Don't use Tradesmith or Trade360 if you're into stock market investing
Don't use Tradesmith or Trade360 if you're into stock market investing. I trusted Tradesmith when they said I could try Trade360 for 30 days. But when I closed my account within that time, Tradesmith kept my money as credit for their other products. They won't give it back! I feel ripped off and won't use Tradesmith again. They're thieves! I'm telling all my friends and followers to stay away from Tradesmith.
I signed up for Tradesmith back in Feb 2019 and paid for a lifetime sub
I signed up for Tradesmith back in Feb 2019 and paid for a lifetime sub. I've been using it for two years now and tbh, it ain't that helpful for me. So when I saw a $300 annual maintenance fee on my credit card, I was like, "WTF? That's a lot for an investment newsletter fee compared to others." So I called them up to ask about it and ended up canceling my sub. But get this, they won't give me a refund on any of the $3k lifetime charge and won't even refund the $300 maintenance fee that just got charged. They're all like, "Sorry, not sorry. We already got your money." So I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. My advice? Find a different investment advisory system that's easier to deal with.

I bought TradeSmith 360 timing thing in Jan 2021 for $1499
I bought TradeSmith 360 timing thing in Jan 2021 for $1499. They said it would help me with my Oxford Club "Chairman's Circle" thing, but it didn't. I lost money on trading top "Chairman's Circle" things that were mentioned in the sales pitch for TradeSmith 360 over 6 months. I stopped trading when it was obvious I would only lose more money. I lost thousands of dollars with this program and got no value. I didn't find your software useful. I called your support line on 12/14 but your agent said no refund. I want a refund since this system didn't work for me. Thanks.
I got charged wrong for a service they didn't even give me and now I wanna cancel my membership
I got charged wrong for a service they didn't even give me and now I wanna cancel my membership. I bought their service on Feb 25th for $1,999 thinking they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee. But after an hour on their site, I knew it wasn't for me so I asked for a refund. They said no refunds but offered me a credit for their other services. Then on March 10th, I saw on my credit card statement that they charged me $3,498! I made another ticket (#265566) to ask why they charged me so much and for a breakdown of the charges. They sent me an email to confirm my ticket on 3/10 but nobody from their company has fixed these charges that I didn't approve. It's crazy that I got charged $1,999 and now I'm stuck with $3,498. Can someone please help me out?
I got TradeSmith after watching a webinar called "4X Stock Accelerator Summit
I got TradeSmith after watching a webinar called "4X Stock Accelerator Summit". They said if you use their "Trade Stops" service, you'll do better than just holding stocks. It sounded too good to be true, but the stories they told were convincing. So I bought it, but you can't try it first. It turns out that's mostly a lie. Almost every stock I looked at did the opposite of what they said. When I asked for a refund, they said I could get a credit for another service instead of a full refund like they said. They wouldn't give me a refund. I want one, but mostly I think their sales and marketing are not okay. I can give more info if you want.

