The lease to own was presented on a four monthly payments $129.87 with a final payment of $64.05 if I choose not to purchase. Working on error messages to troubleshoot with Dell they finally ask customer to return the unit with four reinstall. This begin Sept. of 2013 to Nov.8, 2013. Aaron's manager began making threats of bad credit however they claimed Dell was sending them a new replacement. The tech claimed it was all because customer wasn't acquainted with the computer and refused to fix the new computer after using it for about a week when it totally refused to go online or function.
Customer decided to pay all remaining payment and return the unit when she was told she had signed up for 12 month payment plan and then option to purchase. It seemed when Carl delivered the unit to my home and charged my card without permission he failed to inform customer the account number was at the top edge that indicated it was for a 12 month deal.
On top of that the manager attempted to charge customer's card for two payment on picking up the new unit but all fund had been withdrawn and card cancelled. Another unauthorized charge. This was reported to the police but they stated due to the wording of the contract it's impossible to identify which agreement was stated verbally. FRAUD
Not only that customer called Dell and discovered Aaron had limited access to the interest and usage to programs such as the music player and etc. Customer noticed the headquarters in Georgia without a word. Also the district manager refuses to give his address and the tech refuses to give his last name. Customer has a law suit in progress with the help of a law graduate. I was told by the officer that I spoke with since the building rented brings in city tax's. . . . .BUT I'M FILING LAWSUIT ANYWAY! With so many disgruntled students a CLASS ACTION!

Aaron's - unauthorized debit charges
Aarons debited our account twice now unauthorized for a total amount of $292.72. The first time the charge was taken off our account on 1/27 and again on 2/16. These charges were not authorized and on 1/27, the bank did charge us $68.00 in insufficient fund charges due to Aaron taken $$$$ out unauthorized. I decided not to get the money bank as I had planned on paying our past due amount within 3 days; however, now where it has happened again, I will go to my bank to get the unauthorized debit back. This should not be able to happen. When my husband and I talked to the sales clerk, he was very unprofessional and said, well we have a credit card number and we can debit your accout if you are late. This is not true and I am certain there is a law that forbids such actions. The first time I called, he did say that if I would come in and pay my past due, they would credit our account back. Today, the most unfriendly and negative clerk said it will take 10 days to get the money back and we weren't able to talk to any manager.
In addition, the amount that is suppose to be due every month is $129.07 and not 146.36. The contract only mentions a $5.00 late charge, which would bring the total due to 134.07. $146.36 is the amount Aarons took unauthorized out of our bank account on 1/27 and today again on 2/16. In these tough economic times, it is bad enough that we have to purchase household items this way, but to be victim of unauthorized charges and the worst customer service ever is just not acceptable. After the initial complain was made, I talked to the manager and he being the so called manager, said, that he doesn't know who made this unauthorized withdrawl from the bank account and after some not so friendly conversation over the phone, the manager hang up and did not answer further calls.
Besides this being the most unprofessional communication ever, this manager is just ridiculous.

Why has Aaron's withdrawn $280 from my account when I have never bought nor financed [censored] with them? Nothing. Just out of the blue. 280 gone from my account. You ppl are ab to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Stealing money from ppl who have never had any business with you. Nothing. Sorry af. Watch this.
Aaron's attracts a certain type of customer. That is usually someone with bad credit. If you have bad credit, that means that Aaron's isn't the only bill you pay late. Quit complaining about Aaron's, pay your bills on time, get a less-than-disgusting credit score and purchase goods the way normal American's do...Save your money and buy it when you can afford it! Nobody made you go to Aaron's.
Aarons is the worst ever. If you are more than one day behind, they will call your friends, family, and your place of work. Even if you ask them to delete your credit card info they will still keep it and withdraw money when ever they feel like it. They will not wait for permission. I have had to change my bank info and change my phone numbers to keep these people from stocking me. I have paid over $2000 for a tv that was'nt even worth that much when i bought it 2 years ago. Aarons people are rude, and are worse than the child support people I deal with. I ADVISE ANYONE TO RUN FAR AWAY FROM AARONS. ITS A SCAM. THE SALESMAN WILL TELL YOU WHAT THEY THINK YOU WANNA HEAR, THEN BEND YOU OVER WITH NO LUBE! AARONS SUX!
