GLS Package issue

I have packages delivered to a post office. My complex is gated, some drivers claim they cant not access gate. Even when code is provided. I pay to have them sent to the post office. My last gls delivery, they left the package in the Closed post office lobby. So obviously tje package was stolen. 100. Of product stolen! Their customer service is Poor!

Recommendation: Request another provider

GLS Big scam be careful

This company does not honor their quotes. Do not waste your time getting one they add all sorts of additional charges. They tried to bill us for a double delivery charge even though the driver went to the wrong address the first time.

Another thing they did was cubed the weight to charge more even though the dimensions and weight were given to the

estimator. The last charge they changed was a residential charge. We have used GLS/Dicom for over 10 years and never had a residential charge. The quote l received was for $156.69 we were invoiced $371.66

I contacted their billing department and the double delivery charges have been revised. The new invoice they sent us was for $248.72

We have refused to pay them anymore than the quoted price. This company can't be trusted. We will never use them again.

Recommendation: Stay clear of this company

GLS Unreliable and Unprofessional: My Terrible Experience with GLS

I recently had a terrible experience with GLS, and unfortunately, it has left a bad taste in my mouth. I entrusted them to deliver a parcel on my behalf but was dismayed when I learned that they had not only failed to deliver it, but they returned it back to me in a damaged condition. To make matters worse, the contents of the parcel were missing, and several items were damaged beyond repair.

When I contacted their customer service team in Slovakia, I was completely taken aback by their behavior. I found them to be extremely rude and unprofessional, and they were of no help at all. Instead of listening to my concerns or offering any explanation, they simply asked me to fill in a claim form online. Even this process was not straightforward, and I had to jump through several hoops just to submit it.

What was even more frustrating was that they provided no information on how the parcel ended up in such a terrible condition, or why it had been sent back and forth between Hungary and Germany three times. They simply denied any wrongdoing and blamed me for not wrapping it properly. This is outrageous, especially when one considers the fact that the parcel had been collected by a GLS driver, who should have refused it if it were not correctly wrapped.

I was deeply disappointed with this experience, and I felt that GLS had no regard for my business or for me as a customer. All they seemed to care about was money, and they were not interested in providing any answers or resolutions to my problem. Moreover, their customer service employees were impatient and unresponsive, which only added to my frustration.

In conclusion, I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with GLS. It is essential to research thoroughly and weigh all options before entrusting them with your parcels. From my experience, their service is unreliable and unprofessional, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

GLS Extremely Disappointed with GLS Delivery Service in Brussels - Do Not Use Them!

I had a really unfortunate experience with GLS and I feel compelled to share my story. My package never made it to my house despite my best efforts to make sure I was there for the delivery. After I received a message from the company stating that they couldn't deliver due to technical difficulties, I was hopeful that it would eventually make its way to me. However, a few days later, I received another message saying that my package was available at a library located quite a distance away from my home.

I was a bit annoyed by this but decided to make the trek over to the library to get my package. Unfortunately, when I arrived, it was not there. I called the library multiple times over the following days only to be told that my package had still not arrived. The librarian there even told me that this was a common issue with GLS in Brussels.

Frustrated, I decided to reach out to GLS via email to try to get some answers. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them - not even an automated response to acknowledge that they received my message. Feeling like I had hit a brick wall, I also tried reaching out to the company from which I had ordered my package, but they were unable to offer any assistance.

Things seemed to be at a standstill, and I had all but given up on ever receiving my package. However, two weeks later, I finally received a message saying that it had been returned and that I would be refunded.

Overall, I found the whole experience to be incredibly frustrating and disappointing. It is unfortunate that a company as ineffective as GLS is still operating, and I would strongly caution others against using them if possible.

GLS Abysmal Customer Service: My Terrible Experience with GLS Shipping

I recently had an experience with GLS (gls-group.eu) when I ordered a piece of art that needed to be shipped. Unfortunately, the first shipment was lost by GLS and they immediately put the blame on the shipper. However, I was in contact with the shipper throughout the shipment process and knew that they had done everything correctly. Luckily, the shipper had fantastic customer service and they re-shipped another canvas for me.

However, my experience with GLS did not end there. Since then, my package has been rescheduled five times and I have been trying to get in touch with their customer service department to no avail. Despite calling their customer service number over a dozen times, I have been on hold for hours and no one ever answers. Even their chat service has a pending line of over 100 people every time I try to start a chat. After waiting for three hours, I finally got in touch with a representative named "Cameron", who had no idea where my package was and promised to call me as soon as possible.

