AusFF Fast and Affordable Forwarding Service: My Experience with AusFF

I gotta say, I'm pretty stoked about how fast my package got to me all the way over here in the eastern U.S. after it arrived at AusFF from the tool store I bought it from. I was kinda bummed when I found out the store wouldn't ship to the states, but then I heard about AusFF from some other folks here in the U.S. who said they had a great experience with them, so I figured I'd give it a shot. And man, am I glad I did! The prices were totally reasonable and they kept me in the loop the whole time - what more could you want?

I gotta admit, I was a little skeptical at first. I mean, I've heard some horror stories about forwarding services that take forever to get your stuff to you, or that charge you an arm and a leg for the privilege. But AusFF was totally different. They got my package to me super fast, and the cost was totally reasonable. Plus, they kept me updated every step of the way, so I always knew what was going on.

Honestly, I'm not sure what I would have done without AusFF. I really needed that tool, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get it. But thanks to them, I was able to get my hands on it in no time. And now that I know how great they are, I'll definitely be using them again the next time I need to order some tools.

All in all, I'd say AusFF is definitely worth checking out if you're in the same boat I was. They're fast, affordable, and they keep you in the loop the whole time. What more could you ask for?

AusFF Efficient and Helpful: My Experience with AusFF

My experience with AusFF was really good. They kept me updated with emails every day, which was really helpful. The only thing I would suggest is that they remind people to complete the identity check that's needed before they can send their stuff to their home country. I didn't know about this and my package was stuck in storage for two extra days. But once I sent in the documents they needed, everything went smoothly and I got my package exactly when they said I would. I would definitely recommend AusFF and I'll use them again in the future.

AusFF Efficient and Reliable Shipping Services with AusFF (ausff.com.au) - A Review

I recently used AusFF (ausff.com.au) for their shipping services and I must say, I was quite impressed with their Gold service. Initially, I had paid for their Silver service which cost me AU$ 7.00, but then I decided to upgrade to their Gold service which cost me AU$ 20.00. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they refunded me the original AU$ 7.00 back with no issue.

I had shipped my eBay items to them and had my Coles items hand delivered, and I must say, there were no problems at all. The process was smooth and hassle-free.

Their ID verification process required me to submit my photo ID and a utility bill, but I faced a slight issue as they only accept PDF format online. However, I was able to email them JPG photos and they accepted it without any problem.

I paid for their services on Monday, 16th March and to my surprise, the items arrived on Saturday, 21st March with email updates in between. The staff was really helpful and their communication was top-notch. They replied to my queries promptly and efficiently.

Overall, I was really impressed with their services and I would definitely use them again in the future. Their staff was really helpful and their services were fast and efficient. I would highly recommend AusFF to anyone who is looking for a reliable and efficient shipping service.

AusFF Review: AusFF - The Lifesaver for International Shoppers of Australian Retail Outlets

AusFF is a lifesaver for me, an American shopper who loves to browse online retail outlets located in Australia. Before discovering AusFF, I had to ignore these outlets because they didn't offer international shipping. AusFF Review of AusFF Shipping Services: Double Box Option and PayPal Payment Available

This is my first time using AusFF (ausff.com.au) and I must say, I could use a bit more information about packaging consolidation. However, I was pleased to see that there is a double box option available for my shipment, even though my item is just an envelope. I selected this option to ensure that my shipment is secure, even though I also selected insurance options.

One thing that I noticed is missing from the form is the name of the item for international customs declaration. I had to provide this information separately, but for those who may not know, my item is a kangaroo patch from 5.11. I also had to provide the value of the item in a separate box.

I was happy to see that I could pay with PayPal, which made the process much easier for me. Overall, I am grateful for the services provided by AusFF, as I would not have been able to order from Australia without them. I will definitely be recommending them to my network.

However, I did notice a couple of spelling and grammar errors on the website, which could be improved. But, as a regular human being, I understand that mistakes happen. I appreciate the simplicity of the website and the ease of use. Thank you, AusFF, for your services.

AusFF Disappointed with Ausff's Service: Paid for DHL, Received AusPost

I recently had an online experience with Ausff and while it started off great, I am not entirely satisfied with the service I received. My package arrived at Ausff in a timely manner and was dispatched on Monday as promised. However, I paid for a DHL non-tracked 3-5 day service and my package was sent via Australia Post instead. According to the Auspost Tracking, it was only dispatched from Australia on Friday last week. It has now been a week since it was sent and my package is still showing as being dispatched from Australia. I am unsure when I will receive it.

