Tommy Beall designs posts fake complaints about companies on internet social networking sites in an attempt to discredit other art-related companies to cause a loss of business. The owner of this company engages in tortious interference and slander in order to discredit competitors for their own personal gain. Some of Tommy Beall's recent allegations against other companies are accusations of selling client's art on "the black market" and art theft. There is no actual website for this company. It is an individual attempting to build a business in an underhanded way and gain attention to their own name by slandering others. There is no real internet presence for this company and all of the companies that can be referenced have nothing to do with this person except his facebook profile. He has set up a fake profile on this complaint site to falsely discredit other companies. Scam Artist.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Miestorm (my partner in promoting shows and interior design) and I for "promoting prostitution" at one of our burlesque shows earlier this year, solely because we did not ask her to be the host of the show. We have, in her writing, all that was said, with her name, dates etc.. We also have a person named Milo Rock, her sometimes business partner/boyfriend, who confirmed this and apologized to us in writing on her behalf. The person who wrote the initial complaint about her and her gallery is Jayne County, one of her former artists. And I don't think she would mind me saying her name here. According to our attorney, there could have easily been a law suit against her for defammation and lose of income, as we had to move our show one week prior to the opening night, costing us a great deal of money. We do not typically focus on negative energy, so we declined having papers served to Kym. Milo does not deserve this, as he has been as kind and professional throughout this ordeal than anyone could be under the circumstances... On a personal note, I would NEVER try to sabatage a fellow artist's work by making such false and dangerous accusations. She also accused me of being a drug addicted stalker, but then again, she accuses everyone of that. And by the way, the name of my business is Beall Design NYC. thanks~~