I went to a webinar called "4X Stock Accelerator Summit" on February 25
I went to a webinar called "4X Stock Accelerator Summit" on February 25. It was run by TradeSmith, LLC and they were selling software that sounded pretty good. They said it would cost $1,999 for a lifetime membership, so I bought it with my credit card. But then my credit card company told me that TradeSmith charged me $3,707.88! I called them right away and they said they would give me a refund. They sent me an email to confirm it, but it's May 9 and I still haven't gotten my money back. I have all the emails from them and I want this fixed ASAP.
Tradesmith ain't giving me my money back!
Tradesmith ain't giving me my money back! I bought Tradesmith on Jan 3, 2020 without even trying it out first. I used it for an hour on the same day and it was a total letdown. I asked for a refund on Jan 4, 2020 but didn't hear back for over a week. So, I hit them up again on Jan 11, 2020 and they said they'll cancel it but won't give me my money back. They want me to pick something else from Tradesmith but I don't want anything else. They charged me $2000 for something I only used for an hour (just to enter my info) and it's not worth it. I want my full $2000 back!
I bought TradeSmith and used it for 3 hours
I bought TradeSmith and used it for 3 hours. Then I tried to cancel it under the 30-day guarantee, but they said no refund. I thought this tool would be good, but it's not. It's hard to get in touch with TradeSmith and they don't honor their guarantee. Other people have complained about this too. I emailed them but got no response. When I called, I was on hold for hours and got disconnected. Finally, someone answered and said I could get a credit instead of a refund. But when I looked at other complaints, TradeSmith always said they were refunding the money, even though they weren't. They lied.
I got this investing thing from Tradesmith for $999 on Feb 13, 2021
I got this investing thing from Tradesmith for $999 on Feb 13, 2021. I read the offer careful to make sure I could cancel it in 30 days if I wanted. I don't want to get burned again. The video I watched said I'd get a video every Sunday and a sheet with 10 recommended stocks (life folio) that showed how much money they made. They'd tell me which ones to buy and sell based on how much money they made. They said to do more short-term trades...buy on Monday, sell by Fri. But I haven't gotten anything yet. No videos or emails with stock sheets. Instead, I got 17 emails asking me to buy other stuff! I talked to them 3 times but they won't give me my money back. I want to cancel. I see other people are unhappy too. I'm 62 and alone and my only money is SSDI. Thanks for reading.
I got an email from Tradesmith 360 on September 30, offering me a 90-day trial of their trading platform
I got an email from Tradesmith 360 on September 30, offering me a 90-day trial of their trading platform. They said it would help me monitor and recommend positions for my portfolios. I'm a Registered Advisory Firm in Michigan, and I already use a bunch of other services for technology, research, and trading platforms to manage assets for my 145 clients and 430 accounts. I was also getting stuff from Stansberry Digest. So, I asked Tradesmith for my $4,999.00 deposit back because I wasn't happy with their service. I found their data and function to be the same as what I've been using for the last ten years. But they said the only refund I could get was a "credit" that I could use for Stansberry Research services. I thought my deal was with Legacy Planning & Associates Inc. and Tradesmith 360, so I demanded my $4,999.00 back right away.
I went to an online seminar by TradeSmith, LLC to check out their Co-Pilot Option trading offer
I went to an online seminar by TradeSmith, LLC to check out their Co-Pilot Option trading offer. They got a new machine that makes a fancy Option trading thing that can either be a Put or Call transaction. It gives you a probability that the outcome will be equal to 52 weeks of earnings. This happened on July 8. I got a Lifetime Policy for $3,198.00. They were supposed to give me several Option Trades in the form of Puts and Calls for different companies listed in the stock and ETF publishing. The trades ended on Friday of the week. They were supposed to send me choices every Sunday, but then they changed it to Mondays. By October, I didn't get my publications. I told TradeSmith, and they said they'd fix it. Today, November 29, I called TradeSmith and told them I couldn't find my weekly issue of TradeSmith's Co-Pilot edition. I asked for a refund of my Lifetime Fee. Jenna told me I was past the 90-day refund period. I said the policy didn't make sense because I got a Lifetime subscription. Jenna ended the conversation. If you don't give me what you promised for a year or more, then you're not doing what you said you would do.
Tradesmith LLC tricked me to pay for a lifetime subscrition of their Tradestop service
Tradesmith LLC tricked me to pay for a lifetime subscrition of their Tradestop service. They still charged me $199 per year "maintenance fee". It was never clearly disclosed that I must pay every year for $199 after paying for a $1999 lifetime subscription fee. I would not subscribed the serive, if I knew in the beginning that I must pay $199 per year. This is more expensive than most investment newsletter annual fee. This is false advertizing!

They charged me for a subscription
They charged me for a subscription. I had already cancelled my subscription with Stansberry research that was to include Tradestop by Tradesmith. On 10/25, I subscribed to Stansberry Research. I cancelled that subscription which included Tradestop. On 10/25 Tradesmith charged me 999 using the card I had given to Stansberry Research, even though it was a cancelled subscription. They refuse to refund the amount even though I did not authorize it because I did not catch the charge until after 30 days.

