Your parent company EVRi failed to deliver a parcel - considering I was in all day - I don`t think they tried very hard.
Now using the EVRi redeliver system, they are demanding credit card and address details.

EVRI complaining about no direct contact only Chat, no email, phone number.
I wish to complain that the items I sent have not been delivered. The photo proof of the shipping label is not attached to the parcel and the parcel does not contain the items I sent.
The shipping label which was firmly attached to my parcel was delivered unattached to my parcel, my parcel is missing.

What was delivered was not what I sent in the parcel. Jason received baby clothing. I sent him Swift torsion x race boots, men's size 9 motorbike boots and gloves.
I have been trying to speak to Chat , email and telephone but cannot speak anyone.
Please find my missing items and deliver them as I will not be paid for these items until delivered. I sold these on Vinted and Jason paid for the shipping label.
I cannot send him a replacement as I am not a business.

Courier let out my pet, didn't inform me. See the cat went under his van, but continued to get in the van and reverse out and drove off. Ever since my cat has never been found. Talked to the courier a few days later, where he told me he saw it went under his van but said he didn't know it was mines, after he entered through the door.
Tried contacting hermes again and they've said he doesn't remember anything.
Tried to get information on his next drop off area, incase my pet was onboard and jumped out.
I'm not pleased with the reply from hermes and their driver.
I wonder what else I can do, they're not replying anymore.
Desired outcome: Information on routes that was done that day from driver, or the areas covered.Driver needs to be questioned why he changed his story on events. Maybe CBR check see if he has any animal cruelty convictions etc.
Claiming for lost and damaged items
I have tried to register a claim for lost and damaged items. I have found it impossible to do so as all options have simply been removed from their website, telephone and email address no longer working.

Inpost hermes
There is no way of contacting anyone of the Hermes website and no where of getting any help.
I posted a return with Hermes using the inpost locker and I’ve got proof of that but I’ve not had any update on the tracking since Monday and it doesn’t even tell me if it’s been collected? Can you update me with this and if not where do I make a complaint to claim? It’s a lot of money to loose for Hermes to not even update me where my parcel is!

Driver abusive and threatening, driver also lies, says I'm not in or that I want it to be returned to sender. Hermes make it impossible too get in touch with them!

getting a parcel
1st i would like to say its impossible to speak to any human at Hermes all you get is a digital chat advisor that sends you in circles and does not give you a descent answer to a question, Over 4 days ago they say they have my parcel and are processing it 4 days later they say they have my parcel and are processing it, how rubbish is that. Also this is not the first time i have exoerienced this. Also the company who my order is with stated their delivery was 3-5 days. If it was my company i would never use them again. Myself i do send items now and again using e-bay and such but i will never consider using Hermes

No 'form left' card was posted, just two photos of my front door
Ordered some eBay stuff, wasn't aware it was being sent via Hermes until a week goes by and still no delivery.
Once I examine the Hermes Tracking, I see they allegedly tried on 3 occasions, twice of which took a photo of my front door.
I have been in for each attempt, It's a brand new door and the knocker is very loud.
No cards have ever been left, these are called "Form Left" in the industry, so I was giving my poor postie grief thinking it was Royal Mail.
Apparently after 3 attempts, (remember only photos of 2 doors and still no cards) it goes back to the seller, they (SELLER) have said it's not come back yet.
Last Hermes Tracking update said "08:47 - Mon Aug 23 - We're sorry your parcel has been delayed, we'll have it on the move in the next 24 hours."
So, I don't know what to do now, Hermes say returns can take up to 14 days and this item ordered was quite urgent/important which I will have to purchase elsewhere now, so thanks Hermes and the seller for not giving me tracking info sooner :(

ASOS delivery
I paid for next day delivery and was given a time slot between 14:00 and 16:00 . I have waited in for my delivery and was watching out for the delivery van, but none arrived. I then received an email to say Hergest tried to deliver my parcel but there was no answer so they will retry tomorrow. I believe the delivery van went to the wrong address (it happens with a lot of deliveries). I need my delivery today, hence why I paid for next day delivery and waited in.

How do you get a human on this service it's horrible holly I am having to talk to who does not help one iota. She must be the worst bit of AI I can think of. I placed an order and paid for a 5 foot Fig tree H00IEA0013858054 tracking number, it did not arrive, looked on tracking details, it said it had been delivered with a picture of a very small shoe box size box laid by the front door on the ground, which was obviously not a five foot tree, this was not a cheap item and would like to address this issue, the box on the ffloor was a pair of shoes I had ordered from ebay. Where is my Fig tree? probably in the couriers garden by now. Date supposidly delivered 24th April 2021

This item was returned to Amazon via Hermes on 04.12.2020 and handed in for collection same day.
This item was never delivered to Amazon but a packet of biscuits was with the correct label taken from my parcel and stuck to the biscuits.
I returned this item as it was faulty and under guarantee.
Since then I have been trying to get Hermes to take responsibility for this item as they were the last ones to have it.
I have returned items before with Hermes and had no problems but now I have been trying to get an answer for months.
I am a Pensioner of 79 & 80 in July, I am disabled and that is a lot of money to lose.
It is very difficult to talk to anyone on the phone or the chat line not that I can get through.
I would be grateful if someone would help me this time, it is important to me.

