Throughout the lagged time, there are non-stop demands for additional payments to clear shipment.
On 23 Dec, an error payment account was provided to transfer the "Final Shipping Fees". As agreed by them, shipment would deliver within 72 hours after payment. However 10 hours later, the courier informed the account belongs to an old bank account which is no longer in use by the company as that financial agent has been fired from working. This error was only informed few hours after payment transfer. The money is already transferred over. To date 27 Dec, have not yet to receive the refund from the error bank recipient.

This is regarding delivery of my shipment which was sent on 16/05/2019 from SHARJAH to Dehradun. I requested your representative to deliver before 25/05/2019 as there was a function at my home on 26/05/2019. Your representative told me that delivery will happen with in 4-5 working days but sometimes it may delay due to custom clearance but anyhow delivery will happen before 25th May 2019.
Even I visited India on 30th May 2019 during EID holidays and If I knew that parcel will not delivered on or before the said date than I never sent the same.
But Your representative never told me About the custom clearance charges otherwise I didn't send the courier.
Over and above my wife contacted first flight office in dehradun regarding the shipment but she was surprised to know that there is a strike going on in first flight from the last one months in Dehradun.
I have already paid 180 AED as a courier fee, than why I will pay extra for custom clearance with out being informed me.
It's first flight duty to inform their customers before accepting the shipment so that customer can decide whether they need to courier or not.
So request you to please return my parcel on priority with Aed 180.

First Flight Couriers Dubai is a nightmare. This courier company whose tagline states: "Not just couriers, but Business Partners" is a scam. On 13 March, I commissioned First Flight to collect (import) a highly important DVD from Madrid, Spain for a public event in Dubai on 20 March. The ETA was 16 March. Prior to this date, I followed up and chased First Flight for the status since there was no news from their end. The agent stopped and avoided my calls, the Import Desk gave all sort of false information regarding the delay from bad weather, non-working day. Until 19 March - a day before my event, First Flight made an official statement that my DVD was declared LOST! Almost 8K Dirhams were spent to prepare the event, the lost DVD compromised my company. First Flight Management NEVER wrote a formal apology nor offered compensation to cover for the claim. They refuse to face accountability and up to now the Country Manager NEVER replied to my emails. Never trust First Flight Couriers Dubai. Most unprofessional company in Dubai.

I have sent one courier from Lucknow to Haldwani (consignment number MJ0663420) on Saturday (11 Aug 2012) using first flight service.
I was told that it will reach within 1 or 2 days but it has not reached yet. When I am trying to enquire about it using SMS, it is told that consignment not available. And when I am trying to call to customer care, it is putting me on hold for a minute and then the call is getting disconnected. What kind of service is this? I mailed to their cutomer care email Id, then they are replying it has reached to Rudrapur from Moradabad.
THE COURIER HAS DOCUMENTS AND KEY OF MY BIKE WHICH I SENT FROM LUCKNOW TO HALDWANI USING RAILWAY PARCEL SERVICE. IT REACHED THERE ON SUNDAY AND THEY ARE CHARGING ME PENALTY OF RS 10 PER HOUR FOR KEEPING MY VEHICLE THERE. I WAS PROMISED THAT IT WILL DELIVER ON MONDAY AND NOW ITS THURSDAY AND IT HAS NOT REACHED YET.

My pancard which was dispatched from mumbai on 15th of may 2011 airway bill no. Zb2297922 reached to bangalore first flight office on 17th of may 2011, one of the person from first flight called me at 10am and confirmed that it has reached and will be delivered to me at 11. 30am, I was ok and was waiting for it but today is 20th of may 2011 and I have still not recieved it at my home address, I checked it online tracking and it say that it has been delivered, its my pancard man not a love letter that these people play with us like this, this is a seriouse issue since pancard is involved in this, they will have to repend on this

I have booked a parcel through first flight courier, on 24th April 2007, with consignment no. “F14300419”. Even after 3 weeks, its not been delivered. Moreover, the first flight people are puzzled about the status of the consignment. Also, customer care people are claming that it has been delivered to Satna, but Satna office is saying that they have not received it. Because of their negligence in service, a child is deprived from her medical treatment, as the parcel containg a treatment equppment.

I have experienced such a bad service from First Flight. I wrote them the complaint letter but I have not yot got reply. Giving here the the complaint mail. (Just changed my company name.

This mail is to complain about service I recently received from First Flight Courier Services customer service representatives named Javed (Tathawde) and Ramesh (Aundh). Pune office.
This is Nishant Kalvankar from XYZ Technology Solutions Ltd. Here in XYZ, we have an annual gift policy under which 10000 employees get gifts by courier. I believe this is quite a big business for First Flight. Since my other collogues received the gifts but I did not, I thought to enquire this.
I called on 17th April 23, 2008 to find out how to deal with a problem I’ve had with the service. After I had been on hold for several minutes, Ramesh came on the line. I had to explain my problem to him several times because he did not seem to be listening and therefore asked me the same questions repeatedly. Ramesh put me on hold for several minutes, and then returned to say he could not help me. Meanwhile I heard him talking to his collogue that “Kya yaar ye +#*@ customer dimaag ki %*@# maar raha hai”...and so on”. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated.
I did the follow up and had the similar experience for two weeks.
On date 20th April 23, 2008 10.30am, I received a call from Sagar (Delevary Person) saying that, he has the parcel with him and he asked me to stay at home. Since I was busy in a family function, I asked him to come by 5.00 pm. As per the time given I came back to home at 4.30 and waited till 7.00 pm. But he didn’t turn up. Upon inquiry I came to know that, he called me on my cell phone but it was switched off. (How rubbish)
When I called up again to the tathawade office, I am asked to collect the gift from the office. (Is this your service? I thought you deliver stuff at doorstep. I am sorry for that)
Thus, my overall experience with First Flight is
1. There is no coordination between management and the delivery persons.
2. One can not track the consignment status because tracking system is hopeless.
3. FF employees are illiterate as they do not know how to handle customer calls.
4. FF employees should be trained on soft skills.
5. I can not file a complaint online. (Portal dose not have the feature)
6. One should not deal with First Flight as it is such an annoying experience.
I expected a much higher level of service from First Flight, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not want to spend any more time on such problem in future, I shall not choose First Flight Service. I will be sharing this experience with my friends and family. Also will bring this up to the HR dept. of XYZ Technology Solutions Ltd.

