service. It's a shame that a company like ParcelForce operates in the UK, and I sincerely wish they would go bankrupt.

ParcelForce ParcelForce Review: Lacking Customer Experience & Flawed Customs Process

The customer experience I had with ParcelForce was a bit lacking, to be honest. You see, I'm currently trying to pay my dues to them but the whole customs process is flawed. I have no choice but to wait for a letter from ParcelForce to be delivered before I can call them and give them the number on the letter they sent to me. Fingers crossed that they won't be the ones delivering it because I'm a bit worried about their ability to post things accurately.

I could go on and on about all the times I've waited around all day for a delivery, only to be told I wasn't in, or the time a parcel was left on my porch only to be taken by someone else. Needless to say, I've been trying to avoid ParcelForce ever since. However, it seems like they're starting to partner with other companies for what they call "last mile" delivery. I'm not sure if that's a good business move for a company that seems to be failing and incompetent, but who knows?

Despite these issues, I still have to acknowledge that ParcelForce does deliver most packages on time and intact. I just wish their customer service was a bit more reliable, especially when it comes to the customs process.

ParcelForce Unacceptable Behavior by Parcelforce Delivery Workers: A Cautionary Review

Parcelforce is a courier company that claims to offer reliable and efficient delivery services to its customers. However, my recent experience with them has made me second guess that statement. The whole procedure of their service is more like 'make it up as they go.'

Let me explain. I was expecting a parcel to arrive and received a notification that it had been delivered yesterday. But, to my dismay, it hadn't. I was shocked and confused, wondering where it could possibly be. The following day, I was relieved when the package finally arrived. But what happened next was beyond my imagination.

The driver, who, by the way, hadn't delivered the parcel on the given date, decided to come into my house and leave the package inside instead of waiting for me to answer the door. The audacity of the guy! To top it off, he quickly made his exit before I could even get to the door to confront him.

I immediately contacted Parcelforce and expressed my concern and frustration about the situation. They apologized and assured me they would look into the matter as a priority.

Fast forward to December 2022, and the same thing happened again! Another Parcelforce driver delivered my package and rang my doorbell before proceeding to come into my house, assuming it was okay to drop the package off. I was taken aback by this behavior and told him never to enter a person's house without permission.

It's shocking to think that Parcelforce workers are under the impression that it's acceptable to try the front door to see if it's unlocked, and if it is, to enter residential premises to leave a package. This whole situation is baffling and unacceptable. It has made me think twice about using Parcelforce as my courier company in the future, and I would advise others to be cautious when using their service.

ParcelForce ParcelForce Services Review: Unreliable, Incompetent and Frustratingly Inefficient

I have been trying to get my parcel for the fifth time since the 15th of last month, but I have had no luck with ParcelForce. I tried booking redelivery online twice, but the delivery was not attempted. When I called to ask why, the representative did not provide an explanation and told me that delivery would be reattempted on the 29th. However, this was actually the date when the package was returned to the sender. I had to call again and was advised that the delivery would take place on Friday, but I needed my package urgently, so I was advised to go to the post office to collect it. Unfortunately, I arrived at the post office to discover that the package was sent back a week ago!

I had to call ParcelForce again, and this time, I was told that I might be able to get the delivery, but it was not a guaranteed service, and I was advised to sign up for "parcel watch." I don't understand the point of parcel watch if it doesn't guarantee delivery. Frustrated, I told ParcelForce to return the package to the sender, but the representative didn't have a clue how long it would take. So, I was left without my package and with no idea when I would receive my refund from the seller.

I am also disheartened by the amount of time and money I have wasted. I spent over an hour on the phone with ParcelForce, trying to get my package sorted, only to be misadvised completely. When I asked about claiming back my postage costs and the time I spent on the phone, I was directed to an online claim form that was only meant for the company that arranged the postage. As a customer, I would expect better service and support.

