Company reneged on agreement
I purchased a handbag at the website baginc.com. The website described the bag as bing made of "luxurious cowhide". I even corresponded with a customer service representative who confirmed that the handbag was in fact genuine leather. When the bag arrived, it had a strange chemical smell as well as to cosmetic defects. Notified the company immediately. They responded by requesting pictures. I sent the pictures immediately. They did not respond for to days. I asked them for an update and they finally responded by asking me to send the item to another client! I felt uneasy as they had given me somebody else's personal address and telephone number. Also, why would you send a product that I identified as "defective" to another customer. I was ignored for another to days. I requested that a response be sent back immediately. At this point, I was even more upset because hen Zi looked at the shipping invoice, it said that the item was PVC- so they misrepresented the item! This is fraud! I asked them to send m a return label so that I could return the handbag to them and explained that I did not think it would be right to send a customer a defective bag and that I did not
feel comfortable being placed in the middle of their transaction with another customer.
I received a response from the company stating that they didn't have return labels and that if I send it back, they would refund me the shipping costs plus a full refund for the handbag. I replied by saying "I will ship the item back today". I took the item to Fed Ex to ship back, as they have a proven tracking system and this is the same method used to ship the item to me. I sent a copy of the receipt to the seller and now they are trying to renege on the agreement because they did not expect shipping o b so expensive! They did not provide any guidelines as o how they wanted it shipped or anything else. At this time, I just want them to promptly refund me the 289.00 for shipping and the handbag. Furthermore, if they are going to be dishonest, they should not be allowed to export products to the US

I also had the worst experience ever by them.
After waiting for weeks of no response and asking for a tracking number I asked to cancel the order after not hearing from them I filed a dispute then all of a sudden tracking appeared. When the bag arrived damaged, with a wird chain the reflects rainbow colors, wrong color lining, plastic smell and dented leather I escallated the dispute. Also the scarf ordered with the bag never arrived. Marvie keeps waiting for the manager to tell her what to do. Not sure that Manager exists. Anyway finally after over a month seller offered partial refund for the damaged bag. I declined because the bag is no use to me in that condition. Now PayPal wants me to ship it back to China that costs a lot. I reached out again to the seller telling him that it's not fair that I have to be responsible for shipping it back at my expense because not only they sent out the bag after I asked to cancel the order when they did not ship it in time but also sent me damaged item with a missing scarf. Same thing happened to me! They sent me a fake leather bag. Any good comments you see about BagInc are written by someone who works there. It's obvious.
I am having trouble contacting them for a refund too. Worst, I never had the product. It was out of stock but yet they still charged me. Now ignoring my emails seems like. Hope it get resolved soon. Never ever buying from this place again.
Obviously, if the company is a fraud, they wouldn't have responded to the client's email at all. They are still getting in touch and gives options to solve the issue. The company has been shipping leather bags worldwide, and this particular client is the only one who complained about the quality, why? because i know for sure she never had a real leather bag before.

The same exact thing has just happened to me. Buyer BEWARE. Do not buy from this company if you feel you may need to return for any reason. The return process is a nightmare and unheard of! - taking pictures of the product, sending it to another customer? If they can't do business the right way then they shouldn't be in business. Please look elsewhere to buy your bags.
