My mortage has been sold to nation star a few months ago from bank of america, after trying to get a loan modification for 2 years now and turned down several times, they sold my loan, Now that Nation star has it my life is a living Hell they wont stop calling me starting at 8 am asking when im going to pay it, I paid in full last month and they called on january 31 st, I told them they would be reciving the intire payment today in the mail, He asked what i sent then told me i was $10 dollars short ? I told him to put it on my next months statement, So at the end of the conversation he asked when they will recive my febuary payment ?What i said today is january 31 st why would you be asking for febuarys payment now ? I told him to call me tommorow, these people will harass you till the day you die, they are just horrible to deal with, Hopefully some one will see these complaints and do something about these banks, Duane Dunn
From April 2011 to May 2011 there was a $76.08 increase in our mortage payment with NO notifaction to us about the raise. Also they put on a $34000.00 additional to our principal balance without letting us know. How can they get away with this sort of nonsense? I am retired and tring to make ends meet but NationStar keeps milking me and noone seems to give a dam. Why?
this is how muckh of our tax money they got

as a tax payer they owe me
Nationstar Mortgage as of today Oct 13th 2012, has a
BBB rating of A+...I cannot imagine why!
My bank failed this spring and N'star took over my mortgage. Nothing has been correct since day one. They got the payment amount wrong and it took forever to clear it up. Then they declared that our homeowner's insurance was not in effect and dumped a plan that they called "escrow" on us...which turned out to be insurance on the property that they will forcibly sell you (by adding to your monthly payment). Funny, they had demanded proof of insurance, which was sent, when they contacted us for the first time. I totally agree with the poster who said that they never return calls. I'm kinda stuck with them for a few more months, but I'd never pick them if I needed financial help. Their bookkeeping and customer service are shameful.
