On February 1 /2016 I went to panera store # 601250 and I make my order in the automatic kiosk. I pay the order with my Paypal debit card.
I sit in my table waiting for my order and I open in my laptop my paypal account to review some purchases.
Then I saw that panera charge twice for the same order at the same time.
I talk to the manager and in a rude manner he told me that was nothing he can do.
I wrote an email to panera and they ask me: panera account number, day time, amount, store #, phone number and email address associated with the panera account.
I supply everything.

After all this days, they finally answer that the accounting department can not locate the transaction.
I am not satisfied with the new menu change. I want the Asian sesame chicken salad back on the menu. When I went to Panera this afternoon they said that they no longer serve that particular salad. I was so frustrated because that was all I ever got. I want them to change their menu back to the way it was before. The new salads do not look appetizing. I will never go back to Panera if they continue to serve the items on their new menu.
How is it their fault that YOU charged yourself twice? YOU used your card at the auto kiosk. You probably hit the button twice when it tells you to only click once.
I pass through the area often and love to hit the drive thru early in the AM. The staff is alway pleasant and very eager to please.