I must say that I am disappointed with the service I received from Ausff. I paid for a specific service and did not receive it. As of 23 January, I STILL do not have my package. I understand that Ausff may have thought they were offering me an upgrade by sending it via tracked AusPost, but this was not what I paid for. I chose the DHL 3-5 day service because it is much quicker.

I hope that Ausff can improve their service in the future and ensure that customers receive the service they paid for. It is important to be transparent about the services being offered and to deliver on those promises. I will be hesitant to use Ausff again in the future if this issue is not resolved.

AusFF Impressive Parcel Forwarding Service - Highly Recommended!

I gotta say, I'm not one to write reviews, but I gotta give props to ausff.com.au. I was a bit nervous about using a parcel forwarding company for the first time, but these guys really came through for me.

Their system is super easy to use, and when I had a few questions, I hopped on their chat service on Wed 11th Jan. The customer service agent I talked to was awesome - I didn't catch their name, unfortunately, but they were totally on the ball. They answered all my questions right away, and by the end of the conversation, I had everything paid for and ready to go.

My parcel got to me in the UK from Australia in just a week, which was way faster than I expected. And the pricing was totally fair, too. I'm really glad I went with ausff.com.au, and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a parcel forwarding service. Thanks, guys!

AusFF Personal Verification Step and Lack of Pricing Info: My Experience with [Company Name]

I gotta say, I was a bit stressed out when I found out about the personal verification step that wasn't mentioned in the registration area. I mean, come on, your product is directed at foreign clients, so why not make it crystal clear from the get-go? Luckily, I was able to navigate the process with the help of the Chat feature, but it involved skills I don't normally use. I had to supply files to extract an item from NZ Customs before, so I had some experience, but it still would have defeated me without being talked through it. I mean, who has time for that? Ain't nobody got time for that!

And don't even get me started on the threat of fraud from delivering a photo I.D. to anyone in this manner. That's just not cool, man. I don't want my personal information floating around out there like that. Plus, not having a price for items under 500gms and under 1 kg is just plain annoying. I mean, seriously, how hard is it to include that information? I ended up paying $18.00 for the unsecured postage of 24 playing cards with no fixed time frame of arrival to travel a 3 hr direct flight to this country. That's just ridiculous.

I might have to take up a friend's offer to use their friend's address in Australia and just use the ordinary postal service from your country in the future. It's a shame that offer wasn't available to me earlier. But hey, I appreciate the opportunity to trial your service and I'm glad I was able to acquire this globally hard to find item. And if I have to bring anything out of Australia again and your ordinary postal service proves to be equally unaffordable, I'll definitely take advantage of the independence that having access to your warehouse address provides me.

Thanks for helping me out and giving me the chance to provide feedback on my experience. Unless my parcel is lost in transit, there's no need to follow up. I mean, paying for insurance would have required me to pay nearly twice the item's purchase value, and unfortunately, I just can't afford that in the time frame required of me. So, fingers crossed everything goes smoothly!

AusFF Deceiving Shipping Rates and Unfair Practices: My Experience with AusFF

I had a really bad experience with AusFF and I was so happy to close my account with them. I needed to send two A4 envelopes to Europe, one weighing 200g and the other 400g. When I got a quote from AusFF, I was shocked to see that they were charging me AUD 60 for each package with AusPost. I thought that was way too expensive.

So, I went to the AusPost website and found out that I could send the packages for much cheaper. I was quoted $40 for International Express and $16.10 for Registered Mail. But, when I went back to AusFF, I couldn't find those options at all. When I asked them why their rates were so high, they told me that they had rounded the weight up to 1kg. That was not fair at all because AusPost rounds their shipments by 200g increments. So, basically, they were charging me for 1kg when my packages only weighed 200g and 400g.

I also found out that AusFF had done this to me before. They charged me $35 for a 200g letter, which was another scam. I have attached a photo to show you their deceiving shipping rates and the actual Australia Post rates for a 400g weight.

