Normally my experience with QTC has been very good BUT this time it has been terrible
Normally my experience with QTC has been very good BUT this time it has been terrible. The VA remanded two of my claims back to QTC for evaluation by a Nuerologist and Orthopedics in April 2022. QTC has not been able to find these specialists in their scheduling system for two months but won't advise this problem to the VA. It's like they are holding up my examinations waiting for the doctors to magically drop out of the sky. 10 of my claims at the Board of Veterans Appeals are in limbo waiting on QTC to finish these examinations and they have no idea when/if they will be scheduled.
Worst experience with setting up appointments
Worst experience with setting up appointments. Was referred to QTC by the VA for disability services. I reside in NYC and QTC scheduled appointments outside of NYC that ended up taking 2 hours to get to. They do not accommodate for people taking public transportation that do not have cars and will not reimburse for travel expenses apart from 40 cents per mile. The appointment was 17 miles away; however, it took almost two hours to get to because I had to take a bus to the train station and then take an Uber from the train station to the appointment. Complete failure of scheduling for a 30 min appointment.
This company does not contract locally enough for people that live in rural areas. They call 7 times a day, text my phone right before every single call, which is a robot call by the way...the call is only to have me call back and wait on hold for half an hour or more every time. I have requested SEVERAL times to no longer be contacted by them, yet they still call and text EVERY SINGLE DAY, including weekends. I have requested through the VA to be placed with a different contractor, and QTC had that information as well, and yet they still refuse to honor my request that they no longer contact me. I am unwilling to travel 100 miles to be examined for 15 minutes and then have to travel the 100 miles return trip, they have this information and yet they refuse to honor my request to no longer be contacted.

i'd like to report nuisance calls and wasteful correspondence from QTC management inc. first they call repeatedly and when contacted i'm often left on hold or the call drops. i've found emails to be the only way to reliably communicate with this veterans personal data leaching company. with email i can cut to the chase; i can ask for the time and date and location of my medical appointment and they HAVE to reply thereby giving me at least written email proof of my appointment. also i believe they are wasting tax payers money by flogging unnecessary fedex mail. consider this; i was sent an envelope via fedex that ASK ME TO CALL THEIR 800 number. further, the opt in or out function should be eliminated if they are tasked to conduct *** to medical appointments that should be all and they can't even do that smoothly. finally, i don't need qtc to thank me for my service.

I went in for an exam for mental health for the VA compensation and pension
I went in for an exam for mental health for the VA compensation and pension. And the Dr was very rude. She repeatedly put her hand up and told me to stop talking. And I'm not the only person this specific dr has done this too. She didn't ask me about half of the things I claimed. Or explain what happened, Or let me explain myself or ask how the stuff I have claimed is effecting me without cutting me off, putting her hand up and telling me to shut up. I've filed two complaints and nobody has gotten back to me or followed up with me. And everytime I call about my claim they lie to me and tell me something totally different than the last person told Me.
Healthy lumbar spinal canal is 16-20 mm. Mine is 6mm. Their only providers are halfway across the state. Driving for over an hour is very painful for me, as stated in my VA claim. The closest providers QTC gave for me are 99, 125, and 153 miles from me, each a different specialty. That's about 750 miles of driving and suffering for me. They may as well be on the moon. By comparison there are almost 20 Veterinary (animal) clinics within 50 miles of me.. My dog has more options than I do. Just another half-*** company profiting from the pain and sacrifice of others. I give up. I've been fighting the system longer than my active duty was active. I should have never enlisted. When a company hides reviews, there's a reason for it. Look them up for yourself, you'll see.
Same story I've read a lot about QTC. I had a C&P exam on 16September and they have not sent the exam results to the VA for adjudication. When I called to tell them that it is holding up my claim progression on another exam conducted by LHI on the same day they told me my case is in Quality Control and that they needed more information from the examining doctor. They couldn't or wouldn't tell me what it was to be clarified by the doctor. The folks in the Tukwila, Washington QTC office were great so I am happy to say this complaint is in no way referring to them. It's QTC quality control. The VA can't adjudicate claims if the exams are always being held back for clarification by the examining doctor.
I had my general C&P exam on 28 Sep and my paperwork still has not been submitted to the VA. After calling QTC, they stated there was "additional" paperwork that needed to be submitted from my examiner, however after calling the examiners office, the receptionist told me he doesn't work there any longer and forwarded me back to QTC. Worst experience by far though, my mental exam. The meeting only lasted ~20 mins and I was extremely dissatisfied. She made me feel very uncomfortable like she did not want to be there and rushed through the questions with an extreme lack of empathy. Immediately after the appointment, I contacted QTC to request another examiner and was told on multiple occasions (5 separate phone calls) that a QTC rep would contact me to reschedule. On my 6th call to QTC, they informed me that the mental exam notes were just submitted by the examiner and now they can not request another exam; that I will have to submit an appeal through the VA once my rating comes back. IF QTC IS ANY EXAMPLE OF THE TREATMENT WE VETERANS ARE DUE TO RECEIVE, MY HEART ACHES FOR ALL OF US!
I had my C&P general exam today. The provider and her assistant are unethical and very unprofessional. To make the long story short, the "medical assistant" felt that what I was telling her did not make sense to her. Again, a MEDICAL ASSISTANT with probably 6 months of CNA or Med asst education. NOT A PHYSICIAN, She took off her mask and eyeglasses as if I should just be honest and should trust her. Like I got caught red handed..Pretty much called me a liar. She then proceeded that "other" service members such as young Marine veterans that came in their office act like they are in pain and talks to her about their conditions don't make sense to her. She continued by saying that she is just trying to help me to make everything makes sense to the VA. I told her you don't need to fabricate my symptoms or what I am feeling today. Just document what I am telling you. So, basically this provider's medical assistant wants me to fabricate my story and to file a fraudulent claim. It made me very uncomfortable and wanted to walk out. These civilians don't have a clue what I have been through.
Unorganized and incompetent
Unorganized and incompetent. They do not correspond well with the VA at all. Was called numerous times to schedule exams after results were available for view, once informed rep acknowledged test results and said they should suffice. One month later they call me back about the same exams and want to schedule, expect this time the rep doesn't see my exam/test results even though I explained the situation and the VA already did one of those exams. They need to get on the same page with the VA, correspond with them and have all the information there before making the call. Be organized and don't waste my time after I already did what i needed to, to get exams done and provide the documentation.

