The very worst courier company
I sent my watch to Germany for repairs and it got held up by German Customs who apparently returned it to me instead of forwarding on to the watch manufacturers
Dpd said that one a parcel gets returned it is no longer tracked by them? What kind of bulls... t is that?
Despite numerous emails and voice communication with dpd UK and dpd Germany nothing has been forthcoming and my expensive watch has disappeared
The staff in both UK and German offices seem totally incompetent and customer services are woefully inadequate one dpd rep I did manage to voice contact spoke with a heavy Birmingham accent and sounded like he was on his house living room telephone?
Giving me a whole load of nonsense regarding where my parcel was?
I received a 24hr final reminder today 18/03 to submit necessary documents relating to watch parcel otherwise claim would be closed? Yet all these were sent to dpd 24/02?
On today's final reminder email clicking on "view my case" links one to a "send a parcel" page?

This company is really unreliable and must be avoided at all costs use FedEx post office or any other courier company