It has nothing to do with India... I am reading this blog as I was searching for FirstFlight service... I have faced a problem at SINGAPORE. They came to my office collected the parcel with assurance of delivering Mumbai in 2 working days and after 2 days I got a call, you need to pay some extra $ because of xyz reason and if you don't pay extra we will return your parcel back in next few days... I have lost so much time... we use courier service instead of normal post for better service and faster delivery but my case no delivery and worst service.
I faced a similar problem from mangalore branch which let out the courier information to an outsider, come on how could they do that.

letter reached to different place and then returned to me
Sir,
I booked a letter carrying some important bank documents, to SILIGURI (Darjilling), West Bengal on 07.04.2008. from Muskan Communications, Lanka, Varanasi.
It did not reach to the destination within 4 days. So I enquired the local office, where the lady in charge told me that she will look into the matter. After 2 more days, I was told that the letter could not be delivered, as the address could not be located. Since I had mentioned the phone no. of Siliguri, so the lady told me that the phone call from their Siliguri office was not attended at the address.
Now, when I checked the status of the letter at their site, http://www.firstflight.net, with my consignment number, J63143867, it showed that the letter had reached "Sigampettai" in place of Siliguri.
The letter was ultimately returned to me on15.04.2008, with the comment that address could not be located.
Needless to mention that I sent the papers again through speed post and it has been received also.
When I told the lady in charge that I want my money Rs. 75/- back, I was told that the money can not be returned as the address could not be located. As per her statement, since the letter reached Siliguri and it was tried to be delivered also, I have no claim on the refund.
But my question is that since it did not reach Siliguri, but it reached Sigampettai, so I should get beck Rs. 75/-.

I made a courier with the consignment number A28193719 from hyderabad to gurgaon.When the courier was delivered to my friend he was not in the house and his brother received the courier.When my friend saw the courier after returning home ho found that the box was empty and nothing was there inside.
I made a complaint in both hyderabad & gurgaon but its 4 days now and there has been no update.
The service of the first flights courier is the worst of its kind...and the staff is very rude...when i went to file the complaint they were behaving as if i had stolen the item..
i suggest to all not to use the first flight courier...

There was a courier booked on 11-Oct-2007 and as per the consignee they told it will be delivered on the same day. On 12th Oct I called up the 080- [protected] number to inquiry. They directed me to 080 – [protected]. Which in turn directed me to 91 [protected]-suresh. He then directed me to call on 080 – [protected]. On this number (kalasipalyam branch, Bangalore), he told me (rudely) that you have to come and collect at our office today as we have all the deliver boys are on leave. When I asked him the manager’s number, he told me that even he is on leave. So we can deliver only tomorrow by noon.
The point is, First flight courier management team should notice how a customer after so much of traveling from one number to the other just to hear a rude remark from one of the staffs of the courier. If a company is not in a position to make deliveries on time, why do you take the couriers. This courier is an urgent and delay in this has caused me a monetary loss.
I am posting up this complaint in various online blogs for the people just to make sure that they prefer other courier service before first flight and keep this as a last option.

I have sent a parcel through this courier service. But my parcel was not delivered on time and all contents of my parcel was lost.
one of you consignment is not not reached to me, and it was urgent, people from your company named- Sukumar, Shambhu from rajrahat kolkata has resent back. they come to wipro campus, they called me once from wipro number and when i was trying to that number...number was ringing...nobody was receiving..and courier team has resent that consignment..and on there two addresses were mentioned..and courier team does not went to secondary address, this was seriously disgusting. if does not happen something i ll take some legal actions. Please look into this issue.
the international service of first flight is very very poor ...they are charging huge amount and cant track the consignment at all.

I used to work for DHL, there are a few things I think people dont realize DHL is based out Germany most if not all the those couriers you see work for independent contractors. DHL does this to cut back on having any real responsibility they leave it up to the contractors to deal with upset customers, damaged packages,etc,etc. DHL awards contracts to the lowest bidder. Some contractors could careless about their employees all they care about is the money so long as money keeps coming in. Most of those guys who drive those yellow vans are over worked extremely under paid most contractors offer no benefits of any kind. So when you say that the drivers dont care your probably right. I mean why should they you try working over 70+hours a week with 0 days off next to little or no vac. a lot of those men and women get discouraged but they have to work just like most they live paycheck to paycheck. Its not like ups who have a union or like Fedex who take good care of their employees.Granted some corp. DHL employees are in a union.Some independent contractors have made attempts to join the union only to have lost their jobs the very next week because DHL decided they where in breach of contract.The contractor I worked for is a very good contractor most of those guys like what they do hell i liked what did but it came time to move on.So the next time you see one those yellow vans just know its not entirely that couriers fault!