Moreover, when I expressed my frustration and asked to speak to a manager or for a direct line to one, "Cameron" refused and ended the chat abruptly as they were "too busy". This has been the worst shipping experience of my life, but the worst part is their abysmal customer service. I would strongly advise anyone against using this company for their shipping needs.

GLS Review: GLS Delivery - Disappointing Lack of Communication and Transparency

I recently had an experience with GLS (gls-group.eu) that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. After waiting for my package for a total of 9 days, I decided to reach out to the company, but unfortunately received no response. This lack of response left me feeling uneasy and uncertain as to whether my package was lost or if something else had happened with the business location.

Interestingly, upon further examination of the GLS website, I found only the scheduled delivery date of my package - which was set for the 3rd, a full nine days prior to when I was actually able to get in touch with the company. Given the lack of additional information on the website, I felt even more left in the dark and unsure of what was happening with my package.

Finally, after multiple reschedulings due to weather, accidents, and business closures in the Kent and Spokane, WA areas, my package finally arrived on the 12th - a full nine days after its scheduled delivery date. While I understand that some of these reschedulings were unforeseeable and outside of GLS’s control, the lack of communication and transparency was still concerning and made me hesitant to use this company in the future.

Overall, it's tough to say whether I would recommend GLS to others. While I appreciate that my package did eventually arrive, I was left feeling uneasy and frustrated with the lack of information, communication, and transparency throughout the process. If you’re considering using GLS, I would encourage you to consider the potential risks and difficulties before making a final decision.

GLS GLS Delivery Service Ruined My Meal Kit Experience

I recently signed up for a meal kit delivery service and was disappointed to find out that they use GLS for their deliveries. As a new customer, I was sad to experience delayed deliveries by a day. Given that the food is perishable, I was naturally concerned about the freshness and safety of the food items.

To my dismay, I discovered that my packages were being held en route less than 25 miles away from my location, and the items were not delivered until the following day. Last week, I waited eagerly for the delivery, but it arrived late, and I'm hoping that today's delivery will arrive on time, unlike last time.

I'm stuck with this service because they chose GLS as their preferred vendor. I've reported my complaints twice but still face the same issues. Considering the circumstances, I'm genuinely hopeful that they will discontinue their partnership with GLS.

Unfortunately, as of the time of writing this review, my food box has still not arrived, after several days pass. Regrettably, I canceled my subscription to the service, and they know that the only reason for my discontinuing the service is the poor performance of GLS. GLS is a poor delivery service that should be ashamed of itself, especially given the numerous similar reviews that pop up when one searches for them. My order has been sitting in their warehouse or delivery vans for over 48 hours - this is unacceptable! I'm not confident that I even want to receive my order anymore, and if I do, I will have to dispose of the food due to its perishability.

GLS GLS Review: One Week of Headache and Frustration

It's safe to say that when you're shipping something, you want to be confident that it will arrive at its intended destination, and you want to feel secure in the knowledge that the company you've entrusted with your package is doing everything in its power to make sure that it arrives on time and in good condition. Unfortunately, if you're considering using GLS for your shipping needs, you might want to think again.

This company has earned a reputation for being one of the worst shipping options on the market, and after my experience with them, I can see why. When I ordered a package from San Diego, the company chose GLS to be the shipping provider. Unfortunately, from the moment the package was in GLS's possession, it was one week of headache and frustration.

At one point, my package sat in their warehouse for over five days, and each time I called for an update, I received the same answer: "It will be delivered tomorrow." This promise was made multiple times, and it was never delivered. When I finally asked if I could pick up the package myself, I was told I had to wait an additional 24 hours for the request to be processed, yet it seemed like the request was ignored every time.

The entire process left me feeling helpless and ignored, and I certainly wouldn't recommend GLS to anyone who cares about customer service. I would give them zero stars if it was possible. In fact, my package transit notes from the GLS website prove just how poor their service is: it shows that my package has been bounced back and forth between multiple depots with multiple delivery reschedules.

All things considered, please remember my experience and avoid GLS at all costs. Other shipping companies may offer similar services, but they certainly don't offer the same negative experiences this company provides.

GLS GLS Delivery Fails: Disappointing Customer Service and Unresolved Issues

I recently had an experience with GLS that left a lot to be desired. My mother relies on expensive and potentially dangerous medication, which we were expecting to be delivered to our apartment door. We had given the company clear instructions about the delivery address and also called ahead to ensure everything was in order. Unfortunately, despite tracking the package and seeing it marked as "delivered," we couldn't find it anywhere. After contacting GLS, we were met with unhelpful customer service representatives who seemed more interested in proving "proof of delivery" than actually resolving the issue.

