Purchased a vehicle that was advertised on the internet for my son, from a car yard. The photos on the internet didnt show damage from an accident or the hail damage, asked him in text if the air conditioning worked he said yes it works great, asked about the Timing belt and he said that it has been changed, he told me the car was in perfect condition. I paid for it and waited for it to be delivered. It arrived on wednesday night late so my son and i went and picked it up on Thursday morning. Noticed the damage on it from an accident (even the lady at the pickup up depot said they should have informed us about that...the boot doesn't close properly because of it. Air conditioning doesn't work properly. (vent temp should be in between 4-6) and its running around 7 and up, the battery looked like it was ready to explode, even the person looking at the air conditioning stepped back and said I have had a battery explode on me and dont wish for another. Went down and put a new battery in it straight away on thursday. Thursday night 10/11/16 had a good look over the car...noticed more damage and apparently it had a service, but the coolant is brown so there is no way it has had a service. The windscreen wipers were buggered and when testing them it has left a scratch mark up the windscreen. The roadworthy could not have been done properly. I made contact with Stafford motors and they told me that my son must have damaged the car, I told him that I noticed the damage before we drove away from the depot...We exchanged a few texts and he said he was happy to give me $100 to go and by a second hand battery from the wreckers as there is where he gets his from. He said I never said the timing belt was included in the price...I said no i texted you to find out if it had been done so we knew if this was something we needed to do and he told me it had been done...(in text) He then said if your son didnt damage the car then the transport company must have...I have contacted the transport company and they have forwarded me a copy of the report done when it was dropped off to them.. with photos and the damage was in them...I let the car yard know this and forwarded the email to them...he then texted back saying they must have driven it into a pole at the depot.. He told me to go away and claim the damage through my insurance.. Total price for the car was $1600 Delivery was $594.
As time goes on I have noticed more and more wrong with this vehicle...He just laughs at me and tells me not to make a fool out of myself...he said I dont care..go away.

Your people take too much time to issue the spare parts when the customer comes to buy and don't care the customer also.Eg÷I attached to the photo

I am a mechanic and went to have a look at a car for my wife. I checked for oil leaks and found it is leaking engine oil. He said it was normal residue. I said yes, from a leaking engine gasket, showing thick oil and dirt on my fingers, and then said it is unroadworthy. He did say he only cleans the top of the engine and not underneath and all old cars have this residue. I said that one doesn't, pointing to my car which is older. He told me to "get the f**k off his lot and then said, "go have a look in the mirror, you're fat" I laughed as he is fat while walking off and then he threatened to hit me.
