PostaPlus Item received at US office on [protected] but still not showing in my dashboard

I ordered a set of 64GB DDR4 memory sticks from eBay on the 25th of April 2022 and it was delivered to PostaPlus' US office on the 27th of April, and yet until the 5th of May no record of the parcel has appeared in my dashboard on the MyBox website or on the mobile app.?! This shipment cost me $326.86, and ever since I tried to contact PostaPlus to inquire about the whereabouts of my shipment, they simply ignored me: nothing at all! No confirmation email that they received my email, and no replies. I am sure they have been receiving my emails because whenever I use the same email addresses (kwi.[protected]@postaplus, [protected]@postaplus, [protected]@postaplus, kwi.[protected]@postaplus and [protected]@postaplus,) to contact them about other issues, they reply in a day or two?!

In addition, I gave them the UPS tracking number that the eBay seller provided, which clearly shows that the RAMS were delivered (tracking number 1ZR43Y850374477844, signed for by "J**h").

Desired outcome: If parcel was lost, Please refund.

PostaPlus Delivery issues

Ordered a shipment from shein. Shipment arrived kuwait stayed for a month, no one contacted me and shein pulled back the shipment. Worst service ever.

PostaPlus Delay on the shipment and bad customer service

My shipment number : [protected]
İ had a delay in my shipment and every process with this shipment took alot of time, in the logistics it takes 10 days
And then when they finally receive the shipment from the logistics they put the shipment in the store from day 20sep. Then they told me it will take from 7 to 10 working days i said okay iam waiting but please urgent my shipment it's already took alot of time in logistics and the customer service said they are waiting for update from the other department when they finish sorting and checking the shipments and then i waited tell the 8working day and they told me they will contact the another department to check for any update and they will make a urgent request for my shipment then i called them back yesterday they are saying for me noway to give you any update tell tomorrow and they still don't have any update and no one is giving me any solution and this is not acceptable they are really bad in customer service and the first customer service who told he will make an urgent request for my shipment he didn't make any request for the shipment already .. now i really need any solution and any one to support .

Desired outcome: Get my shipment

Completely unprofessional
Shipments delivered to wrong address
don't take any responsibility for their mistakes
All customer calls kept on hold for long duration
Any complaint goes into a loop of needs 2 working days to get sorted
Customer complaint to Head also goes unanswered

PostaPlus Smart watch

You gave me wrong item or order its should be 40mm but you gave me 44mm smart watch with scratch..look at your offer and the product you gave

PostaPlus delivery

I received a call on sunday. Without a previous contact, saying they were at my building. As nobody contact me before. I was not at home. I told them the next day I would be free from 3 to 4 at the school where I work or at home in the evening. Themen called me at 9:20. I was working so I told him to come in the evening. He didn't. I called him but he never answer. I contacted their help customer they said they would come on thursday. Nobody came, I don't know where is my order and when I will receive it.

PostaPlus Customer service

Dear sir/madam

This is to inform you that I have approached rak bank for opening salary account 3 weeks before with all documents, they have processed my account, customer service gave ATM card, i deposit 300 aed in that account I gave that account number to my office for salary transaction, my management all so processed within two days I will get my salary in my rak back account number but 3days before i went to atm I can't take my deposited amount I called customers service they said due to technical error from banking document updates so they have blocked your account temporarily.

Also I have approached the Bank yesterday morning regarding this issue but they said we loss your documents so only we blocked your account, now again asking all documents once again to unblock the account.
My management said this is bank mistake so they only take responsibility for this issue we will not give documents again,
So now customer service did this mistake but punishment for me

I'm new one for Dubai now I don't have money in my hand

Considering this kindly solve this issue without documents

PostaPlus Uncourteous business operations

Assalamu alikkum,

Dear Sir/Ma’am:
Sub: Complaint against Mr.Samer Darwish and Moderline Distribution LLC, Trade Reg:243124)

I used to live in Dubai, UAE till 13 May, 2014. Currently I have shifted for couple of months to United States of America, to be back in UAE after Ramadan, Insha Allah.

This formal complaint is against Mr.Samer Darwish and his company Moderline Distribution LLC's Speedex Courier PostaPlus, UAE from whom I have purchased a membership service of getting my courier packages delivered from their US address to get forwarded to my Dubai address.

During last week of April, I had an emergency courier package (item weight: 250-400grams) courier package to be delivered to Dubai urgently. I called the company twice before placing the order, and both the times when I was connected to Ms.Dilupa (Head of my Box Team, Phone: +971-[protected]) who then confirmed and assured a total of 3-4 days to delivery my package at UAE address. I also explained to her that it was urgent, emergency and important package, and they shouldn’t mess it up it since I was moving back on 12th May back to USA. She assured a maximum of 3-4days delivery at my Dubai address.

Based on her assurance of 3-4 days delivery time, I placed the order and it was delivered to Postaplus’s US address before 30th April, 2014.

I waited for one week, and there was no delivery.

On 8th day I called her again, and she assured and confirmed delivery before 10th May, and when I informed her again that I had a flight on 12th, and no one will be there to collect it if they delivery it after 12th. She apologized and 100% guaranteed delivery before 12th May.

I still waited and since there was no delivery on 12th, I had to reschedule my flight to US for next day. After speaking to her she said it will be delivered on 13th.

On 13th she said she couldn’t find an employee to delivery and asked me to wait for her call till 6pm, that will be when she will be able to confirm if she can send a delivery guy or I have to collect it personally from their office.

There was no call till 6pm, I had to board my flight to US. I asked them to forward it back to my US address and asked them to contact me again on my new US number or email. No action taken after weeks, I called them up again, and she said she is waiting for her boss’s reply.

After few days, I again called her, and she is still waiting. I did inform her that I will be forced to legally file a complaint wherein she and her boss will have to give an explanation in Consumer court. But in vain, even after that, its been about a month now. No reply, call, updates, no email nothing.

SpeedEx courier and Postaplus, are into logistic operations and business, it will be much easier for them to courier it back to me. I strongly believe they don’t value customers and they think they can do any business and customers wont say anything and have no rights in UAE.

I have a loss of $5, 000+ already because of this delay in shipment, which is by 44 days from the date promised delivery. Could you kindly ask them to courier my package to my latest US address and a compensation please. Its truly against humanitarian and consumer/customer rights. Such a company shouldnot be allowed to operate a countries like Kuwait and UAE who are world-renown to uphold customer’s rights and value International morals in their business and trade operations.
