They said that my package was delivered on the 6th November 2024 but it was never received. They sent a blurry picture so you cant make out the tracking number, I dont know what they used to take it out. But even though those numbers arent mine. I've been trying to get answers since and no one is helping. Shein is telling me that since Speedx marked the package as delivered I cannot receive a refund. Ive been messaging speedx since November and nothing has been done. This has become tedious and frustrating.