In conclusion, I am truly disappointed with ParcelForce. Their advisors seem to be clueless, and their services are unreliable. I would not recommend ParcelForce to anyone and hope that they can improve their services in the future.

ParcelForce Terrible Service and Advice from Parcelforce - Don't Waste Your Time or Money!

Parcelforce has terrible service! I rang them up to ask about sending my bike in a box, and they said that a sturdy one would be fine. But when the box arrived, it was all crushed and bent! I'm just lucky that my bike inside was okay, but the box itself was worth over 200 pounds! It's ridiculous that they managed to damage it so badly just by putting something heavy on top of it. And the worst part is, they refused to compensate me for it because they said the box wasn't packed well enough with sturdy cardboard. But come on, if metal can't hold something heavy, how would cardboard be any better?

Their advice was absolutely useless. They don't tell you that if your bike box gets damaged and it's not sturdy enough, you won't be able to claim anything. Plus, the advice on their website doesn't match up with what they say on the phone. It's all rubbish, mate.

And the worst part is, Parcelforce promotes using wasteful and unfriendly practices with all this cardboard and sellotape. It's just not necessary, and it costs a fortune. All they really needed to do was take more care with the boxes.

Honestly, avoid this terrible company and their terrible service. Steer clear of them if you can!

ParcelForce ParcelForce Failed to Deliver - My Experience and Review

So, let me tell you about my experience with ParcelForce (parcelforce.com). It was meant to be a simple delivery - a package that I had to send to a customer, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare. On Monday, October 17, I waited all day for the courier to arrive but he never showed up. I mean, it was frustrating. But the worst part was that I checked the tracking number, and it showed that he had come to my place at 12:44 pm, but I was not at home. This was not true - I was at home all day, and even the cameras confirmed that no one came to pick up the package.

After this, I called Parcelforce, but their response was not very helpful. They promised the courier would come to pick up the package on Tuesday, October 18th, but again, no one showed up. I was starting to get worried, and the customer was getting impatient as well. After another day of waiting, I finally got a message from the courier saying that he was on his way, but even this didn't solve the issue completely. He picked up two of my packages, which I had to send to two different customers. But somehow, both of these parcels went to the same customer, resulting in a lot of confusion and frustration.

To make things worse, I had to stay at home for three days waiting for the courier to arrive, and I still had to pay for their terrible delivery service. To top it all off, I lost one of the parcels, and the customer who had been waiting for it since October 17 asked for a refund. This made me wonder, where else should I call or write to solve this problem? Who would compensate for all my losses? And why would ParcelForce employ such incompetent people for such a crucial job?

I wrote a complaint, expressing my frustration and disappointment. Now, I'm just waiting for them to resolve the issue and compensates for the losses. I hope their complaints department is competent enough to handle this situation and prevent it from happening to me or anyone else. Overall, I recommend being cautious while using ParcelForce services, as they can be very unreliable at times.

ParcelForce Thrilling and Emotionally Charged: A Review of Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn

On 21st September 2021 I went to my local post office to send a letter to Greece which had a power of attorney in it for a business matter which was intended to go to a solicitor i have hired there. I asked if they had a next day delivery courier service and the lady behind the desk on the told me that through Parcelforce global express priority 1 the letter may take 1 to 2 and absolute max 3 days contingent upon the local post service there. I was told it was ?56.

During Covid I have sent normal letters to Greece and other countries in Europe is less 5 working days using normal post office services, but since this was a power of attorney i wanted it to be guaranteed there in time.

My solicitor was getting a bit antsy because he had to have the power of attorney by Friday 24th September 2021. Btw in order to get the power of attorney i had to wait for a month to be seen by the Greek consulate.

On the weekend of 23,24 September and after i had tried to call Parcelforce unsuccessfully as their lines are not answering on weekends I wrote to them through a contact form they have complaining about the delay and asking for an update.

A few days later i received a response from the Parcelforce Worldwide Email Team telling me that
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused in this matter, but due to the nature of the issue we will be unable to assist you at this time."

