GLS Austria Disappointing Delivery Experience with GLS Austria: Lack of Effort and Common Sense

In most of the cases, they deliver the package right to some random pickup station without even bothering to ring the doorbell. It's like they don't even care, you know? I mean, I have a pickup station right next door, but did they ever drop off a package there? Nope, not even once! And I've had more than 15 deliveries from them, so it's not like they don't know where it is. It's just frustrating, you know? You expect a little bit of effort, a little bit of common sense, but nope, not with GLS Austria. They just do their thing and leave you hanging. It's a real bummer, especially when you're waiting for something important. So yeah, not the best experience with them, to say the least.

GLS Austria Inefficient Customer Support and Confusing Redelivery Process

I tried to organize a redelivery by calling customer help, but they weren't any help at all. The package got redelivered the next day, but I was worried that they had lost it. The customer support couldn't find the package in their system, even though I could see it on their website. It was all very confusing.

GLS Austria GLS Austria: Failed Deliveries and Disappointing Service

Never worked for me. They don't deliver, they don't even ring the doorbell. You get a message that the delivery has failed, even if you were there at the time given in that message. They just dump the parcel at the shop and call it a failed delivery. This has happened every time I waited for a delivery via GLS. And I am not the only one.

I gotta say, GLS Austria ain't my cup of tea. They claim to deliver, but they don't even bother to ring the doorbell. Can you believe it? Instead, they send you a message saying the delivery failed, even if you were there, waiting patiently like a good ol' chap. It's like they don't even care about customer satisfaction.

And get this, they just leave your precious package at some random shop, like it's no big deal. They don't even try to make it right. They simply label it as a failed delivery and move on with their day. It's happened to me every single time I've had the misfortune of relying on GLS for a delivery. And let me tell you, I'm not the only one who's had this experience.

I mean, come on GLS Austria, can't you do better? Is it too much to ask for a little professionalism and courtesy? I don't think so. It's frustrating to say the least. I just hope they start taking their customers seriously and improve their delivery services. Until then, I'll be looking for an alternative courier that actually knows how to do their job right.

GLS Austria Frustrating Experience with GLS Austria: Poor Delivery, Lack of Communication, Unhelpful Customer Support

I've been waiting for my parcel for a whole two weeks now, and let me tell you, it's been quite the ordeal. I've been home this whole time, patiently waiting for GLS Austria to deliver my package, but it seems like they just can't get their act together. They keep pushing back the delivery date, and they have the audacity to let me know about it on the very same day. Talk about poor planning!

So, I decided to give them a call and inquire about the problem. You won't believe the response I got. They had the nerve to suggest that I change my address! Now, let me tell you, that's easier said than done when you only have one apartment. And if that wasn't enough, they also had the audacity to suggest that I go pick up the package myself at their station. Seriously? It's a good 30 minutes away by train! Do they think I have all the time in the world?

To make matters worse, their info email address is a complete joke. Every time I reach out to them, all I get is a pre-written email that doesn't address my concerns or offer any kind of explanation or apology. It's like talking to a brick wall! I can't help but wonder how a company like this manages to stay afloat.

Overall, my experience with GLS Austria has been nothing short of frustrating. Their lack of communication, poor delivery service, and unhelpful customer support have left me questioning their competence. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I sincerely hope they improve their services in the future.

GLS Austria Terrible Experience with GLS Austria: Lost Parcel, Lack of Information, and Poor Customer Service

I had the worst experience with GLS Austria recently. They totally messed up my parcel. It's like they forgot it somewhere and then lied about its whereabouts. When I called them up to inquire, all they could say was, "I don't know." Can you believe that? They couldn't even deliver the parcel, but when I asked them what the problem was, again, "I don't know." It's frustrating, you know? I mean, what am I supposed to do to bring this never-ending saga to an end? "I don't know." And now, what should I do next? You guessed it, "I don't know."

It's ridiculous that they don't provide any information unless you reach out to them. I mean, shouldn't they be proactive in keeping their customers informed? It's like they expect us to do all the work. It's not fair, right? The recipient of the parcel even asked one of the GLS people (after being transferred from one person to another) if he would have ever received his package if we hadn't called, and guess what they said? "No." Can you believe that? If we hadn't taken the initiative, the poor guy would have been left without his parcel.

Honestly, I can't give GLS Austria anything more than one star. And that's only because there's no option for zero stars. They really need to step up their game and improve their customer service. It's just not acceptable to leave customers in the dark and provide no solutions. I hope they learn from this and make some serious changes.

GLS Austria Nightmare Experience with GLS Austria: Avoid at All Costs!

I gotta say, GLS Austria is just the worst. Like, seriously, if I could give them zero stars, I totally would. This company is a total disaster, man. If you have any other option for shipping your stuff, I highly recommend you go for it. Trust me, you don't wanna deal with these guys.

So, here's the deal. I ordered this weight set from Amazon, right? It was a hefty 20kg, and I was pretty stoked about it. But guess what? GLS Austria messed it all up. They decided not to bring it to my house, claiming I wasn't there. But get this, I was actually in quarantine that whole week! Can you believe it? Talk about a lame excuse.

But wait, it gets even worse. They dropped off one of the packages at a post office. And get this, it wasn't even the closest one to my place. Nope, they had to go and drop it off at one that was even further away. Can you imagine? So there I was, stuck with this massive 17.5kg package, having to lug it all the way home by hand. And let me tell you, my fingers were not happy about it. I ended up with this nasty wound, man. It was not cool.

And as if that wasn't enough, they decided to drop off the other package in a completely different district. Like, seriously? Why would they do that? It was a whole kilometer away from me, and they didn't even bother to let me know it was at some pick up location. I had to call up the original company and beg them to give me the scoop on where to find my package. And guess what? The pick up shop was closed! Can you believe the nerve of these guys?

I swear, if I could sue GLS Austria, I totally would. They deserve it, man. This whole experience has been a nightmare. So take my advice, stay far away from these clowns. Find another shipping company, any other company, and save yourself the headache. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