I'm just starting the process with QTC and I am not impressed. Quality, Timliness, and Customer Service are not what they are about. I was told originally that I'd at least be getting reimbursed for mileage since they are sending me on appointments over 3 hours from my home. Now that story has changed because I'm not on the retired rolls until September 30th. Because I am still Active Duty, there is no reimbursement (I guess I'm not a real person until I retire.). In addition, they stated that they could get referrals in my area to prevent the long trips, but I would need to wait 6-8 weeks per referral so they could "train the provider on QTC standards." Considering the other reviews I see here already, I shouldn;t allow them to add any delays up front since they can;t seem to process paperwork in a timely manner anyway.
Do not use this facility they are incompetent. I had several exams with this organization back in January this year. There were so many grammatical errors it was embarrassing. They cut and pasted half the information from the statement I provided and still got that wrong. Then I returned in may for more exams and to date they have not provided a complete and comprehensive report to the veterans administration. Every time I call the have nothing but excuses for why the reports are not completed nearly three months later. I spoke with a director some time ago that gave a empty promise that they would fix their policy and handle my case and give me a call back. Nothing happened and to date I am waiting for my exams to be completed on a file that has been opened since 2014. This company has a lackadaisical attitude and has no control over their examiners

I've had some disrespectful customer service before which is fine
I've had some disrespectful customer service before which is fine. Maybe they're having a bad day. But when I called QTC to see why my walk-in appointment didn't have confirmed orders, the woman on the line was incredibly rude from the start. First, she got angry and says there's no way it was a walk-in appointment. That I had false information. When I reassured her and offered to read off the document received by QTC she raised her voice and kept insinuating I was wrong. In an attempt to deescalate I just ask to schedule an appointment instead of *** the small details. The entire conversation she's sighing loudly, raising her voice, and has no regard for how many attempts I make the diffuse the tension when there shouldn't have been any. Just when I thought maybe I'm overthinking it, I ask her to repeat herself once because I didn't catch what she said. She then proceeds to deeply sigh and talk to me like a child..slowly saying one word at a time. Incredibly frustrated. I couldn't even comprehend how she thinks this is okay. I'd like to think it was just that employee and not the company, but they don't seem to have customer service standards or vet who talks to the patients.