Also

"If you refer to the live service updates page on our website (***) you will see that the country you are posting to is currently under a suspension of service guarantee for delivery speed delays."

On Wednesday 29 September i spoke to a lady on the phone which she informed me that the letter's delivery had been downgraded but did not know why. She informed me that she was going to provide me with an update within the next 4 hours.

I heard FA back.

I called again on Friday 1st October which by the way you have to go though the enquiries option as there is not complaints option when you call their numbers and after about half an hour on the phone with the one lady on the phone i asked to speak to her manager which came on the phone about 15 min later.

I reiterated to her that i don't give a flying fck what their online update are because when I went to the post office this was not informed to me. Also what was the point of paying ?56 if the letter would not have been delivered as a priority.

I explained to her that if the letter was not returned back to me on the same day or delivered to the recipients address on the next day, basically yesterday i risked losing a significant amount of money.

I received an email from someone called Mehrina Nawaz that she was currently investigating this for me but i never received my letter back not has the letter been delivered to the solicitor in Greece.

Your useless organisation failed to deliver and failed to inform me at the post office. You have resulted in tremendous anxiety and a significant financial loss and i will be taking legal action against you.

ParcelForce Disappointing Experience with ParcelForce: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Delivery

I recently used ParcelForce to send a package using their 48 express service. It's been three days since I sent it, but there's been no sign of delivery yet. The tracking information on their website says that the package is still in the van, and I'm not sure when it will finally arrive.

When I tried to reach out to their customer service, I had a difficult time. It was challenging just to get someone on the phone, and when I finally did, they were very unhelpful. They didn't seem to know much about my package's location or any updates about the delivery. They suggested I track it using the number in the email that they had sent, which was not helpful at all.

Honestly, I've had better experiences with other courier services like DPD or DHL. I would have gone with them, but ParcelForce was more convenient at the time. I wouldn't recommend ParcelForce to anyone and suggest considering other options if you want a reliable courier service that will provide you with the updates and assistance that you need.

ParcelForce ParcelForce Review: Not Worth The Hassle - Poor Customer Service & Limited Insurance Coverage

So, I'd say stay away from ParcelForce if you care about your valuables. Even if you decide to insure your stuff, you can only get up to ?100 back without extra payment. And even if you pay more and something bad happens to your package, they'll probably blame it on you and refuse to pay anything. Their customer service is a total disaster, too - it's very difficult to get to talk to a real person, and they don't seem to care about your problems anyway. Plus, if they say they'll call you back, don't hold your breath. All in all, I'd say ParcelForce is not worth the hassle.

ParcelForce Disappointing Service from ParcelForce: Delayed Delivery and Incompetent Customer Support

ParcelForce is not a great service! I fork out ?67,75 for fast delivery to the Philippines in the expectation that it would take four days to arrive, however it took nearly two months! I sent very important papers that urgently needed to arrive on time, but due to their poor service, it was not possible. I was so uptight. To add to it, I called their customer service and they provided me with the wrong number to call in the Philippines. Absolutely rubbish service!

ParcelForce Poor Experience with ParcelForce: High Customs Fees & Inefficient Service

ParcelForce has given me a negative experience. The customs handling fee was quite a hefty sum. It took them a couple of days to receive my package and they only contacted me recently to ask for a handling fee of ?12, plus customs and duty. The tracking system wasn't too helpful either, especially for people like us who have a normal life and work. I was expected to stay at home waiting for the parcel to arrive, which is quite inconvenient. The entire process was cumbersome and inefficient, and I am doubtful if I will ever make use of ParcelForce's services again.

ParcelForce ParcelForce: Address Mistakes and Frustration - My 0-star Review

ParcelForce is not very good, if I'm being honest. They keep changing the delivery address on their system and this means that the delivery address is completely different from the information written on the waybill. I don't know what's going on over there, but this has happened before and it's a very big mistake. I just don't get why they have so many 5-star reviews! If it were up to me, I'd give them 0 stars!

