Teclast T40 pro after 10 months the touch display is defective. Teclast advertises a 24-month warranty on the EU website.
Teclast supposedly has a branch in Slovakia. No one answers the phone there. No callback. The chatbot is not busy. The recommendation is the contact form (->answer in max. 2 days).
After four weeks, no one has answered yet.
That's not bad service, that's no service at all. Teclast's (non-)behavior of not keeping the warranty promises goes in the direction of fraud for me.
