I had ordered Zico coconut water from doordash from fresco y mas, when I received it that I was happy to drink it, as soon as I opened it the seal was broken and the liquid was a cloudy yellow it smelled like straight cleaning liquid. I called the store to let them know that they had that product on the shelves and most likely more of that product was expired they hung up on me and when I called again they simply didn’t answer. I’m very disappointed in the people y’all have working at your stores. Not only that but it’s obvious that they don’t rotate the products by taking out the expired ones.
Fresco Y Mas - Cashiers
Today 04/25/2023 at 9:11am, at the store 1201 e 10thavenue , Hialeah Fl, cashier Maria Guitierrez.
I was very displease with most of the employ today. First I was in the automatic line to pay, which was about to be my next turn to pay. Just cause I had 11 bags of oranges, it looks like I had to many items in my shoping car, so the employ that was by the automatic cashier send me to a regular cashier register, wich it was nobody yet, and they made me wait a long time, when I could easily could pay in the automatic cashier( I had done it many times). To make matters more uncomfortable the cashier was passing my items careless , and she charged me 12 bags of oranges, when I told her it was 11, she fixed it after I retold her twice. futhermore, I beguin packing , and she decided to help in a rude way.
I shop normally at the store once a week or more, since is 10 minutes away from my house, and I normally I dont have a bad exp when I shop. But, sometimes when employs interfere things are some how uncomfortable ,in another ocacion , I was paying in the automatic register and the person in charger of helping( a young men) came near and press me credict card , while I was ready to pay cash. I believe employee from the cashier deparment should be train to be more polite so we customers get a better pleasant treatment.
Pardon any mistake in my spelling, I'm a hispanic person. Thank you for reading, and I hope in the future to be better at the store time. Other than that: products are good, prices are good, store is clean.
Fresco Y Mas - Seafood Department
I was in the store on Saturday around 4:45 p.m. I was standing patiently waiting while the worker was rapping fish another customer came up and started speaking in Spanish about the fish she stopped what she was doing wrap the lady order and never once acknowledged me standing there I went to the manager that was on duty he spoke no English this experience unacceptable
Desired outcome: Better customer service for all customers. I really wanted my crabs that day

I'm writing as an employee, I work at the store 201 and the manager and store managers have a slavery instead of a working place. The lack of respect is palpable. I can speak for a few coworkers when I say that its a tyranny what the manager have in the store. Maria gonzales and gonzalo diaz are the worst of the worst. They bad mouth employees, they snap at you or give you a bad answer when they get asked simple questions about the job. Human resource has done nothing about this, maria gonzales intimidate all employees on how they must speak about her in the presence of high ranking employees of the company if they don't oblige she threaten them with taking away their job. Now ask yourself this, is this a way of working? Should we lower our head and get mistreated by these persons? Please do something about these tyrants!