One agent even had the audacity to suggest that a photo of the package lying somewhere was enough to confirm its delivery, even though it wasn't where it was supposed to be. Despite my repeated concerns about the safety of the medication and the possible consequences of someone else getting hold of it, GLS showed no concern or willingness to take responsibility for what had happened.

To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a manager, I was refused and simply told that "as far as we're concerned, we're done." The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would advise others to look elsewhere for their shipping needs.

GLS Unreliable Delivery and Poor Customer Service: My Terrible Experience with GLS-group.eu

My experience with GLS (gls-group.eu) has been nothing short of terrible. I ordered a package, but unfortunately my mobile phone was stolen during the delivery process. GLS kept me waiting for more than a month (and counting), with their European tracking information showing “delivering today”, while the local website and information from their customer support showed “item stolen”.

To make matters worse, GLS refused to contact the seller and update their European tracking site, claiming that the seller had to contact them first. Of course, the seller would only see the “in delivery” status on the European site, so it was a never-ending cycle. Although GLS had a different tracking number for their Portuguese website, it was not an official tracking site that would have any value to the seller.

Whenever I tried to contact GLS, they never responded to my emails or the remarks I posted on their own forms in their webpages. And when I called them on their contact telephone, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes listening to hold music before finally being able to speak to a human being. And even then, they were unable to solve anything.

It was only after I filed a complaint through a complaints portal in Portugal that I was finally able to get a response from GLS. However, they only gave me pre-written answers and never actually fixed anything.

All in all, my experience with GLS was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Companies like this are the reason why people lose their trust in sellers and e-commerce. I hope they go away from the market, so no one else has to go through the same experience as me.

GLS Unprofessional and Unreliable: My Experience with GLS Delivery Company

I recently had a very unfortunate experience with GLS, and I must say that it was by far the worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with. Upon tracking my delivery, I found that there was no time frame specified for the delivery, which resulted in my missing the delivery entirely. When I got in touch with their customer service team about the matter, I was informed that they could not deliver on another day because it was 'too far'. I suggested that they leave the boxes at the gates, but was hesitant to do so because I was not sure if it was safe or not.

Upon returning home, I was dismayed to find that not only were my boxes thrown over the fence, but all the items inside were dirty and broken. I immediately reported this to the online store and they promised to pick it up again via GLS. However, I was informed that they could only come during business days with no specific time frame. As a result, I had to sacrifice a whole work day just to wait for them, but nobody showed up.

To make matters worse, I found out that the pick up was cancelled without any explanation or prior notice from either the store or GLS. This was a major inconvenience as I had to take yet another day off work just to accommodate their schedules. It's really frustrating to deal with a company that does not care about their clients and has no regard for customer service or support.

In the future, I would suggest that if you are planning to buy anything online, always check who the delivery company is, and if it's GLS, I recommend that you find another store to purchase from to avoid any potential problems. It's not worth the stress, time, or money to deal with such unprofessional services.

GLS Frustrating Experience with GLS: Lack of Communication and Accountability

I recently had a frustrating experience with GLS (gls-group.eu). After returning home to find a "sorry we missed you" note on my door from a failed delivery attempt, I contacted GLS to request redelivery. After a 45-minute wait, I spoke to a representative named Greg, who was helpful and scheduled my delivery for the following day. I specifically requested a morning delivery, but unfortunately, no delivery was made at all.

To make matters worse, I was recently contacted by GLS about a package they claim to have had since November, which was intended for me but apparently never arrived. The representative I spoke to informed me that the package was lost and that I needed to contact the sender to let them know. This is particularly frustrating as it was a thank-you gift, and I have no idea who the sender is. Even if I did, it would not be my responsibility to handle the situation as the package was clearly lost while in GLS's possession.

As a consumer, I am disappointed and frustrated with the lack of accountability and communication from GLS. Their incompetence has caused undue stress and inconvenience, and I will be pursuing further action with the BBB to try and find a resolution.

