I am attaching a copy of a letter I received offering to buy back my vehice, a 2019 Jeep Cheroke, regardles of its condition, in exchange for a newer Jeep of my choice for less than my current payment.
On Saturday, 9/224/2022 at approximately 1:00 pm when I arrivedat the dealership, the salesman pointed out fine print in the back of the letter, which I ahd not seen or read.
They offered to downgrade me to a Compass the same year as my vehicle with 30,000 more miles and a loan for 75 monthly payments of $110.55.
that offer was not only ludicrous it was insulting.
This was flagrant false advertisng and gross misrepresentation of the offer.
Desired outcome: I feel they should make me a legitimate offer , if not, a" buyer beware segment" notifying potential buyers of the invaidity of their ofer.