I officially retired from the Navy on 30Jun21
I officially retired from the Navy on 30Jun21. I completed my last C & P exam with a QTC provider in March and was told at that point that the VA would have everything concerning my exams within 4-6 weeks. Fast forward to the middle of July and still the VA has not been able to complete my disability rating or update the majority of my claims due to QTC not sending over their findings.
I contacted QTC yesterday and was told there is a backlog of claims that they are trying to get through and that they are working "around the clock", "putting in a lot of overtime", "working on weekends", etc. Being now officially retired, the person from QTC that I was talking to did acknowledge that I was probably counting on that money from the VA to help me live and she said she would send an email to the appropriate department to try to put a rush on my case. That gave me a little comfort, but that comfort was then pretty much crushed after she relayed that I should call back in a few weeks to again check on the status. A few weeks? I guess "rush" is a relative term?
From my current experience, there seems to be a couple of issues that anyone in this same boat should be aware of. First, the VA has sent 2 "update letters" to me indicating that they are still gathering information about my claims when in fact from what I found out yesterday in speaking with them, is that they are actually just waiting on QTC to complete their end of the process. So, if you get any of these letters from the VA, call them and have them look into what is actually going on. Secondly, QTC needs to update those individuals who were seen through them as to the status of their case; especially if it is being held up. It should not be up to the patient to have to chase this information down. If you are having these delays and backlogs, let us know! We are the veterans who are depending on you and I think we've earned that courtesy.
I'm not sure what to expect from here. I know I'll be on the phone to QTC very frequently until something happens. Currently, I am very disappointed (like several others) as to how QTC is managing their responsibilities.

I was informed to go to a private VA examiner at QTC medical service inc
I was informed to go to a private VA examiner at QTC medical service inc. I was not appropriately examined nor treated fairly, and I felt very uncomfortable and honestly did not want to go through the exam process with the assigned nurse ETHEL COHRAN. I went to the exam to increase benefits for my back pain and chronic migraines that I have been experiencing due to military service for years. I went to this exam on 03/25 at 9 am; this was a rainy day when in fact, this is the worse my back pain is felt. I explained to her I was in a lot of pain in my back, and she showed "acting" concern; to me, it wasn't genuine. She sat at her computer and went through my file and seen my rating for my migraines were at 30%, and she said I see you're here for migraines, but you are already at the max rating" I knew she was lying because the max is 50%, I raised my eyebrow at her and said that's not true, and she asked me are my migraines better, I said no, in fact, they keep me from working, she said that well you are already at your max, and she proceeded to ask me to stand and touch my toes, I told her again I was in much pain in my back, even after taking my prescribed medicine naproxen, and told her due to the rain I'm in even more pain. She took out her measuring stick and said something about 45 degrees and sat down and typed her notes, her actual examination of my back was less than 2 minutes, and she showed no care or concern for my migraines. She sent me for an x-ray, and that was it. Because of her lack of examination, On 03/31, I get a decision in the mail from the VA proposing to decrease my migraine benefit to 0%, saying that my condition improved, which is not true at all and far from it. The VA also stated that my back was still in the same shape, so no increase. Their decision is based solely on the private company they sent me to, and it is unfair that I didn't get a proper exam. I do believe it is due to how young I look; I am 32 years old. I look like a healthy 19-year-old; Ms. Cohran even said it herself, which is why I felt uncomfortable as she did not take my case seriously. I am very disappointed, and I want to take this to the highest level; I am disappointed and very hurt and stressed by this process. I want to file a complaint against this office and ask for another exam at a more professional concerning center for a veteran like myself and not have to experience a biased person who only looks outside a person.

I have filed for my VA claim in October
I have filed for my VA claim in October . I completed all QTC medical examinations and seen all providers requested of me. I have called multiple times (weekly) to ensure all is complete on my end. My Final appointment (PTSD) was accomplished in Feb 2021. Every time I call, they keep stating my assessments have not been looked at due to COVID and the shortages of people to review it. This has been almost 4 months now. I keep getting told to call back in two weeks! The most interesting part is that my PTSD exam was done in Feb 2021 and has already made it through the quality assurance process and to the VA, however the exams accomplished a month earlier have not. Does not make sense! As a retired Service Member going through a government contracted business because he was told to do so, now having to wait more time to get his assessments looked at and sent to the VA so that VA can do their job and give me my rating already is not fair and frankly, a waste of Government Money!

