I recently had service done spent several thousand of dollars and I was treated horribly and my oil wasn't changed and my car is not acting properly and the oil wasn't changed and customer service was very poor. I already talked to store manager and Renaldo was the person doing the work. U already sent copies of work order and I need a refund because customer service is very important when dealing with people my experience with AutoNation was horrible. Everytime I call never get any answer or updates until they feel like talking 6,000 dollars I paid cash and my oil wasn't changed didn't receive the sanitizer wipe down after purchase it's free. Yes I would like a refund.
Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded a portion of the money I spent which was several thousand dollars and I need my car to be done correctly so I need to get it to Ford dealership
