Social Service Coordinators review: No response 1

My mother was sent a medicaid card from them. On april 22, 2014 by certified mail. She was not her to sign for it so it was. Sent back to them. My daughter emailed them through a contact form explaining that and if they. Could send the card back, but she did not get a response. I called them and was. Told that they would return the card back to my mother as soon as our post office. Returned it to them, which was already over three weeks ago, but my mother still. Has not received the card back from social service coordinators. Again my daughter. Emailed them, but again got no response. I also left a message for someone. Named joshua about it, but he never returned my call, and she still hasn't gotten the card back from them yet.