QTC Management has failed to meet its obligations of timely service and provider accountability. QTC quality assurance staff has failed to ensure that complaints regarding specific medical providers are not investigated and appropriate corrective actions taken.
Obtaining a Compensation and Pension examination from QTC was surprisingly stressful and time consuming
Obtaining a Compensation and Pension examination from QTC was surprisingly stressful and time consuming. After several weeks hearing nothing from QTC about scheduling an appointment, I took the initiative in late March and reached out via their contact number. I spoke to a CSR who was going to forward my appointment concern/issue up the chain and that I would receive a call on April 1st. Gullible me, I expected a call on April Fools Day! What didn't I get? Yeah, a phone call. Awesome joke QTC! Several days later I reached out again and was told the CSR no longer worked there as a way to excuse their lack of a call. I did eventually get the exam. I confirmed the Dr. submitted the exam results to QTC within QTC's required 72 hours, but QTC has been sitting on the results for almost two months, or ~1296 hours, claiming they're in the QA/QC department. This was not a complex exam, the claim started in March, it's late July and nothing except "call back in two weeks" every time I call.

I had a claim exam with QTC March 18th 2022 I called them 2 weeks later because everything was still showing active on my account was told to call back in a few days for an update so I did. When I called back I was told everything had been sent to the VA...well I was lied to because I called the VA today and was told they hadn't received it yet...so I called QTC today and was told they are still waiting on a signature.. I find it ridiculous that they are still waiting on 1 signature for over a month and they would lie and say it's been sent when it has not.
These people should not be getting one cent from the taxpayers. I had 3 exams done in Aug. of 2021 and the VA still don't have the results. I've called them 3 times since Oct. of 2021 and have been told 3 different things which were all lies. After reading all of the complaints about them I don't understand why our government would do business with them.
Went to my appointment on time and completed the exam fully. A month and a half later, I received a package again from QTC for another appointment with the same provider. I called up QTC and they informed me that my exam was lost due to a computer glitch. I inquired whether the provider could send in a copy so that I wouldn't have to take time off from a job I had just started for an exam I had already completed. They responded that this would be illegal. However, what truly seems unlawful is the loss of a critical exam when all required procedures were properly followed.
As a service-member retiring from Active Duty service, I filed a Benefits Delivery at Discharge (BDD) disability claim with the Veterans
As a service-member retiring from Active Duty service, I filed a Benefits Delivery at Discharge (BDD) disability claim with the Veterans Administration (VA) in January . I was notified by Quality, Timeliness, & Customer (QTC) personnel less than two weeks from my terminal leave (26 MAR 2021) in regards to scheduling my compensation and pension (C&P) exams. Given the expedited timeline I completed ALL exams from 16 - 23 MAR 2021, traveling from Philadelphia to Virginia. I arrived at my retirement location in Alabama on 26 MAR 2021. After 60 days I followed up with my Veterans Service Officer (VSO) who had no updates. I contacted VA and was informed of a wait on QTC for my exam documentation. I contacted QTC on 07 JUN 2021 and after explaining my situation was informed to call back in two weeks. As of today, 23 JUN 2021, I received the same excuse of a wait on their quality assurance team with an apology; extremely frustrating which suggests a broken process and NO ACCOUNTABILITY!

QTC is managing the medical process for my disability discharge. My phone calls to them have been the only thing keeping the process moving. The most recent roadblock is related to a provider exam 6 weeks ago. I've been told multiple different stories by QTC: the provider hasn't submitted it, we got it, he hasn't submitted it, he submitted it but not the full thing, we got it and it is being scribed and will be done in a day or two, and now most recently we are back to the provider submitted it, but not all the pages and we have to make an appointment to walk through it with him. This is my military career and life they are currently playing games with. It is a shame that this company still has a contract with the government.
I had 3 exams done in Aug. of 2021. The VA is still waiting for the results. I have called Qtc 4 times since Aug. and I keep getting different answers. When I talk to someone in management they were rude and couldnt tell me any more than the people answering the phones. 3 times they told me they had sent it to the VA and still no resolution. I hope the contract the VA signed with them isn't for too much longer Our veterans deserve better. And if you notice every one of their answers to complaints is a carbon copy of the other one.

