DPD UK review: Stolen parcel

Good morning I am contacting you because of a stolen package. The DPD courier sent me a photo that the package was delivered. Unfortunately, it was not for me, I did not receive any package, there are cameras in my company and it is easy to check that no one from DPD was there that day. In addition, someone faked my signature and took the package. I contacted you via WhatsApp, unfortunately I did not receive the help I needed. In the attachment I am sending a photo of the confirmation of the "delivery" of the package to me along with the forged signature and the date and time of delivery. I have already secured the recordings from the cameras in the company that day. I would also like to point out that faking someone's signature is punishable and I am considering reporting the matter to the police. Please respond to this matter as soon as possible.