What AusFF did was really unfair and dishonest. AusPost uses 200g weight increments, so that's what AusFF should have charged me. They also told me that I couldn't send clothing in an envelope because it was a criminal offence. That was not true at all. I have sent clothing in A4 and A5 envelopes from many countries, including Australia, and it's never been prohibited. In fact, when I was in Australia recently, a local post office worker advised me to put a top in an A4 envelope because it's cheaper.

It turns out that AusFF had also repackaged my item without my permission. They also wanted to charge me $5 for a photo when their competitors provide 1-2 free photos for each package. All in all, AusFF is a dishonest business. They provide fraudulent shipping rates with rounding up to 1kg even if the actual weight is just 150-200g! Their staff are also incompetent because they don't know that clothes can be sent in paper envelopes.

Since we had a long dispute about their fraudulent shipping rates, AusFF asked me to close my account, which I was happy to do. I had been their customer for a while, but they were unappreciative and disrespectful towards me. They also ripped me off. I would advise you not to deal with them because they are very deceiving.

AusFF Mixed Feelings About AusFF: A Review of Their Shipping Service

I gotta say, I've been using AusFF for a while now and it's been a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, their service is pretty good - they've got a decent range of shipping options and their prices are reasonable. But on the other hand, there are some things that really bug me.

For starters, I've had to renew my one-off plan twice now because of Covid-related shipping delays. I mean, I get that it's not their fault, but it's still frustrating to have to pay extra just to keep using their service. And speaking of paying extra, I really don't think it's fair that the one-off plans have an expiry date. I mean, if I'm paying for a one-off plan, I should be able to use it whenever I want, right?

All that said, I do appreciate that they offer a free trial. It's a nice way to test out their service before committing to anything. But even with the free trial, I'm not sure if it's worth it. I mean, I've ended up paying $10AUD just to keep using their service, which is basically the cost of three one-off plans. And while their service is decent, I'm not sure if it's worth that much money.

Overall, I'd say that AusFF is a decent option if you need to ship stuff from Australia. But be prepared to deal with some annoyances along the way.

AusFF AusFF Review: Disappointing Experience with High Fees and Expensive Shipping Rates

I recently used AusFF to send a package from Australia to New Zealand and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the experience. Firstly, I had no idea that I would have to pay a fee just to join the service - it cost me a whopping $95 just to sign up! That's a lot of money for something that should be free.

But that wasn't even the worst part. When it came time to actually send my package, I was shocked at how expensive the postal options were. Compared to my USA forwarding account, which is completely free to join and offers much more affordable shipping rates, AusFF was way too expensive. I couldn't believe how much I had to pay just to send a simple package across the Tasman.

Overall, I have to say that I would not recommend AusFF to anyone looking to send packages internationally. The fees are way too high and the service just isn't worth it. I'll definitely be sharing my experience on social media to warn others about this rip off.

AusFF AusFF's Poor Service: Lost Item and No Compensation

I had a really bad experience with AusFF. It's been like a year and a half since I've been waiting for my item, but it never arrived. I tried to contact them many times, but they never gave me a proper explanation. After sending them a lot of emails, they finally told me that my item got lost and they can't do anything about it. I was really disappointed and frustrated with their service. I mean, how can they just lose my item like that? It's not fair that I didn't get any compensation or refund for it. I will never use their service again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

AusFF Review of AusFF: Smooth Shipping Process, Payment Issue & Packaging Could Be Improved

that the payment was not accepted. It would have been nice to receive some sort of notification about this issue.

However, once the payment issue was resolved, the shipping process was smooth and my package arrived in a timely manner. The tracking system was easy to use and kept me updated on the status of my package throughout the entire journey.

One thing to note is that the packaging of my items could have been better. The box was slightly damaged upon arrival and some of the items inside were slightly dented. It wasn't a huge issue, but it would have been nice to receive my items in perfect condition.

Overall, I had a decent experience with AusFF. While there were some hiccups with the payment and packaging, the shipping process itself was efficient and the tracking system was helpful. I would consider using their services again in the future.

AusFF Impressed with AusFF's Service, but Shipping Cost a Bit High

So, I recently used AusFF to ship a parcel to New Zealand and I must say, I was pretty impressed with their service. As soon as my parcel arrived, they contacted me right away and sent it off the same day I paid for shipping. And guess what? It arrived within a week! That's pretty darn good if you ask me.