I have filed with QTC for my VA claim earlier this year. I completed all medical examinations and saw all providers requested of me. I have called multiple times (weekly) to ensure all is complete on my end. My Final appointment was accomplished recently. Every time I call they keep stating my exams need to go through the quality assurance process. This has been 4 months now. The last time I called they informed me that they needed a provider's signature and they are not sure why it has taken so long for it. This will go on for a couple of weeks. They have needed signatures for 4 months now. When I call, they inform me that they will put in the notes to see if we can get this complete today as well that they will call me when it is but never happens. I spoke with the VA and they sent a request recently for a status on the exams it is now several weeks later and they still have not heard from them. I contacted them again today and was told a different status again. Claim # XXXXXXX

I was scheduled for a VA C&P exam through QTC Medical on Sept 22, 2021 at 10:30 am with a designated physician. This appointment was conducted via Telehealth through QTC on 9/22 at 10:30am with the same physician. Today, 9/29, I received a call from QTC advising me that I needed to reschedule this appointment because I was showing up as a "No Show" in their system for the appointment on 9/22. I immediately called the physician who confirmed that he conducted the exam with me on the date I was scheduled (9/22 @ 10:30 am). It is very frustrating that this company (QTC) seems to have lost my medical report from the exam. I even contacted QTC three days after my exam to find out when my medical report would be available and was told that I had to wait until it reached the VA. I don't understand how QTC's system is showing me as a "No Show" for an appointment that I attended!
It has been four months since my last appointment with QTC, and my paperwork has still not been processed. I retired on the 1st of October and was informed that my claim would be completed within 90 days following my last appointment on the 28th of May. I have reached out to QTC multiple times, only to be informed of their backlog, with no provided estimate on when my case will be addressed. After 30 years of service, I am now in a holding pattern, waiting for QTC to fulfill their responsibilities so that I can access my benefits.
Like many other veterans here. My exam results were never submitted to the VA for processing which is holding up my claim process. QTC representatives have not provided any explanation or follow up.
I had my C&P exams for my VA disability claim in October . I had four exams total. 3 of the 4 providers were rude and disrespectful. I had to drive over 200 miles to meet with this doctor and he was rude and arrogant and dismissive of my symptoms. When I was asked when my reports would be sent to the VA, I was never given an answer. The staff and customer service rep were rude and not helpful at all. I've contacted my Senator and am hoping this will help with my claim not being kept in "QA limbo" for months and they will send all records to the VA
I have submitted a BDD claim to the VA in April
I have submitted a BDD claim to the VA in April . I completed a couple QTC C&P exams on April 27 and June [protected]. These exams have made it through QA and sent back to the VA. However, C&P exams conducted on May 7 have been stuck in QA for months. I have waited patiently for the BDD claim to be processed but the process has been halted by the QA team within QTC medical for months. I have called QTC medical in attempt to get more information during the last couple months but they always blow me off or tell me it has been with QA for months with no ETA in sight. My last couple conversations with QTC representatives concluded with broken promises of sending a expedite email, disconnected calls to OSA, and extremely rude OSA agents. I have taken every suggested measure to make this work, including calling the VA to expedite the process. My BDD completion date has now passed by a couple of months and judging from other veteran reviews, there is no end in sight. FINISH THE JOB!

I filed my VA BDD Claim on 17Mar21 with retirement occurring on 01Aug21, VA accepted my claim and it was accepted
I filed my VA BDD Claim on 17Mar21 with retirement occurring on 01Aug21, VA accepted my claim and it was accepted. I was contacted by QTC for the scheduling of my appointments. I completed all medical portions of my screening and all applicable paperwork as required from QTC. My appointments where throughout the month of April and my last appointment was on May 26th. I was suppose to have my VA Rating on 01Aug21, I contacted the VA to see what the hold up was and they stated that it was awaiting reports from QTC. On 01Aug21, I then called QTC and got the very same answers multiple times from them, COVID caused a backlog and they are working it. They said they would submit in a note on my file to see if it could be worked. I called back 04Aug21 and talked to their QA department and they said they are still awaiting on one exam to come back from QA. I would like this issue resolved, Im running out of medications and cannot get an appointment with the VA until my Claim is approved.

On November 11, I had a C&P exam with QTC, on behalf of the Department if Veterans
On November 11, I had a C&P exam with QTC, on behalf of the Department if Veterans. Once the exam began the provider explained to me that once the exam was completed, they (the provider, QTC) have 48 hours to upload the results of the exam to the Department of Veterans. Three weeks later, I was still being told that the Department of Veterans was still waiting for the results of the exam from QTC. I finally decided to give QTC a call. Once on the phone with QTC I was informed that my exam was within the QA, (quality control) that they were reviewing the results. A week later, same thing. It's been a month and a half, going on two months and the same exact message, each time I call. Something is wrong with this picture. I was only seen for two issues. Both issues are errors that the VA is currently correcting. I started to read reviews about this company and apparently this is nothing new. I can't move forward unless QTC completes the evaluation which would require them to send in the needed evaluation. I need results. Thanks.