GLS Car parts. Com/ GSL shipping

Ordered my part on 10/31 from car parts.com was supposed to arrive on the 11/4. Contacted car parts when it didn't arrive. They said it is an estimated delivery date not an actual date to be delivered. So I asked him when it would arrive. An he gave me the run a round for 30 minutes. Note with no answer... So I got on line with GSL Shipping. Today to find out where & when I would receive my much needed par for my vehicle, so I could get out of my $40. A day rental, and they couldn't even tell me when I would receive it... Quote unquote.. it's in transit. But from where I asked... And too my surprise.. nothing could be resolved.. this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Never use them or a company that ship with them... Run...

GLS Terrible Experience with GLS: Unprofessional Support and Lost Package

I had a very unpleasant experience with GLS (gls-group.eu) recently. Unfortunately, my package went missing and despite multiple follow-ups, I have been given the runaround with all sorts of excuses such as it being lost, misplaced, and delayed pick up. To add to my frustration, the chat help that I received was absolutely useless and did not provide any help whatsoever. The phone help was also a complete waste of time and didn't get me anywhere either.

But what made matters worse was the rude behavior of the representative who I spoke to. He (Larry) had the audacity to disconnect the call abruptly and then called me back to accuse me of doing the same. Needless to say, their support team provided no assistance whatsoever and they were extremely unprofessional and dishonest.

After this experience, I wouldn't trust any of my deliveries with them and I definitely wouldn't recommend their "help" line or chat. In fact, I urge anyone reading this review to think twice about using GLS for their delivery needs. Their support is absolutely useless, rude, and dishonest. I wish I could rate them zero stars if that was an option.

GLS Avoid GLS Delivery Service: Poor Customer Service and Delivery Process

If you are looking for a reliable delivery service, GLS (gls-group.eu) is definitely not the right choice for you. I had a very disappointing experience with this company and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The level of customer service is extremely poor and the delivery process is a total mess.

During my interaction with GLS, I had to call them multiple times to request a specific delivery time as I knew I wouldn't be home before 4 PM. However, even after explaining my situation, they completely ignored my request and made three attempts to deliver the package between 9 AM and 10 AM. I was extremely frustrated with this as I had already informed them about my schedule but they didn't take it seriously.

To make matters worse, I received an email from GLS stating that the package had been delivered and signed for by someone I had never heard of before. When I looked up the tracking number, it showed that the package was delivered the day before I received the email. I was shocked and angry as this meant that my package was left somewhere without my authorization.

I immediately contacted the company that I had placed the order with and informed them of the situation. I am still waiting for a response from them, as well as from GLS regarding the whereabouts of my package.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using GLS as a delivery service. The level of incompetence, disregard for customer requests and overall lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Choose another delivery service that has a better track record and values the customer experience.

After reading a review of GLS (gls-group.eu), it is difficult to recommend this company. Unfortunately, the reviewer had a terrible experience after their important parcel was lost, and the company did not seem to care. GLS GLS Review: Poor Customer Service and Lost Packages

When it comes to shipping companies, reliability and efficiency are key factors that customers consider important. However, as a frequent shipper and receiver of packages myself, I cannot recommend GLS (gls-group.eu) based on my recent experiences.

Regrettably, I have encountered two instances this month alone where packages I had sent or were meant to receive were lost in transit. These packages were picked up in LA but never reached their destination in Long Beach. In the face of such setbacks, I had attempted to contact GLS for assistance but was met with frustratingly poor customer service.

I found that calling GLS was a difficult and cumbersome process in itself. Despite a call-back option being offered, no one answered the phone when I tried to get in touch. After calling repeatedly over the course of several working days, I was finally able to get through and receive a call back response only on Monday.

Unfortunately, this did not solve my problem since I was informed that too much time had passed and nothing could be done for me. It was at this point that my frustration reached its limit, especially since I felt that the situation could have easily been resolved if their customer service team had responded to me earlier.

Additionally, I attempted to contact GLS through their website using the available form. However, I found to my surprise that entering the tracking number was mandatory before I could proceed. After submitting the required information, I soon received an email asking me to provide the tracking number. This was completely absurd, as I had already included the tracking number initially.

Lastly, the people whom I spoke to on the phone were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Their hostile attitudes made it difficult for me to communicate with them and get any sort of assistance. Overall, my experience with GLS was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend their services.

GLS Unreliable Couriers and Inaccurate Tracking: My Frustrating Experience with GLS

I recently had a very frustrating experience with GLS (gls-group.eu) and feel compelled to share my thoughts on this company. In short, I was extremely disappointed with their service and found their couriers to be unprofessional and unreliable.

