Postnord PostNord es basura

Durante el año 2022 recibí en Colombia más de 50 envíos desde Suecia. Este año 2023 estoy esperando desde enero 29 envíos y aún no llegan (junio). PostNord no da compensación a ninguna clase de encomienda fuera de la EU. PostNord debería cerrar. Es una estafa cobrar por enviar paquetes para luego extraviarlos y ya está, no hacerse responsable.

Recommendation: JAMÁS usen PostNord.

Postnord Postnord: A Disappointing Experience with Non-Existent Customer Service

I recently used Postnord for a delivery and unfortunately, my experience hasn't been great. Firstly, my parcel has been sitting in an unknown location for 10 days which has caused me a lot of frustration. I wasn't given any information on where it could be, and that has made me worried about whether it will ever reach me.

To add fuel to the fire, I tried contacting their customer service hotline, but to my surprise, the number was out of service! Can you believe that? An international organisation like Postnord who handles deliveries across different countries cannot have a functioning customer service helpline is a massive disappointment. This experience has brought me to an unfortunate conclusion that Postnord is the worst mail service in the world.

Overall, my experience with Postnord has been entirely negative, and I wouldn't recommend anyone using their services. If you're looking for a reliable, and trustworthy mailing system, I implore you to look elsewhere.

Postnord Unreliable and Frustrating: My Experience with Postnord.se Shipping Services

If you're considering using Postnord.se for your shipping needs, allow me to recount my recent experience with their services. Unfortunately, it hasn't been a very positive one. Since February 2021, I've had multiple packages that were correctly addressed and had all necessary customs documentation, yet they were still refused and returned to me. To make matters worse, most of them have now been lost entirely.

Of course, I reached out to Postnord customer service many times in order to try and resolve the issue. However, their responses have all been impersonal and generic. I've filed multiple complaints over the course of several months, but the problem still persists. As a consumer, it's frustrating to feel like my concerns aren't being acknowledged or taken seriously.

As a result, I'm hopeful that the consumer protection agency, konsumverket, will take notice of Postnord's incompetence and hold them accountable for their subpar services. Of course, I understand that no company is perfect and errors can happen. However, it's important that businesses take the necessary steps to correct their mistakes and ensure that customer satisfaction is a top priority. Unfortunately, that just hasn't been my experience with Postnord.se.

Postnord Frustrating Experience with Postnord: Complicated Process, Terrible Customer Service, and Lost Packages

Have you ever had a frustrating experience with Postnord? I sure did. It's a shame that a service that is supposed to make our lives easier ends up causing us so much trouble. The first thing that comes to mind is their complicated process. Why can't we simply choose a pick-up point instead of dealing with home delivery? It would save us a lot of trouble, especially when we can't be home to receive our package.

Another issue I've had is with their customer service. Every time I've had to contact them, they never seem to have my information on file. Even my home address! How is this possible in this day and age? But the worst part is waiting to get a representative on the phone for at least 15 minutes. It's unacceptable.

Also, it's mind-boggling that a package could take 11 days to travel 40 kilometers. I mean, come on! And when you try to reach out to them on social media? Nada. No reply, no acknowledgement, nothing.

And to top it all off, if your package gets lost, they won't even notify you! How is this even remotely acceptable? Don't waste your time or money on Postnord. It's not worth the hassle.

Postnord Postnord Review: Unreliable, Unprofessional, and Costly

It is not a secret that Postnord has been a subject of criticism over past years. The experiences of its customers have been far from impressive, to say the least. Many have reported the unreliability and lack of professionalism of the company. In fact, some have even gone ahead and labeled them as thieves. The cost of collecting parcels, especially from international sources, can be exorbitant. As if that was not bad enough, some customers have reported receiving notifications way too late, or not getting them at all. This means that customers have had to make unnecessary trips to pick up points or in worst cases, have lost their shipments altogether. It is quite unfortunate that a company of Postnord's status can exhibit such levels of incompetence. For those considering using their services, it would seem best to avoid them at all costs.

Postnord PostNord Service Review: Incompetent and Frustrating Customer Experience

Sweden's PostNord service has turned into a nightmare for many customers. The PostNord service is a mess, and the reviews and complaints from customers are a testament to that. The service is downright incompetent and unprofessional, and this is not a one-time occurrence. The length of waiting times is often 10 or more days, and even then, the consignment may not have made it out of the warehouse. It is frustrating to have such an experience where one is expecting their parcel and it is just sitting in one place, and there is no update on its whereabouts.