The VA coordinated medical exams through QTC, but there are concerns about records.
The VA coordinated medical exams through the private company QTC. My exams are being held by QTC and are not being turned over to the VA. This causes hardship and stress due to health considerations and present living conditions. The exams are to be forwarded after completion and review. I was told for over a month they had to wait for the final exam which has come and gone. The VA Judges family and two of the Doctors that I was assigned to see go back to the same address in my wife's hometown in Texas of her ex attorney and her ex husband who is a therapist. What are the odds? The company does not give the Veteran a copy of the record after receiving it; they say they review it, but it seems they are manipulating the Veterans' files, causing Veterans more hardship. The same Doctors and Therapists you are scheduled to see or their immediate families are investors in QTC. The company acts as a buffer for VA and does great harm to the Veterans who have served this country honorably. They are shameful! Deceptive! Evil!

Hello,My VA claim was initially with another company and was reissued to QTC
Hello,My VA claim was initially with another company and was reissued to QTC. QTC is currently not providing the same information that the VA is and causing a further delay for my VA claim to come to a resolution. The claim was with the previous vendor for over six months. QTC has the claim and is stating that they are waiting for the VA to to provide clarification, while the VA is stating that they are waiting for clarification. Is the VA providing incorrect guidance or is QTC? QTC continues to provide me with the same information, which is that they are waiting for the VA and all this time my claim continues to be delayed without any urgency from QTC. Why can't QTC perform a three way call with me to the VA or take immediate action and follow up with me right away with progression considering my initial PTSD exam was almost a year ago.QTC stands for Quality Timeliness Customer Service, and I am not experiencing quality, timeliness or good customer service thus far.As a veteran, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency, care and follow-up to Simply collaborate with the VA so this matter may be resolved. I am HOPING that this will initiate some kind importance in my favor to complete my claim and result in finishing this job. Respectfully

I was scheduled for a tele-health VA disability exam with QTC Medical on 3/16/2022
I was scheduled for a tele-health VA disability exam with QTC Medical on 3/16/2022. I attended & completed the exam as scheduled with*** out of San Francisco, CA. 5 days later on 3/21/2022, I was marked as a "no-show" for that exam even though I completed it. I contacted QTC immediately and spoke to a bunch of different people all acting clueless about why I was marked a "no-show". The OSA department got involved, I spoke to a supervisor name *** or "" & she told me that she verified with the provider ***, that I had in fact attended the tele exam & she had the report. She told me to contact the VA and ask them to resend a new referral & QTC would attach the doctor's report. Well, the VA reopened my claim, sent the referral AGAIN to QTC and now all of a sudden the report is no where to be found. It has not been sent to the VA and everyone I talk to has no idea what's going on. Someone had to have either lost the report or their system is deleting tele health exams and they're lying about it or covering it up. Today I got an email that I have been scheduled for another exam that I shouldn't even have to do again. I did my part the first time. It's not fair what they get away with & how they handle Veteran's claims. They have no compassion or understanding that many of our mental health issues are exacerbated by their actions. No one takes accountability for anything. The entire company should be investigated.

I am currently active duty going through the MEB process after 16 years of service
I am currently active duty going through the MEB process after 16 years of service. The providers through QTC management were very unprofessional in their interactions and comments within my records. As a prior cop, I have suffered hearing loss and have acquired tinnitus. The notes from the Physician stated that I did not report exposure to loud noises after my deployments therefore hearing and tinnitus is not service connected. The opinion on the record is affecting my future. I have been to Iraq twice and served as a cop for 4 years. Although it may say I was not exposed to loud noises at a deployed location that does not dismiss the other years served being affected by loud noises. We fired weapons frequently and did exercises with explosions. This is unsatisfactory and unprofessional. There was a comment within the records that stated that there was a lack of effort from the veteran (me) on a range of motion test. I have bulging discs and arthritis in my neck, 5 bulging disc, spinal stenosis, lumbar spondylosis in my lower back, a torn ACL, radial tear in my meniscus, high cartilage damage, and arthritis in my left knee. I also have a torn hamstring with deformity on my right leg, quad tinnitus, muscle atrophy in the right quad, and a baker cyst behind my right knee. It should be understood why I can't perform some activities. This comment is painting a picture as if I purposely did not try and faking an injury. I also have records with MRIs showing my medical issues that I was diagnosed with however in the records they state there is no evidence to support the claim. They also determined that my headaches were from a concussion almost 10 years ago that's not in my records and not stated as the cause for the last 16 years. They marked several things as not service connected although I did not have these issues prior to serving. This business has done a disservice to me as a soon to be veteran who sacrificed 16 years.

