There has been ONE delivery to my door...other times thrown over a fence into the beck courtyard of my small 8 story Senior Residence; placed unboxed goods (thermos bottles) on a park bench outside the building by the back door; left a Speaker Bar and a vacuum cleaner on the building's front steps (20 feet from a busy sidewalk), stolen and replaced a week later by Bissell.
The front door has a keypad, the actual delivery instructions are incorporated into the address (**** East ****, Apt number ***, enter ***, press call City, State [zip***18]. Somehow, their drivers are not smart enough or willing to spend 5 minutes to follow these instructions, even though the elderly residents order a large number of packages from the online companies. OnTrac is the worst delivery company, but Walmart doesn't seem to care.
Any company using OnTrac for deliveries does not care if the packages get delivered or not (usually not); it's like an Easter Egg hunt, trying to find where your packages are). Shame on Walmart and any company using OnTrac for deliveries.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response
OnTrac Is THE WORST delivery company of all the possible choices!
OnTrac for deliveries...bad idea. OnTrac is The Worst Delivery company of all the available choices!
I was home waiting for the delivery. I am a 72 year old disabled man, unable to walk more than 20 feet; how can Walmart justify using a service that won't deliver to the addressee except occasionally? The tracking info shows Ontrac didn't try to deliver the package...I was home ALL DAY!
