SpeedX Lazy driver that lies

Driver threw my package at my front door. I guess he didn’t want to walk that far. I ran outside and asked him if he threw my package and he said no. I have it on camera idiot.

SpeedX 12 days of delivery “attempts”

This is the only carrier that has been unable to deliver to me. They do not read delivery instructions and are incapable of entering a four digit code to enter my community and deliver the package. Customer service is non existent and they send automated replies.

My package was out for delivery on July 29th. It is now August 12th and I have not received anything.

Claimed loss: $45

SpeedX Package from shein delivery

your driver drop my package off in the wrong building on Sunday and it was stolen tracking number spx2yb0514335 this unacceptable i file a police report i can be reach at [protected] thank you the drivers need to pay close attention to the addresses and also should take package to the door

SpeedX Failure to deliver package twice

I got the first delivery failure notification last Tuesday. I reached out to customer support, they confirmed my address and attempted to redeliver my package again two days ago. Another failure. They keep claiming the 'business is closed' or they cant access the location I've provided but I've received at least 5 packages since then from different companies, with the same address and there's been no issues. I contacted them again yesterday because I am getting concerned that the gift I ordered will not arrive in time. I have heard nothing back, no follow up despite them saying to reach out if I didnt get my package. I love SHEIN but this whole ordeal is making me extremely hesitant to ever order from them again. I hope this can get resolved soon and that the money I spent towards this gift wont be a total waste.

Claimed loss: $18 of clothes and keychains, but more importantly a birthday gift for someone that I need by tomorrow.

Desired outcome: Please tell me how I can get my package as soon as possible

SpeedX Delivered to wrong house

I was contacted by Speed X to verify my address which I verified and gave them the exact exact location. They had my phone number and they were supposed to call to ensure the package was delivered to the correct place. They stopped responding and I saw the package was delivered. It was delivered to another unit unit in my complex and the people are saying they did not get the package. This company is super unprofessional, they are no longer answering my calls or texts and they’re ignoring me. The package was coming from Shein.

Claimed loss: $47 worth of items

Desired outcome: I want this company investigated! Speed x is terrible!

SpeedX SpeedX has to be a joke!!!

If you see your package being delivered by SpeedX Cancel it! Not only did the delivery man ring my bell, and speak to me via the intercom; he took a picture of it being delivered outside of my building and within the five minutes it took me to get to my lobby he had already had the box in his car at a red light. It is so surreal the customer service is nonexistent. SHEIN is also horrible at customer service, so I’d expect that the issue will never get resolved, lesson learned. I will never use this company in any capacity ever again.

SpeedX shein product not delivered

speedx couriers has cause me to lose two packages by leaving them down stairs in the lobby of the building instead of delivering them to my apartment or puting them in the mailbox i was blaming the company for not delivering it but now i see your courier just left them in the hallway now i need a refund from the company i am taking to court when its your falt

SpeedX Delivery

I ordered products from Shein on 9/28/23 they were shipped and picked up by SpeedX to complete the delivery on 10/1/23…they supposedly attempted delivery to my residence on 10/2/23 and claimed that the address was invalid. I’ve ordered from SHEIN many times and my address has not changed on their site. The package was returned to sorting center in Elk Grove village and was never attempted to be redelivered. I tried calling the number on their website but it just directs you to contact them via the website. I submitted a request on 10/11/23 and again on 10/20/23. I attempted to chat with them via their chat feature on their website and no one and I mean NO ONE has reached out to me.

SpeedX Order not delivered to correct address

I had an order that says it was delivered at 8:31 pm. It was not. I have multiple cameras around my house, ring camera, and I was also home the entire day. I checked the tracking and it showed a picture of the someone holding the package in their hands, with a house far in the background. It was not my house. Clearly, they did not deliver the package.

SpeedX Shein order

This is a scam! They told me that my stuff is delivered and posted a photo of my building from a year ago when I had yellow bushes in front and now I don't! They obviously photoshopped my package in. "They placed it outside where it can get stolen" to save themselves, but really its a photoshopped picture. I was sitting outside at the time of delivery. I don't understand! This is obviously stolen. And photoshopped.

Shein is either in on this scam or I don't know what the [censored].

I'm really upset..

SpeedX Failed delivery

States delivery attempt was made. It also states it’s is unsafe to deliver . My front door is clear so that’s a lie. It seems like they didn’t even try to deliver it. I received packages from other companies today so why is this the only one that couldnt. I have cameras and I was home so I know for a fact no one tried. I go to check tracking and notice a proof of delivery photo that isn’t even my town. I try to call the number and it does not work. Customer service is a joke. Now I have to wait until I try to get my refund from shein. This is enough for me to not want to but from this company again until they change person who handles delivery

SpeedX Stolen package

I ordered some stuff from shein which was delivered by speedx shipping company. I never received the package beacause the delivery people didn’t attempt to knock my door. They left my package alone in the building lobby and stolen by thief. I tried to contact speedx about it . They don’t respond. This is the worst shipping company ever. They don’t deserve to be in this business.

SpeedX Stolen package/ speedx

I ordered 2 things from SHEIN on September 11th, 2023.. the carrier was SpeedX and the app was telling me that it won’t be coming till the 20th - the 23rd but supposedly it got delivered today September 16th at 5:10pm and my package is no where to be found. I’ve been home all day I didn’t hear anyone knock and I checked my mailbox there’s nothing there. I make sure to track all my packages because who else wouldn’t be waiting on their package.

I have attached photos of all the information.

SpeedX Stolen package

My package was delivered from Shein by SpeedX yesterday morning around 10:13 AM September 15th,2023 I received a picture of confirmation for my delivered item and it was stolen a couple minutes after delivery so I am complaining about this because I don’t have the stuff I ordered the tracking number for my package is SPXSNP056702120261 I placed my ordered from SHEIN on the 10th and it was supposed to arrive between the 19th and 21st but came days earlier but I have not been able to actually get my package

Desired outcome: I wish to receive updates on my stolen package and I wish to see if SpeedX can do anything about this issue for me

SpeedX Liars and bad service

I am having trouble with an order saying it failed delivery when no one came and then I have no form of being able to contact them. Their number doesn’t work. Their email doesn’t work. I have been trying now for two days to get in contact with this “delivery” website and I have no way of being able to get in contact with anyone they do not respond to any of my emails and every they do it’s and automated email it is highly unacceptable I want to know where my package is and if I’m still going to get it or not

SpeedX Delivery

Received notification from Shein that my package had arrived, this was about 8-9 pm and it was pouring rain outside. I looked around my covered porch were you'd expect packages to be left and I found nothing. The next morning my husband found the package in between our cars on the driveway, soaked. Meaning the driver couldn't have bother to get out and place the package where it belonged. Instead they tossed it onto the driveway with out probably even getting out of their vehicle.

Desired outcome: Id like an apology band for this to never happen again. I'd ask for a refund had the clothing I ordered not been in a separate plastic bag preventing it from being destroyed by rain.

SpeedX Order not received

On 26 August it says that my order from Shein was delivered SPXSNP056701057927 (tracking number) and it shows 2 pictures at a random door.

But it is not my house and I can not find my order! It is been more than 2 weeks and I don’t have my money back! I want this resolved as soon as possible because I will leave soon and I need my money back! I feel like you don’t care about custumers at all!

SpeedX Shein delivery

These people had to go through my building to 3 doors to get inside and they just dropped my package on the floor for anyone to grab. They could have gotten in the elevator onto the 6th fooor and dropped my package off at the appropriate apartment. They have been doing this for too long this delivery service needs to seriously be cancelled. They are horrible