However, I must admit that I was a bit taken aback by the cost of shipping. They claim to have negotiated low rates with the shipping companies, but I didn't see any discount at all. That was a bit of a bummer, to be honest. I was hoping for a better deal.

But overall, I'm pretty satisfied with AusFF's service. They got my parcel to its destination in a timely manner and that's what matters most to me. I would definitely consider using them again in the future.

AusFF Disappointed with AusFF Forwarding Service: Slow Delivery and Inaccurate Tracking

I recently used AusFF (ausff.com.au) to forward a parcel to Singapore. I paid 80 AUD for the service, which included tracking through DHL. However, I was disappointed to receive a tracking number for Austpost instead. As of now, I have not yet received my parcel, which was forwarded on February 6th. The tracking information has not been helpful either, as it still says "processed through facility" in Sydney as of February 8th. I have not received any updates since then.

I was hoping for a faster delivery, as Australia and Singapore are not that far apart (only an 8-hour flight). I have previously used a different forwarding service to receive a parcel from the USA at a much lower price, and it arrived much more quickly.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience using AusFF. I hope that my parcel will arrive soon and that the tracking information will be updated more frequently in the future.

AusFF AusFF Review: Slow Customer Service and Inefficient Consolidation Process

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with AusFF. I've been waiting for ages for them to answer my query, and it's starting to feel like they never will. And don't even get me started on how long it takes for them to consolidate packages. It's like they're stuck in slow motion or something.

Honestly, I think they could learn a thing or two from some of the American companies out there, like Shipito. They seem to have their act together a lot more than AusFF does.

One thing that really bugs me is that the received items they show on our login don't include the original tracking number. How am I supposed to properly fill in the declared amount if I don't have that information? It's just basic stuff, really.

I've used AusFF before, but this is the first time I've had to receive several items from them. And let me tell you, they're really falling short. They're just too basic and have a long way to go if they want to compete with the big boys.

AusFF AusFF's Poor Packaging Resulted in Damaged Item - Disappointing Service

So, I recently used AusFF to ship an item and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the service. I paid for a box to be provided for my item, but instead of putting it in a proper box, they just slapped some cardboard on top and on the bottom, wrapped it with tape and called it a day. I mean, come on, that's not even close to being enough protection for an item during shipping. And as you can probably guess, my item arrived completely crushed.

I tried to reach out to them and express my concerns, but the response I got was pretty dismissive. They didn't seem to care at all about the fact that my item was damaged due to their poor packaging job. I even sent them photos of the box they provided and the way they packaged my item, but they just ignored my concerns.

Honestly, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a proper box with sides when you pay for one. I mean, that's just basic common sense, right? But apparently, that's too much to ask for with AusFF.

So, if you're thinking about using AusFF for your shipping needs, I would strongly advise against it. Based on my experience, they don't seem to care about their customers or the safety of their items during shipping. Save yourself the hassle and find a different shipping company that actually takes their job seriously.

AusFF Review of AusFF: A Promising Shipping Option with Some Setbacks

So, I recently stumbled upon AusFF and decided to give it a try. At first, I found it quite difficult to get started. I purchased an item and had it shipped before realizing that I needed some scanned documents that I didn't have on hand. This was mainly due to the fact that I had recently moved and was living with roommates, which made it difficult to have bills in my name. But, after some searching, I found that AusFF could be a good option for me if I could just get past the scanned documents requirement.

AusFF AusFF Website Review: Slick Design, Expensive Shipping Rates, and No Arrival Pictures

I gotta say, AusFF's website is pretty slick. It's easy to navigate and looks real fancy. But let's talk about the shipping rates, cuz they ain't so fancy. They're pretty dang expensive, if you ask me. I mean, if you're tryna get something shipped from Australia to the USA, it's gonna cost you a pretty penny. And honestly, it's probably cheaper to just buy whatever you need from Australia and get free shipping to the USA, and then ship it from there to your final destination. That way, you're saving like 60% on shipping costs.

One thing I gotta complain about is the lack of pictures for the arrived parcel. Maybe I just couldn't find 'em, but it woulda been nice to see what my package looked like when it got to me. Other FFs like Ship7 have pictures and stuff, so it's kinda weird that AusFF doesn't.

But hey, I'm not all negative. There were some honest comments in there that were meant to help AusFF improve. So keep up the good work, y'all.
