Tod Simonson HW55501 review: black bar chairs

I bought the two chairs on e bay. When the package came, the box was wet and ripped. I was unable to assemble one chair, because somewhere along the way, the ripped box lost 4 "C" L connecting brackets. Without them, I am unable to assemble the second chair. Also one large screw"D", I can get the screw at the hardware store but the brackets are exclusive to your company. I would be happy if you could send them to me or at least call me to come to some type of arrangement. I like the chairs, but I do need those parts or it will be useless. Thank you in advance for sending my 4 missing brackets.
