Customer service at Arlington location is terrible. Not very attentive to Customer needs. Non-qualified personal doing the check-in and such. I highly recommend going to plasma center right up the road to Arlington road. There is a roses supermarket in the same retail center. Please do not go to biolife if you value your time and want professionals to attend to your needs.
BioLife Plasma Services - I'm filing a complaint about my coupon that I did not get fully paid for
I'm not sure if you all got this, but I'm doing it again. You have only 30 days to get the eight visits in on the coupon that I was using. Well the very first day of my visit that starts the coupon I only got $20 because they did not put me in the computer until after they drew my plasma which only got $20 that day but that started my 30 day. Which threw me off, at the very end of my donation I did not get the last 105 dollars, I missed it by one day. Management said that they were sorry that they didn't put me in the computer until after I donated that day unfortunately that started my 30-day period which threw me off on the very last visit I did not get my 105 missed it by one day
Desired outcome: I just want to get my 105 instead of $20 because it was the facilities error that did not put me in the computer until after I donated that day which started my 30-day period
Ive had this happen many times. They write the coupon number on a piece of paper and its not put in the system until after you donate. This shortens the amount of time you have to get the maximum number of donations in order to receive the full amount of the coupon.
