Registered air mail
Why is there no information after 05/02/2021 on the shipment of 'Legal Documents', RR302896495TH, that was sent "Registered Airmail" to the Philippines because of the importance? Air travel only takes a couple of hours! Therefore, why is there such unrealistic delays and lack of information? Respectfully, more than a week to send this type of mail is unacceptable!
Desired outcome: Respond via email; [protected]@outlook.com
My complaint is about the lack of information that is being provided using the "Tracking" (ReRR302896495TH) feature. The last information was is a week old and does not leaving the country to the Philippines, 2 hours by air. The higher cost "Registered Air Mail" was chosen because of the time-sensitive legal documents being sent to attorneys in the Philippines and to expedite the action.
Mail delivery
I living since 5 years in Mae Fak Mai. Since 3 years I ordered a weekly magazine from Switzerland (to my Thai address). On the very beginning of the order (3 years ago) the Thai post delivered the envelop with the magazine in correctly. Every week the postman passed by my house and put the envelop in the post box. Unfortunately since some months the postman is not coming anymore every week. He now com 1 time every month! and deliver 3 to 4 samples of the weekly magazine together! I complain already very often at the Sansai Post office but: 1. The English language understanding of the collaborators is very poor 2. The fault (according the Sansai Post people) is in Switzerland because they not deliver the envelop on the right time! 3. The fault of the delay is in Bangkok (because the Bangkok Post not make a good job...) I understand that not every part is running well in Thailand, but I do not understand why on the very beginning they could deliver the envelops on time but right now not anymore? With my best regards Rolf Maurer 11 M 13, Mae Fak Mai Sansai, Chiang Mai 50290 Thailand

I live in the US and I will not be able to spend my Christmas with my parents in Thailand this year so I mailed Christmas gifts to them in November 2010. Early December 2010, my parents received a notice from the postman that they need to pick up the package at the post office close to their home. The gifts were not worth anything more than $200. They were...
