Useless
Useless app. Provides login screen with no way to create account or log in. Used to be slightly useful app for tracking parcels.
Stuck at the start
I can’t get past the intro animation. Trying to track a purchase, but I can’t even get to the page to enter the tracking number.
Login and phone number now required
All these apps are so thirsty for your data. What used to be a usable package tracking app now requires so many hoops to jump through.
Doesn’t work
App loads endlessly and never opens. It’s nice you have an animated loading screen but that’s not useful. I want to track Singapore post packages
Terrible app
Dysfunctional, doesn’t send OTPs, impossible to use for payment, which is great since SingPost no longer collects cash and forces you to use the app…
Horrible. Works poorly of at all. Badly designed
Can never track an item due to “lost network connection” error despite strong persistent wifi. Ok when same item is tracked online on the computer. Interface design is horrible. Text cannot be read because it’s dark Grey over Black background. Laughable that it’s even available!
Network connection lost , no information
The app doesn’t seem to work. The website shows “Despatched to overseas (County code: US. Both posting and status dates 16/08. Today in US is 27/08. Update 08/09. No improvement. I’ve entered a new tracking number and app immediately responds with “network connection lost”.
Did I get scammed?
Ok I placed my order over a month ago and even tho I know COVID is messing a lot of online shipping up right now, but I still haven’t received any update on my order, I’ve tried to put in my tracking number for so many different package tracking websites and they all say the location of my item is unknown but it’s “on its way”. I’ve ordered 5 other things before and after this where some were international shipping and I’ve already received them and my tracking number started working after a few days on those orders.

Needs an instruction manual
Terrible app - can’t pay bills intuitively. Need to read the instruction manual to find things.

Buggy, cannot even keep "saved" items when logged in from one session to another... useless as everything else here
What is this app for? Nothing
It does not work. What an embarrassment for Singapore, their national postal system can’t even create a working app.
