The store in McDonough Georgia there's a female employee by the name Of JQ she is employed at the McDonogh location on Hampton Road she is on a daily basis accusing me of numerous things she's told people I'm homeless she makes comments about my appearance she has run me out of the store if she will not get a criminal trespass because she has no reason to I just keep thinking that she's going to stop or better yet she will get fired because I see she does it to a lot of other homeless people in the area I spend my money here just like everyone else the fact that I'm homeless should not be any reason for her to have any dislikes about me as a person there are other remarks she's made that are horrendous
it's the location of the store is the reason why I continue to try to come to the store it's getting harder and harder leaving almost every third time I come I'm attacked verbally by her leaving crying and upset ruining my day covid has devastated my life in this is making it worse
But again this store is convenient so I come here on a daily basis and the prices are very reasonable
I really need access to the store because I do not have a car otherwise I have to walk a long way and every time she sees me she makes slanderous remarks that are untrue and unfounded
today she said I was digging in her garbage... no that's not true. And I was not caught on film or ever caught digging in her garbage
Furthermore the truth is on a daily basis I am caught on film dispensing trash into the large trash cans that I signed when I walk up the insurance and along the side of the road all over race tracks property.. I was on film if anything caught picking up trash on a daily basis and putting it in the garbage where the dumpsters are because there's so much trash that I pick up I don't want to fill up the canisters by the doors so I she made the remark today that I shouldn't even be sitting at the tables after digging in the garbage I was not digging in the garbage today nor yesterday or the day before 3 or 4 days ago I might have been caught on camera putting trash and the garbage can in the back of the employees use cuz I don't want to fill up the cans by the door again she's makes remarks about my hygiene and I look like every other person out here I don't understand why she hates me but it's a common theme along with all the homeless people in the area somewhere not quite as clean I don't know why she's so nasty but she clearly has a little man syndrome little woman syndrome I guess just hoping that maybe I can continue my effort on a daily basis to try to overcome her just like for me so I have access to the store I just private property she can call 911 and have me barred from the property but she would have to fill up certain forms I've been informed and she can't because there's nothing she can make her random claims that I have stolen from the store that is not true if it was I would have been prosecuted I'm on a daily basis I need access to the store and I need to be treated just like every other customer she doesn't realize she's making race track in corporate liable for every time she comes and she slanders me and she treats me less of a human her actions once I notified RaceTrac corporate will be mutual feelings I once I inform them how she's treating me if they keep allowing and she keeps doing it then they're going to be liable monetarily for any lawsuits that I plan on filing for harassment I just keep recording the videos and it's really it's really distasteful someone can be that nasty and mean my name is Patty Rutledge my cell phone number is [protected]
