I had purchased a Guaranteed to grow kit by The Jonsteen Company in a gift shop at Mount Mitchell. I followed the directions and the balsam tree kit did not grow. I contacted the company by email on May 31st to the customer service department. Their response, "We very much appreciate your patience, we are working diligently to get back to folks as quickly as we are able. Our sincere apologies for any delay.
Thank you for growing trees, we appreciate you.
I think almost two months is enough time.
The company needs to stand behind their warranty or refund the cost of $9.00 which I paid. I have the original container and information.
