Global Partners Poor Customer Service

I work at the exit 18 truck stop where they've allowed someone with the worst customer service to become an asm and everytime I politely ask something of her she snaps at me and yells at me. She's rude to not only me but customers too. I've gotten so many complaints about her attitude and her being rude and snarky to people. I don't understand why we would allow someone who treats everyone with such disrespect become an assistant manager.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate if someone would actually talk to Theresa about how she speaks to people. I've asked my manager to and he has done nothing to help.

Global Partners Continued refusal to refund money for vehicle unit they did not deliver

On 24th March 2020, I paid EURO 26,500 to Global Partners Co. Ltd, Japan, represented by the Director Mr. Kazuki Morisawa of mobile +[protected] (email - [protected]@globalpartnersjp.com) for a diesel Land Cruiser Prado that was indicated in the proforma invoice Mr. Morisawa sent to me. I discovered the vehicle was a petrol engine and rejected it on 15th April 2020. Options offered by the company through Mr. Morisawa were not acceptable to me after I discovered that the company understated the millage. I identified several vehicles and requested Mr. Morisawa to arrange shipment which he declined. Despite my many appeals to Mr. Morisawa to refund my money since he never delivered the vehicle he has declined to refund my money. I am convinced that the intention of Global Partners Co. Ltd. is to unlawfully keep the money despite failing to deliver the vehicle as they have ignored my many appeals for a refund.

I seek your intervention to persuade the company to refund my money. I have all the documentation to support my claim.

Desired outcome: That the company will do the noble thing to refund the money since they failed to deliver the vehicle.

Global Partners Non refund of refund after failed shipment of toyota land cruiser prado

Following my an enquiry to Japanese Car Trade (JCT) for a vehicle. I was contacted by Mr. Kazuki Morisawa (+[protected]) of Global Partners Co. Ltd. Mr. Morisawa issued me a proforma invoice for a black 2013 Diesel Toyota Land Cruiser Prado on the 24/03/2020. I made full payment of EURO 26,500 (equivalent to US$ 29,000 at the time) to Global Partners Co. Ltd on the same day only to later discover that the vehicle unit had a Petrol engine and not diesel as stated by Mr. Kazuki in the Proformer invoice. Since I wanted a diesel engine, I rejected the vehicle on 15/04/2020. After that Mr. Morisawa started ignoring my communication. Months later I rejected two options offered by Global Partners Ltd upon discovering that they were understating the mileage. As advised by Global Partners, I went ahead to identify several alternative units but they complete refused to ship any of them.

I have complained to JCT on several occasions to no avail. Mid-2020, I tried to approach the Japanese Embassy in Nairobi but they too declined to see me or even listen to my complaint. I have also complained to the Kenya Embassy in Japan, seeking a refund but Mr. Morisawa has declined to refund my money. He insisted that I identify yet another unit which I rejected because previously I identified several vehicle units which he promised to ship but never did, including the last one that was to be shipped in July 2021 (one year from now).

Global Partners failed to ship the vehicle unit and have also refused to refund my money. It is now 2.25 years since I made payment. I would be most grateful if you could assist me to recover my money from Global Partners. I am happy to furnish you with any facts that you may require to facilitate my request.