But it does not end there; getting in touch with PostNord seems like an impossible mission. The customer service team seems to be nonexistent, and the only option for customers to get in touch is through email, phone calls or social media platforms such as Facebook. Unfortunately, none of these channels are fruitful as they either do not respond or provide updates on the status of their parcels.

As a result, its no surprise that customers are fed up with PostNord and would rather use any other method possible, even throwing their parcels into the sea, than to involve the PostNord service. It is unacceptable and frustrating, particularly for people that rely on quick deliveries and need their parcels urgently.

In conclusion, PostNord needs to up their game and take responsibility for their inadequacies. Customers deserve much better than what PostNord is offering.

Postnord Postnord's Incompetent Logistics & Customer Service - A Frustrating Experience

and fix your logistics and delivery services, Postnord! As a customer, it is extremely frustrating and disappointing to experience such incompetence from a company that is supposed to provide reliable and efficient postal services.

On top of that, the customer service is not helpful at all. Every time I try to call them to ask for updates on my packages or to file a complaint, I am put on hold for an excessively long time. And once I finally speak to someone, their responses are usually unsatisfactory and unhelpful. It's like they don't care about their customers' concerns and complaints.

Moreover, the website is not user-friendly, and it's quite difficult to navigate when trying to track or manage shipments. The interface is confusing, and the information provided is often inaccurate or incomplete. It's frustrating to have to spend so much time trying to figure out where my package is or when it will be delivered.

Overall, my experience with Postnord has been disappointing and frustrating. It's unacceptable for a company to repeatedly lose or misdirect packages and to provide such unhelpful customer service. I hope they take their customers' complaints seriously and strive to improve their services, so that other customers don't have to experience the same issues.

Postnord Postnord: Poor Customer Service and Major Delivery Delays

As someone who has had a particularly frustrating and less-than-satisfactory experience with Postnord, I feel compelled to share my thoughts on their service. I have been waiting on a package to be delivered to Canada from them for over 6 weeks now, and still have not received it as of today. Needless to say, the delay in delivery has been more than inconveniencing.

However, what really stands out about my experience with Postnord is not just the delay in delivery, but rather the entire interaction with their customer service department. I found their complaint department to be extremely inefficient and rude in their handling of my inquiry, leaving me feeling unsupported and unheard. It is a serious concern that Postnord is not willing to accept accountability for such a major delay and that Canada Post will have to begin an inquiry on my behalf.

In the future, I will be sure to avoid using Postnord's services if I have any other options available to me. Even if it means spending more money with a different company, I believe it will be worth it to ensure a more reliable and satisfactory experience. I will certainly make it a point to request other options such as FedEx when making purchases on Ebay or any other platform.

All in all, I would definitely recommend that potential customers avoid any dealings with Postnord at all costs. Based on my experience, I can say with confidence that their service is not worth the risk or inconvenience of dealing with such poor customer service and lack of accountability.

Postnord Disappointing Experience with Postnord: Lack of Communication and Concern for Customer Needs

Recently, I had a less than satisfying experience with Postnord. I had sent a package to my mother as a birthday gift and was surprised to find out that it had been sitting in one of their depots for nearly three weeks. Apparently, there was an issue with one digit in the telephone number for the recipient which prevented Postnord from delivering the package. As a postal service, I would have expected better problem-solving skills to have been implemented.

It would have been wonderful if Postnord could have sent out a notification to my mother regarding the package and advised her to collect it herself. Yet, instead, the package was left there without any action taken for weeks on end. This, without a doubt, shows a lack of concern for the client's time and money.

It is very disappointing when one pays for a service and does not receive what was promised. As a customer, when I pay for a service, I expect to get my money's worth. When that does not occur, naturally, this generates annoyance and makes it difficult to continue doing business with a company.

I must say that I am feeling let down and utterly disrespected by Postnord. The way they are handling my complaint is not reassuring me that the same thing will not happen again. In fact, I am left feeling quite discouraged and disgusted by their behavior. I sincerely hope that they will rectify this issue and begin taking proper action in the future. If not, then this is, without a doubt, unacceptable and is not doing justice to a company providing postal services to its customers.