It's really frustrating when you're waiting for a package and the address is all messed up. They need to work harder and get better at their job. They can't just keep going on strike all the time! If they want a pay rise, they need to earn it!

ParcelForce ParcelForce Delivery Nightmare - Avoid Using Them!

I recently had an experience with ParcelForce regarding the delivery of a mobility scooter to a lady in Middlesbrough. I chose the track 48hr option, but things did not go smoothly. The parcel was sent to Shrewsbury instead and sat there for four days. This has left the disabled lady in a state of extreme distress as she was hoping to have it for her holiday. It has now been seven days and the parcel is still nowhere near its intended destination. It seems to me that ParcelForce simply do not have a clue what they are doing and do not care about the impact on their customers. I, myself, feel quite helpless in this situation. It's a shame that Ebay recommends using this company as I would strongly advise against it. In fact, if you can avoid using ParcelForce altogether, I highly recommend that you do so.

ParcelForce Avoid ParcelForce: Lost Parcel and Poor Customer Service

ParcelForce took my parcel, then completely lost it at their depot. It was an absolute nightmare trying to file a claim. I had to jump through so many hoops for six whole weeks just to get a fraction of its worth back! And don't even get me started on trying to reach them. There's no email address to contact, so I had to tweet them of all things. Utterly ridiculous!

I couldn't believe they treated their customers this way, considering they're part of the Royal Mail. It doesn't mean they have the right to act like they're above everyone else. I found them thoroughly arrogant and offensive. They don't seem to care about any of us who use their service and it completely shows.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, not unless you want to go through the same headache that I did. It's not worth it in the end. Stay away!

ParcelForce Parcelforce's Poor Service: Closed Depot and Unreliable Delivery - Save Your Money and Try a Better Courier

Parcelforce ain't no good at all man. Supposed to get my parcel delivered today but the posties are on strike, so I try and make alternative plans by calling them up. This dude on the phone tells me I can pick it up at my local depot, so I go ahead and get a taxi there. Get this, the customer service centre is closed! What a bloody waste of my taxi fare.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. They take your money and then don't give two hoots about your package. It's no wonder they've got such a bad rep. Ain't reliable at all. Save your cash and try out a better courier instead.

ParcelForce ParcelForce gave me the runaround: bad service and wouldn't recommend using them

I done gone and arranged for my parcel to get left with my neighbour, but that driver fella done took it to the post office. And wouldn't ya know it, I can't get ta that post office before it shuts its doors. So I thinks to myself, "I'll have it collected from the post office so it can go back to my neighbour." But reckless abandon, it takes 'em at least 5 working days to get it from the post office back to the depot. And ya know what? Instead of trying to deliver it to the neighbour I done arranged for it to be with, the driver took it back to the depot! And let me tell ya, these ParcelForce folks don't listen to no complaints. They just go ahead and give ya the runaround. Overall, they done gave me a bad service and I wouldn't recommend usin' 'em.

ParcelForce ParcelForce.com's Poor Service and Accusations: My Disappointing Experience

I was really excited for my parcel to arrive from ParceForce.com that I even took a day off to ensure I'll be available for the delivery. But, much to my dismay, I received an email saying that they have already attempted to deliver it. I was shocked because no one knocked on my door and I didn't even see a ParceForce van outside my house despite looking out for it.

I tried to find a way to contact them but it was quite difficult and frustrating. After a long wait, I was finally able to talk to someone and they just told me that the driver's GPS indicates that he has been to my address. I felt so offended and disappointed as they basically called me a liar!

To make matters worse, they also didn't leave a card to inform me what happened to my parcel even though they claimed they did. I was really disappointed and frustrated with my experience with ParceForce. I could only give them a one-star rating, and I would have given them no stars if I could.

One thing that added to my frustration was that I tried to upload a photo of my proof of purchase but it wasn't even possible. All in all, my experience with ParcelForce was simply atrocious and I hope they improve their services soon.
