These guys went above and beyond for our family. They directed us to the roadside that was included in our contract to get the vehicle towed. They then sourced me an engine so I didn't have any out-of-pocket cost. When the engine was delayed due to a parts delay, David was able to work with his manager Jacob to help out with extra rental coverage even though the contract doesn't technically cover rental due to parts delays. My only complaint is that they don't sell directly to the public because I want this same coverage on my other car, motorcycle and RV

I cannot find a local auto repair shop that will deal with them. Jeep will not start because Electronic Throttle Control has a problem. Am 76-year-old dialysis patient and have to take a taxi to get to my treatments, which I cannot afford for long. So far have not been able to get through on the telephone to see what help I can get.
Lucky for us we had this warranty when my wife broke down hours from him. Jacob the rep there helped get a truck out there to get her to a shop. they got her back on the road by the next day. truly a blessing

I got a powertrain warranty and gap insurance from this company, 'cause my lender said it's a good idea. When I bought the car, it had 98k miles on it, and I got the warranty when I refinanced the loan at 128k miles. Right now, I'm at 145k miles and the front differential started making noise. I took it to the *** dealer 'cause they know their stuff. They told me that if I never use the 4x4 system, moisture from condensation builds up inside and doesn't evaporate 'cause it doesn't get warm enough. So it collects over time and turns the fluid milky. They're saying the vehicle was in water and won't cover it, but that's a lie. I trust the *** Dealer more than their "independent" mechanic.

Some other driver hit my car and wrecked it, but she didn't have insurance. My insurance company took care of most of the cost, but the GAP insurance was supposed to cover the remaining $1,800. They're saying they won't pay because I didn't file the claim within 90 days. Nobody ever told me about a 90-day limit. At that time, I was dealing with my dad passing away from COVID, starting a new job, my sister's business getting looted during civil unrest, and this accident that wasn't my fault. I had to buy a new car and I have a loan for it with the same credit union. Now the credit union is threatening to take back my new car, even though I've been making all the payments, just because the old loan isn't paid off. I've never been in this situation before and I should have been informed.

But he didn't mention that the warranty would add two more years of payments. I contacted AAC to cancel the warranty, and they told me that the dealership usually doesn't cancel contracts. They said it was in the paperwork I signed when I bought the car. But after looking through all my signed papers, I found nothing about that. So I called AAC again, and they told me to call the dealership. I called them, but they didn't call me back. And when I pressed "warranty" on their phone, it just hung up on me. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY EXTENDED WARRANTY. The REAL warranty company hasn't been any help at all. They lied to me at first, and now they're giving me the runaround to cancel it. This is not acceptable and their business practices are shady.

I didn't attend a mechanical school, and I don't have an insurance degree. 2. I pay 3k a year for a warranty on my used car. 3. They told me it covers xxxx. 4. The engine needed to be replaced in 2022, which cost around 6k. They paid ***, ***, *** and I had to pay 800 out of my own pocket. 5. The engine failed. 6. *** told me it's my problem. I'm just a regular person, so the *** in ***, *** took advantage of me and the insurance company by giving me a junk engine (I know this because AD won't give me a receipt of where they bought it. They claimed I'm not "entitled to it"). This insurance company says they have nothing to do with it, even though they paid for an engine without any proof that it wasn't from a junkyard, which clearly it is. 7. What are we paying for? I talked to the manager about all of the above. As a law-abiding, tax-paying citizen, something needs to be done about companies taking our money and providing coverage, yet we still have to pay out of our own pockets. What if the US decides that engines now cost 20k each? I'm taking the whole matter to court.

Unfortunately, on August 2nd, 2022, we returned to our RV and the temperature inside was extremely high. One thermostat showed 94 degrees, and the other showed 100 degrees. It was around 6:15 PM, so we called the administrator *** as stated in the contract. He advised us to contact a repair company for the *** units, but it was too late in the evening to get anyone out. The next morning, an *** repair company came and diagnosed the issue. They confirmed that the units were not functioning properly and needed replacement. I called *** to inform him of the diagnosis. During our conversation, he mentioned that he needed to consult his manager. In our next phone call, he informed me that they were denying the claim because the contract was only 6 days old. I explained that regardless of the time frame, we purchased the warranty and experienced the issue after paying in full. He requested that I send him the *** Checklist we received upon purchasing the *** and the repair estimate from *** repair company. I complied and followed up with a phone call and email to ensure he received the documents. However, I have not received any response from him or the warranty company despite multiple attempts to contact them. I urgently need assistance in resolving this matter as the *** in the *** is not functioning while the weather is extremely hot outside. We had to stay in a hotel on Tuesday night and rented a cabin at the *** site for the other nights because it was too hot to sleep in the . *** assured us that we would be reimbursed for the cost of staying elsewhere.
