Rain package
I have never encountered more horrendous service delivery than that of CCD Couriers. I have had my delivery rescheduled on 3 occasions due to non delivery and no communication at all. The painful thing about rescheduling a delivery with CCD Couriers is that not once have they even offered to deliver the next day but continually pushed out supposed delivery an entire week in every rescheduled delivery. To date I have still not received my package which was ordered on 8th June 2023 and today been the 26th June 2023. My reference is rain442942. It's truly shocking that a service delivery vehicle in our country that is entrusted with such valuable and confidential packages to deliver is permitted to operate the way they do. Today as yet another date for delivery between the hours of 8-12 passing by with yet another unsuccessful delivery. Truly appalling service honestly
Desired outcome: I would like for my package to be delivered as soon as possible
Delivery of ABSA credit card
CCD failed to deliver card within 3-5 working days.
I was contacted on 16/6 to inform me that I will be contacted about delivery, still no contact or delivery on 23/6.
This company failed to live up to the expectation and I will endeavour to discredit CCD as far as possible
Now... the submit option tells me that the complaint is too short?
This opens the door for emotions to be heightened and this option is ineffective
Desired outcome: CCD should close its doors and opportunities should go to smaller, well-run companies, who actually care about their service delivery
Card Delivery
Pathetic service: Had a scheduled booking on 14/06/2023 between 12 - 2pm, the driver never arrived. Nor feedback feedback. Had to phone several times, before 2 to confirm delivery before 3. Driver never arrived, phoned again. Driver was on it's way apparently. Driver never arrived and never called. Phoned 16:10, and the user put me on hold for 10min and never return any calls to arrange new date and time.
Next morning got a call to re-schedule and then got a mail to say CCD could not get hold of me to deliver the card.
This is unacceptable, as this is unprofessional service and lying for their own incompetency.
I will inform the company making use of CCD to never use them as a courier service!

Courier delivery
Had a call from CDD delivery which I missed. I called back within 2 mins only to be told the driver left. No one rang a bell or anything. The delivery was then rescheduled to the next day. I received a call again which I answered. They mentioned the driver was outside and I said perfect I will open the gate. I opened the gate and waited for the driver to deliver my package. After 5 minutes I decided to walk out the door and noticed the driver left. I called back on the same number to say I answered the call and opened the gate and still they are incapable of delivering. Terrible service and call centre.
Delivery of urgent bank card
Ive had a card ordered from fnb since early March. The card was sent to CCD couriers who, in the first two attempts were not able to get hold of me, on the third attempt when they found me, they had made a mess of my delivery. Starting from not including important instructions about the person whom would be receiving the card resulting with turning back without delivering the card.
The call centre manager Tshepiso, who is apparently a manager to a Zandile, after avoiding calls to explain what the hold up has been since the 16th of March until today when I called to probe, responds by saying “the system says they couldn't reach you on the 16th of March”.
What type of call centre sits with an open call and doesn't bother to do jack with it for over two weeks? What is this woman’s KPIs? Why is she still running a call centre (the simplest job by the way)?
Desired outcome: None of my cards should be delivered by CCD couriers after this one. If FNB sends any of my cards to you, please return them to them with this note!
Nedbank card delivery
I have never had an issue with ccd delivery till on the 14th March 2023 when ccd had to deliver my nedbank the courier guy so rude that he was busy shouting at me and even threw the card at me and refused to give me his name, ccd deal train your drivers customer service skills the guy who was driving a gold Suzuki with reg number "JZH 950 EC" doesn't deserve to be dealing with customers, otherwise you will lose a lot of clients
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a call back from the company telling me they have dealt with the driver '[protected]'
ABSA credit card delivery - useless company
I have had these guys deliver my credit card out twice this week, even though ABSA sent through special instructions to release the credit card with me providing my Temp ID, they still did not release it with some or other idiot supervisor not checking his system. How is it that CCD does not accept a temp ID but ABSA their client, does? With that, wasting my time to be home on these 2 days, I phoned them on Thursday and was promised delivery to my branch in Centurion the following day Friday. Phoned them now and was told delivery is scheduled for Monday! Seriously so fed up with these clowns

Liars! I’ve called them more than 5 times for a bank card that was ordered in October not to mention that I’ve paid for the damn card

Delivery was supposed to be made yesterday on the 14th of December after two weeks I had purchased Rain. They called today [ on the 15th ]I pick up the call they hung up. No communication no feedback, bullshiit

CS Agent contact me a week ago to make arrangements for delivery
I adjusted my times and schedule for this delivery
No1 pitch at agreed time and date I left my premises
10 minute after delivery was suppose to happen I got a sms from delivery service company saying u should contact them for their inconvenience
As I am in need of the particular delivery I tried to make contact with Delivery service for alternative arrangements to my dismay no one picked up they phone or evens have a automated waiting service to tell me atleast I shoudl wait
I left my premises 20 mins later after delivery was suppose to happen a 1hour and 10 minutes later I got a call frok the driver to say he infron of my premises to make a delivery
How inconvenience is that
Courier company made again arrangements and did again not stick to the arrangements their have made for the 2nd time