I have paid for these goods and I had e.mail saying it had been despatched, I tried to get in touch with Hermes but they said I needed to get in touch with your company and ask them to contact Hermes themselves. The total amount I paid was £32.96.

Non delivery of parcel
Sent parcel 24/12 for delivery. According to website they tried to deliver 31/12 but couldn't. Informed they would try again. To date there is no movement. I cannot contact anyone as there is not a customer service phone number and the chat line is useless. I have asked my usual to courier to contact his manager, with my details, which he did, but she has not made contact with me.
Desired outcome: delivery of parcel so I can obtain refund.

On the 15th of October 2020 Hermes supposedly delivered my parcel 8001083249665884. The tracking shows parcel is delivered signed for member of household. The only problem with this is that no one was at home at that time 12:48:12. The proof that they provided is a GPS locator.According to their terms & conditions that is not an acceptable proof if it is a signed for parcel. Under the Covid situation there is a special contactless delivery arrangement in place, which is:
-If a signature is required, our courier will knock on the door and step aside to allow the customer to answer. The courier will then take a photo of the parcel in the open doorway as proof of delivery.
Of course this never happened as we were at work. I am disputing this since, and asked for them to provide me with the acceptable proof of delivery according to their Terms & Conditions as it outlines it, but the only response I get is that and I quote:
"Following your query, I have checked the details and can see that the parcel is now delivered on 15/10/2020 at the delivery address at 12:48:12. The signature was obtained as handed to customer for the parcel as per the Hermes guidelines for coronavirus.
We would also like to inform that the parcel was delivered within the vicinity of the delivery address. As we have checked the courier is compliant so we are unable to investigate further due to the policy and procedure."

13.1.1 the Recipient's signature (including HHT signature) for the Parcel if the Parcel has been Delivered to the Address;
13.1.2 a Neighbour's signature (including HHT signature) for the Parcel if the Parcel has been Delivered to a Neighbour;
13.1.3 a Safe Place Photo; or
13.1.4 a drop card for the Parcel if the Parcel has been left in a Safe Place.
The only thing I did requested is to show me the proof of delivery photos, which they refused it so far!
Can please someone explain how is it compliant to the policy and procedure? There is no photo of any kind, but if there is I would like to see it please.

Non delivery of parcels
3 parcels have now been lost. I am having problems with getting a full refund as a seller of these items.
Hermes have lost my parcels and therefore I have had to reimburse my customers, which means I have lost income. The cost of the items, the cost of the postage and of course my profit, let alone the time and aggravations that Hermes has cost me.
I am now going forward with a court action through the small claims court to recover all of my losses.
Delivery
I have been waiting for my parcel delivery for over a week and I have been in on 5 of the 6 days your courier was supposed to deliver. And on the one day I wasnt I diverted it to my neighbour who would be in.
The lazy driver is not coming here and marking as he tried, I have had no card because he has not been hes a liar. I have sent many emails and phoned twice which I was assured he would deliver today and again I waited in all day and nothing. Parcel number [protected]. I am so fed up I have asked if I can collect from anywhere and I cant. This is not the first time this has happened this company constantly looses, damages and dont deliver my items why when this is so regular why do you not reprimand your drivers for there lazy attitude to there job they are ruining your company and reputation. I cant wait in every day for the next month until he bothers to turn up. I have 2 support tickets open for this and I keep getting automated apology emails then its marked as solved.
How hard is it to deliver my parcel hes saying on some days theres a problem with access I live an a block of flats that has 4 flats in it any of them will let him in if he says parcel and anyone in this block will take a parcel for someone else we all know each other well. There is also a trade button on the intercom which will let anyone in until 1pm its what the postman uses so he can even gain access from there, over the days he says hes tried but could not deliver ive had parcels from royal mail and yodel and they have had no problem. I will next be able to wait in on thursday the 20th of august or he can leave it with any of my neighbours in my block my neighbour at number 34 is always in.
Poor quality delivery service
Recieved a small package (the size of small envolope containing 2 face masks
valued at £35.00 each. Hermes tracking number [protected].
Also by the same delivery we recived a small plant value £19.00. Hermes tracking number [protected].
Whilst I was in the back garden with the side door open and my garage door open, the courier must have delivered the packages but did not call out to get my attention, but instead threw both packages over the front gate onto my driveway.
The result of this was that the pot the plant was in got broke!
I found the package with the masks in blowing around as the was a moderate breeze.
Where would that package have finished up if the wind had been any stronger?
The date of delivery was 16/7/2020 No card was left and no one signed to accept the delivery
This is not the first instance of poor delivery by their local courier as some of my other neighbours have also had problems with this particular courier (who rightly or wrongly use her family members to do some of the deliveries
I have tried to complain to Hermes directly but all the numbers on their various website, offices etc are either wrong and unobtainable, or automated and are not programmed to complaints, How very user unfriendly.
Why do companies continue to use such a poor quality service distribtion company?

I purchased a painting on ebay and the person sent it via hermes... I ecumenical anxious when I went to track the package and it said delivered on march 23, 2020 and signed for... I never signed and their website is a joke trying to find out who signed for the package and where it was actually delivered... This is wrong... Over 500, 000+ complaints have been filed...
