We, usually, take our children to McDonalds on Greenmor, store #11899, about once or twice per week to let them play and to give myself a break from the kitchen. Our bill is anywhere between $23-30+ each visit. We have a good experience, with no major complaints, on most occasions. However, yesterday evening this was not the case! I ordered meals for the 4 of us and the credit card machine quit working. This is understandable and it sometimes happens when you run a computerized operating system, not a problem. The problem was when the cashier called on the "managers" help the "manager" appeared, finally, with a disgusted look on his face, wearing a wrinkled, dingy, dirty "white" shirt that looked as though it had been slept in the previous night and had not seen a washing machine since the last shift that it was worn(what a role model). After pushing a couple of buttons, he didn't even attempt to turn off the equipment to reset it, he walked off mumbling to the cashier that he couldn't do anything about it, there was nothing he could do and that they could only take cash. He never spoke to me nor did he even attempt to explain the problem. As a matter of fact, he NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT ME and although he was standing right in front of me, he COMPLETELY IGNORED ME! He never offered to try and compensate us for the inconvenience or anything, NOTHING, not even an apology!?!? I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in McDonalds for hiring someone with this degree of indifference, let alone putting someone like this in charge of your employees and restaurant! EPIC FAIL McDONALDS! I hope someone looks into this and does something to rectify the situation with the horrendous management at this location because that was the most awful excuse for a manager that I have EVER SEEN!

OK here it goes #1 hes shirt was probably dirty because he didn't have time to wash maybe because he didn't get to sleep right because he had to go in again early since he got out late and maybe only slept 6 hrs than came back #2 he wasn't having a good day he was tired a lot of people don't understand that its tiring why don't they? #3 yes they should have offered you something or turned off the system or took the order thru the drive thru that's is the employee for not thinking right any who things happen
Awww, Poor baby didn't get paid attention to by the bad McDonalds Manager. Waaa, Waa, waaa. I guess if you call him dirty and disgusting you can inflate your ego a few notches to make you feel superior. Holy crap! You have one bad experience at an establishment where you admit you get good service and you cry and whine like a spoiled selfish two year old. You need to grow up. I bet you ca yourself a Christian too. Try practicing some of those Christian values and stopped being so self consumed.