To give you some context, I had an important delivery scheduled for Monday July 5th, and I made sure to clear my schedule to ensure that I would be at home to receive it. However, to my dismay, when I checked the tracking status for my package, I saw that the courier had marked it as "not at home." This was simply not true - my wife and I were home the entire day, and no one had come to our door.

The following day, July 6th, I again stayed at home all day, eagerly waiting for my delivery. However, once again, the courier failed to appear. This left me feeling incredibly frustrated and helpless - I had paid for this service, and yet I had no control over when (or if) my package would arrive.

To add insult to injury, when I checked the tracking status again later in the week, I saw that my package had been marked as "delivered." I was baffled - how could this be possible when I had not received anything? It was clear to me that GLS's system was riddled with inconsistencies and errors.

Overall, I cannot recommend GLS to anyone. Their couriers are unreliable, their tracking system is inaccurate, and their customer service is lacking. I am deeply disappointed with the experience I had with this company and feel that they need to make significant improvements if they want to earn back my trust (and my business).

GLS Disappointing Experience with GLS Shipping: Unreliable and Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently had a package sent from France through GLS and my experience was less than satisfactory. I was surprised to see that my package had not left France, despite being scanned six times, on the 14th of May. Naturally, I contacted the sender, Pneus tyres, who advised me that the package would arrive the next day. Unfortunately, this turned out to be untrue, leading me to contact GLS, who are responsible for the shipment.

After contacting several GLS customer service divisions, including the French outlet, I was directed to their app, which did not provide me with any new information. It was frustrating to learn that GLS had no idea where my package was, despite being in their possession. As a result, I was left in limbo for the next 24 hours, unable to track my package and unsure of its whereabouts.

Eventually, I received an email stating that an investigation was underway to locate my package. However, it has been a week since then, and I have yet to receive any update on the progress of the investigation. Adding insult to injury, the sender has refused to refund my payment until the investigation is complete. Needless to say, this experience has left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed.

In conclusion, I would recommend that others consider alternatives to GLS for their shipping needs. The company's customer service was unhelpful, and their lack of communication and follow through was unacceptable. If you value reliable and transparent service, look elsewhere.

GLS GLS Shipping Review: Poor Service and Delays in Meal Delivery

I recently started using a meal delivery service that relies on GLS for their shipping needs, however, my experience has been less than ideal. Unfortunately, this is now the second time in three weeks that my food kit has not been delivered on time, despite being scheduled to arrive on Wednesday. To add to my frustration, I have not been able to obtain any updated tracking information on either occasion. This lack of transparency has made it difficult for me to plan my meals accordingly or adjust my expectations.

When I contacted the company after the first delayed delivery, they told me that the delay was due to a truck breaking down - this was disappointing but understandable. However, when I received a weather-related excuse for the second delay, I found myself becoming more skeptical of GLS's ability to deliver my packages timely and efficiently. Especially with other reputable delivery service providers such as FedEx, Amazon, and UPS, who have not had any issues with delivering my packages, which were received early or on time.

Considering that both of my delayed deliveries include perishable food items, I am now concerned that the contents of my package will be spoiled or frozen on arrival as it happened in the past. As it stands, I am deeply disappointed in GLS's level of service and will be looking to use another food delivery service that uses a more dependable shipping company.

It is my hope that GLS will take these complaints seriously and work to improve their operations to ensure that their deliveries arrive on schedule in the future.

GLS My Disappointing Experience with GLS Shipping & Customer Service

My experience with GLS (gls-group.eu) was far from ideal. Despite multiple attempts, they were unable to successfully deliver my package due to the gate of my apartment complex being closed and no gate code being provided. My frustration was only amplified when I contacted their customer service department and was met with less than satisfactory assistance. After waiting 15 minutes to speak with a representative, they provided no helpful solutions and seemed to be stating the obvious without any actual effort to resolve the issue. Even when I asked for the possibility of picking up my package at a closer location, they referred me to an address that was an entire 40 minutes away. When attempting to reschedule the delivery for the same day, I was informed that the delivery driver had already come and gone, which left me feeling even more helpless. The representative then posed the question of "what day do you want to schedule the delivery," which seemed like a pointless question considering the day was mostly over. It was almost as if they were not listening to my concerns at all. I was left with no choice but to wait outside my apartment complex the following day, hoping to catch the delivery driver and finally receive my package. All of this hassle for a simple package that I had purchased with my own money. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from any vendor that uses GLS for their shipping services ever again. Their delivery service left much to be desired, and their customer service department was not helpful or understanding of my situation at all.