I ordered a Rain Package ( reference Rain300481) and they have apparently tried delivering twice. the 5th and the 6th but NO ONE has showed up to the Gate. I have been standing here for almost 2 hours.
They lied saying they called me and it has been logged as a Missed Appointment.
I would like to report them to the higher authorities,

Rain Device
This is the first I am waiting for a delivery from this courier service, but they are the WORSE service ever. For starts the device cannot be collected on your behalf; they called, e-mailed and smsed to say it will be delivered between 8-10 today and I have been stuck because I did not want to inconvenience the delivery person, cancelled my appointments, for what? I called 3 times already, they keep on saying, they will call me back and never did. Worse the last person had a huge attitude saying she is working in the call center and not at delivery.
TERRIBLE: based on other complaints, I see that I am not going to receive a call nor my device today. They have a lying reputation.

Worst damn courier services ever! My cards was supposed to be delivered today. They made me schedule an an appointment for between 08h00 and 10h00. They even sent a reminder at 07h00 this morning. Well, its after 14h00 and I have not received my cards yet. When I try to phone the helpline, no-one answers. No communication whatsoever. I just wasting my whole day waiting in vain. I rescheduled my work meetings so that I can be home this morning :(
Why do they let you schedule an appointment and then they cant honour their times. Most incompetent courier service ever!

I had the same experience with this damn courier people yesterday now they messed up my entire week due to they incompetence and lies made me schedule my day twice not evens once but twice [censored] for a package i still haven’t received and still have the audacity to want to reschedule
Poor service
a worse courier service. With them, I have a delivery. With their office, I set a delivery time. 2 hours later, I have yet to receive my delivery. They don't communicate with you, and when you try to call them, they pretend not to hear you and hang up. They provide lousy service and show no concern. I don't think anyone should use them. This problem hasn't even come up with them for the first time. I had to wait three hours in their office last year after doing collections before receiving my package. Their area of expertise is not communication.
Rain wifi
A lady called me 31 August for the delivery for my rain wifi she didn't told me to have a proof of resedens the delivery guy came yesterday to deliver it he didn't give me my wifi because the lady did not do her job. A lady called me today to tell me my wifi will be delivered monday between 8 - 12 I am not happy because I need my package for work this weekend. The survice is poor at ccd. They need people that knows how to do the work
Abuse, arrogance and violences

Today I had a bad experience. 2 months ago I ordered a parcel paid for it and everything CCD kept on phoning to confirm address. I told them 1) the address was wrong several times. Then yesterday I got a call to confirm they finally took the correct information and send a driver this morning. There was a problem with my documents so I phoned the providers, whiles on the phone and standing behind the car he started reversing his car and hit me with his car. I Then I grabbed his car keys to bring him to a stop as he was very aggressive. After 1hr he finally gave me my parcel but I would not recommend CCD, the driver was arrogant and threatening after he hurt me with his car and when I took the keys to stop him, he punched Me on my arm. I will be going to lay a charge against CCD and the driver that was at my house.
Attached is the vehicle registration standing in the middle of the road after I took his key because he tried to run me over with his car.
I cannot believe you have such violent drivers. You don't even have marked vehicle's
CCD Couriers failed to deliver my FNB CARD
CCD Couriers is so unprofessional, I have been waiting for my card for 9 days now ..
They called me saying their outside when I got out of the house there was no one I stood for 30 minutes .This is the WORST COURIER company .

12/05/2022 - Today my package was due for delivery in the morning between 08:00-10:00am and the lady phoned with [protected] number and asked if i can go to the gate because she doesnt want to get inside the office park because the security is normally rude. I explain to her that the gate is far from me and before I could finish my sentence she hangs up on me and never phones back. She is extremely rude and she doesnt respect her job.
I then phoned the CCD Courier call centre and explain the above the agent said she will phone back after speaking to the lady but she never phoned back.
I phoned again after a few hours thats when they told me the rude lady said I was not available for my parcel. The calls are recorded I want you to pull the records and hear if i was not available for my parcel. Now i will only get my parcel next week Monday. This is totally unacceptable
I will truly disappointed by the level of disrespect and rudeness of the lady.
Desired outcome: I want my parcel delivered tomorrow 13th
Poorest service and incompetence
CCD courriers called a week ago that my card would be delivered, till date I have not received my card and I cannot do anything. my payments are running late, I've spoken to 6 different consultants, one of them being Thabiso Ramokopa. I've been holding the line for the past 28 minutes and still no joy, the consultant who called last week never made any booking for my card to be delivered.

As I am reading your comment, I am on the line with one of their supervisors as i have escalated the matter to their superiors but by the look of things nothing is getting done for me to get my order.This is actually the third time CCD does this. I highly recommend rain to look for another courier company or wish they had used Ram instead of CCD>