My credit card shows an unauthorized charge for $996
My credit card shows an unauthorized charge for $996. I telephoned Tradesmith at [protected], the number listed on the credit card statement. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally gave up and left voicemail, threatening to contact the credit card company to dispute the charge and to also contact the ComplaintsBoard.com, unless the charge was reversed. I never heard back. Kindly note that I have not received any newsletters, Email or telephonic contact from this company, although the transaction date is 05/18. This is out and out fraud! Your help in resolving this matter will be greatly appreciated. The credit card issuer is *** via *** The Reference Number is: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Thank you

MISREPRESENT THE SERVICE AND REFUSE TO REFUND
MISREPRESENT THE SERVICE AND REFUSE TO REFUND. TELLS ME TO TAKE CREDIT ONLY. BAIT AND SWITCH FRAUD! I purchased the Tradestops subscription for $1500 on 12/30. When I used the service for a few weeks I realized that the service does not actually provide a helpful notification of when to buy and sell stocks in my current portfolio. Instead, when the stocks dip it simply tells me to sell and when it rises, it tells me to buy. This is not some analytical and sophisticated quant service I thought I had purchased. This is *** service and they totally misrepresented the product they were selling using fear-mongering techniques. I requested a refund and they did not give much explanation of their service and refused to refund. They advised they would give me a refund only as a credit to use on their other services. (As if I would want to continue doing business with them after this scam.) I argued and explained my reasoning repeatedly and in every response they would repeatedly copy and paste their refund policy on their emails like robots. Stop duping your customers and be honest. Provide a refund when it is warranted. Give me back my money!

Tradesmith fraudulently charged US$2,000 to my credit card
Tradesmith fraudulently charged US$2,000 to my credit card. On its website, the company promises to warn customers of any such "subscription renewals" Please note: The new information that has caused me to lodge this complaint came to my attention just last month (July ). In March , I purchased a Crypto by Tradesmith subscription for US$2,000, using my Visa card online. As far as I was aware, there were no recurring charges involved. However, in March , another US$2,000 was charged to my credit card without my knowledge. I did not spot the transaction at the time. When I reported it (February ), I was told by Tradesmith Support that, according to the T&Cs at the bottom of the online purchase form, I had inadvertently agreed to automatic subscription renewal. Then, last month (July ), I found the following on Tradesmith's website: "When your subscription is due to renew, we will email you. We tell you your fee rate." (See attached PDF.) Tradesmith did not email me to tell me that my subscription would renew. They did not tell me my "fee rate." There was no warning of the US$2,000 charge I did not authorize. On the same webpage where Tradesmith promises to warn customers in advance of any subscription renewal charges, there is a field that says, "Automatic Renewal: Not Enrolled" (see also attached PDF). This field was not there when my subscription was going to expire. I have a clear memory of logging on to check my plan's expiry date (still in the belief that there were no recurring charges). Had that field existed, I definitely would have noticed. Tradesmith also did not email me afterwards to let me know that my plan had automatically renewed. The way the renewal was handled leaves me convinced that they were hoping I would not notice the charge. *** Here is some additional relevant information, which relates to Tradesmith's expected response: I originally meekly accepted Tradesmith's explanation that I had unwittingly agreed to automatic subscription renewal. Two things have since caused me to have a complete change of heart: 1. Tradesmith's own promise to warn customers in advance of any subscription renewal charges (see attachment). 2. The company that referred me to Tradesmith - Stansberry Churchouse - last month made a fraudulent charge to my credit card in exactly the same way Tradesmith did. I had signed up with Stansberry in the same way (via online form, paying by Visa) and in the same belief that there would be no recurring charges. Fortunately this time the fraud was detected immediately. The bank reversed the charge and asked me no follow-up questions. I therefore believe that the bank would have viewed the 2019 Tradesmith charge as another clear case of fraud, had I reported it within 60 days. *** However this issue does or does not resolve itself, I would like to warn as many people as possible about the unscrupulous business practices of online financial subscription peddlers such as Tradesmith and Stansberry Churchouse. Companies that do business honestly do not falsely give their customers the impression that they are making a one-off purchase. Companies that do business honestly, such as Apple and Amazon, inform their customers of repeat charges before and after the fact.
