I am currently in dispute with the above supplier regarding non receipt of a package.

Paypal requested the delivery information but you did not send them a 'proof of delivery signature'.

Can you please email me, soon as, with a copy of proof showing a signed receipt.

The trader is refusing to make refund of the missing item. Until I see any sort of proof I will be continuing my action with the.