QTC was to provide medical assignment and examinations as part of my VA disability claim
QTC was to provide medical assignment and examinations as part of my VA disability claim. Sept of 2108 it was determined that I needed to get an x-ray at *** Memorial Hospital. They were to pay that bill and they haven't. Jan of 2019. I did receive a bill for this service. I contacted QTC and e-mailed the bill to *** in their medical billing department on 9 Jan 2019. They mentioned they would review and take care of the issue. I stopped receiving bills but it did not get resolved. Mar of 2021, I received a collections letter from ***. I looked them up and discovered they were a legit collection agency. I contacted the hospital and contacted QTC on Mar 22 to resolve the issue. The immediate help center was not helpful in resolution. They basically fill out trouble tickets to pass along from someone else to resolve. The people were friendly enough an apologetic and filled something in their system. I assumed it would be done, failed again. Apr 29, 2021, *** called me to inform me the bill had not been paid. I contacted QTC again. Same call center experience, friendly, file something in the system. I forced them to elevate it a couple of levels but wasn't someone who could resolve it still and seemed as I could go no further. I asked for a call back which never happened when whoever would resolve this bill paid it. I followed my credit history and it ended up disappearing so I assumed it had been resolved. With long call to QTC the last thing i wanted to do was call them again. 20 Sept 2021. Letter from the hospital saying they will push the bill to the *** for collections. Call QTC, push the issue and luckily the guy got me in direct contact with the billing department. Texted *** the letter and was e-mailed it would be resolved. Also, received a mailed letter from QTC to use for my credit history. 8 Jan 2022, received a letter ***. Bill has been passed to them for collections. Pay the bill!

When I read the reviews regarding ***, I knew I was going to be in trouble
When I read the reviews regarding ***, I knew I was going to be in trouble. This company is just plain horrible and that's putting it mildly! I was scheduled a appointment on 11/2 and I attended the exam. I seen a Nurse Practitioner and she wrote up the report. After the exam. I returned home and get a call from *** stating that I was sent to the wrong doctor! They said I had to see a Dermatologist. I told them prior to the scheduled exam I seen my *** dermatologist via zoom. I don't understand, I have plenty notes in my medical records from various dermatologists including Chief Dermatologist at the *** Medical Center! That's the *** employees! The *** at *** said they not accepting dermatologist from the *** and it will take six weeks to reschedule; that was back in November , it is now January 2! And still can't get a appointment! *** said I would have to travel a long distance. Why? Buffalo NY is the second largest city in the state. Its hundreds of dermatologists in the area. *** stated those doctors are not affiliated with ***. I'm 61 years old and this health issues has been going on for almost five years! The *** told them, ***, to schedule the exam. When I read the negative reviews on , 90% were from their employees! Please help, veterans are in danger with ***. How can the *** Administration allow this? Veterans deserve better treatment. Also their have been complaints that *** were told to reject or deny *** exams. This is fraud, waste, and abuse! The government is spending unnecessary American tax money to fund this fraudulent company. The *** Administration no longer allows the doctors at *** Medical Centers to complete these exams at no extra cost. Come to fund out the CEO is a former government worker. The government is our worst enemy. Actually its not *** fault because they government is allowing it. I tried everything, they don't answer the phones and its nothing about *** that's says it is a quality service that they offer. They even took down the negative comments on . I requested the Nurse Practitioner notes from the *** they never sent them. Im sure I am going to be denied before they ever schedule me appointment. PLEASE HELP the veterans. QTC is the messed jacked up military support organization on the planet. They schedule appointments without proper notification, their website breaks and no on fixes it, even their "forgot password" feature is broken and fails to work. Please bring back LHI!

It was my first visit QTC and it the staff exceeded my expectations from the time they called me for an appointment to my visit to the office, they were very professional. I received outstanding treatment, I can only say good thing about the staff.
Very professional staff and efficient went very smooth VA should be proud to work with them thanks Sincerely Mark Burton
