Worst service ever
I must begin by expressing my profound disbelief that institutions continue to engage the services of a company like CCD. The experience I have endured with this organization ranks among the most appalling I have ever encountered. From banks to other financial service providers that inexplicably choose to partner with CCD, the outcomes are consistently substandard.
Punctuality appears to be an alien concept to this company. Delays are a routine occurrence, with the blame perpetually shifted—drivers point fingers at the call center, the call center attributes issues to traffic, and the cycle of excuses continues endlessly.
Adding insult to injury, attempting to escalate concerns is a futile exercise. Managers are perpetually "in meetings" or conveniently "on lunch," regardless of the time of day. The complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic respect for their clients is staggering.
Frankly, CCD exemplifies the definition of an incompetent and untrustworthy service provider. Their performance is nothing short of disgraceful.
Recommendation: Done ever use this company. Rather cancel your order than have them deliver it to you. If companies value your business they will you someone else.
Delivery service
I order my card last week Thursday, but till today I haven't received and messages about my delivery, instead my mother who shouldn't be on file I receiving my messages. and when I try to fix the problem they don't answer calls. My mom has been getting messages of my order arrival but I receive dates that have passed and are no longer relevant to the current date. It's very frustrating because this hasn't changed so far. Absolutely Disappointed because this isn't my first card delivery and I paid for the delivery.

The abovementioned refers.
I requested and paid for Natis documents issued by ABSA who made use of this couriers. ABSA informed me that the papers were collected by them on 20/9/2024.
I have emailed CCD Couriers on multiple occassions. It is a month later and the papers are worthless now.
It bothers me that they have my personal information and papers in their possession for longer than a month without delivering it or even making arrangements. This is as much a POPI concern as it is a lack of service.
I am suffering actual financial losses and I have nothing to provide to the purchaser of the vehicle, who are (rightfully) fed up with excuses.
This is unacceptable. This places me in a position where my name is at stake.
I also feel that they should be held accountable for financial expenses occurred.
I am fed up.

I would like to lay a complaint against the delivery I supposed to have received today..I spoke to the lady delivering for me and gave directions as well...at the moment I could not find my personal information to show her but as she walked out I found my documents..I gave her a call and she wanted me to go to her in the parking lot at another shop..I explained that my kid is not well and I asked if it was possible for her to bring my delivery back ..she has not called me back..she did not assist me or even tell me if they were going to reschedule or not...terrible customer service from her...

Thursday 16 November 2023 I received a call from the courier guy to collect my fnb card since they came when I was not t home I asked my mom to collect for me. When my mom went to the courier guy he was extremely rude to her his exact words "you can't hear me hoot outside the gate are you deaf" I'm extremely angry and upset for someone to talk so rudely to an elder like that, this incident happened around 10:11am at my home 28 gower Street Umbilo. Phoned you call centre after receiving a email that they can not get hold of me.
First call, no response from operator.
Second call the operator understood where to send my bank card. That is FNB Menlyn Main branch in Pretoria.
Today I received a sms informing me that my card is ready for collection at FNB Fordsburg in Johannesburg.
Today I phoned your call centre that that is the incorrect branch but I had the same problem as my first call. Absolutely incompetentcy.

On the 6th of October I placed an order with rain for their promotional package of a router and two phone SIMs. Oh the 10 I get a message from CCD saying that they have received my parcel and would call me soon to deliver. They call me on Wednesday the 18 to say they will deliver on the 18th! This after I was told and have in writing that the delivery would be within 3-5 business days!

I am so disappointed and disgusted by the service when the driver deliver my parcel at wrong address but our sister branch. i called the driver he then arranged that he will deliver before 3pm. i called again no luck, called the call centre they couldnt reach their driver then the driver made a comment that the address is wrong. i was told that i need to address wow! but the address is the same what is it that i am arranging. Parcel not delivered
I had an appointment for mu parcel with reference number rain612422 scheduled to be delivered at 8am to 10am on the 2nd of October 2023 in bloemfontein, but I didn't receive my parcel. I contacted the ccd courier main branch and they said the could not get hold of the driver and apologized. I then proceeded to contact ccd courier bloemfontein and I spoke to the consultant and she transferred me to the driver whom insists that he has no parcel with my name on it, then after that when I contact ccd courier bloemfontein my calls are not answered anymore.

Such a horrible company with horrible service, I would give it zero stars if it was possible, I hope rain will change their courier service. They keep saying that my parcel will be delivered then delays happen and another delivery date will be rescheduled only when you call them. They do not even communicate, even after you call them you will not receive parcel they will keep on changing dates only when you contact them.

We were promised by Rain that our parcel wiil reach us by Monday, the phone rang for 3 seconds, and obviously we missed it. We are moving on Wednesday, hence the hurry. Delivery of bank card
I made arrangements with my bank to have my card delivered. The driver of this courier company was due to deliver the card on 16.08.2023, no one came through to deliver , however it was recorded that my delivery was missed.
I re-arranged for delivery and was issued with a new delivery date and time, upon arrival at my residence, I received a call from the courier company to state that no one is on the premises yet there were individuals on the property with whom they had spoken to. The driver refused to give my card to they third party that I nominated even though the relevant verification documents were provided.
After attempting to call the courier company numerous times, I finally got through, and was advised that this would be escalated. Thereafter I received a call from my bank rescheduling the delivery for the third damn time. CCD couriers has been far from helpful and their service delivery agents are pathetic!

I have been waiting for my card for 3 weeks now...The driver called and said he is 7 minutes away but he never arrived then I received a message at 00:35 am saying they can't get ahold of me.How can you call a person at 00:30?I can't be rescheduling every Monday,we also have things to do.And I can't even cancel because the cancelation fee is R150.I am not going to pay for something that is not my fault.These couriers are liars.And how am I supposed to get my card now.

i am not happy with the service im receiving. i was sent an sms with no phone call that my parcel has been delivered at my work premises. within 5 minutes i was at the gate and no one was there to deliver my parcel. I stood there for 20 minutes and no one came. i called [protected] three times, a lady by the name of Bontle couldnt also track were by parcel was but somehow she had a report that no one came for the parcel. mind due i didn't receive a call. its been a whole week of waiting for my parcel and i will not wait another 24 hours to receive what is rightfully mine, someone needs to make a plan on how I'm supposed to get my Rain. i am dissapointed with the service nonetheless.
