Belt
I spent hours trying to figure out what size of belt to order because the sizing chart is so confusing. I ended up ordering a belt and the size is too small. I paid 20$ in duties + 10$ shipping. I asked to exchange the belt for a different size and they refused to do an exchange for me telling me I will be charged another 10$ to send the belt back. Then I would have to order the belt again and I would be charged $20 duties + $10 shipping AGAIN. Essentially, they are trying to charge me 70$ in extra fees just to exchange an item. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company. I would recommend never buying anything from this company. They don’t do anything to help their customers. I was going to purchase a purse from here in the future but I am never going to be ordering from this company again and I suggest you don’t eithe

*** AVOID this store and their greedy salespeople at all costs. F*ck U Diesel! They would not accept a return of cheap low quality $600 sneakers I brought from the previous day even with receipts, until I threatened to never ever buy from Diesel ever again. INFURUATING! Better service and customer-oriented policies at Guess, Prada, LV, Boss, Armani, Versace, and Gucci. Get better value and quality ELSEWHERE. This store sells [censored]. Levi's is a million times better.
This sales clerk even tries to avoid honouring their own return return policy at this store. Diesel is not to be trusted! I am filing a lawsuit next week.

Additional information which I explained to them: I am 54 and old and tired, and wanted to help my young, 25 year old friend with clothes because he is extremely poor and lives in a favella slum in Peru. The first salesperson from the day before seduced my friend into desiring these sneakers. I was unaware of the cost because I am Canadian, but I paid because they strongly enticed my friend who is poor and mesmerized. they took advantage of him
. I could not even convert BRL to Canadian dollars because I was so tired. After I found out the cost when the credit card company concerted it to Canadian currency and realized that if my friend wore those sneakers which DID NOT EVEN FIT HIM PROPERLY, he would be assaulted and robbed because that has happened to him before for his phone. Even explaining this situation, the greedy sales clerk refused to refund despite their stated refund policy. THIS IS THE ETHICS and INTEGRITY of DIESEL. They do NOT care about you as a person. They want your money. They do not care if the shoes fit, or if you get attacked, or if you are poor.

I went for a shirt purchase to Diesel store, on 21/01/2022, for my little brother.
This store is located in the Oliver Plunkett Store, Cork, Ireland.
There were THREE people in the men's section and none of them came for help. They ignored the moment I walked in and tended to be that way.
When I went to pay the bill, the girl behind the counter was so rude and impolite. Her name was Patricia (think that's the name, heard her colleagues calling out to her). This type of behaviour is what makes me think to go a second time and I love Diesel products.
Instead of chatting with their friends, they could have atleast taken an effort to help the customers.

Bad behaviour of the staff in Delhi
Hi, I had gone at promenade mall to diesel, to buy couple of things from diesel.. we really love the styles of diesel & we appreciate it a lot. We cherish all our diesel products.
My husband wanted to buy a green track suit that came on sale, but I said it wasn't looking that well on him plus it's not that great in terms of what diesel stylises. The moment I said that an internee which hardly had an experience of 6months said to me you don't know how diesel styles then.. I felt so wrong saying that to me, to the customer who buys like insane from a brand which is so personal to me. I shouted the hell out of her.. then the manager said so rudely to me too. I said please make sure your employees doesn't say all that to any customers. It's very rude.
I would request the team diesel to appoint better team rather then just having uneducated unemployed people! And last but not the least she never apologised!
Dress return
I returned a brand new dress with tag and never wear it! I received an email that : Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a return for the item as this did not pass our quality control inspection due to the shoes being dirty, with no tags and with odor."

When I try to reach out someone about this email the lady who didn`t have any clue about what I`m talking told me that maybe it was a "typo" in the email and probably wasn`t the shoes and was the dress.
I call the "custom service 3 times and they assure me a supervisor will contact me . Still waiting.
From the past year during this pandemic most of my stuff been ordered online. I never had any problem with any company /brand or online store.

The horribly worst customer service ever in my life.
* May 29th, 2019: ordered three items from diesel online.
* June 17th, 2019: returned two items (Two bracelets and never wore so they have perfectly the same condition with labels and everything themselves when I received.)
* June 20th, 2019: Diesel received my return items.
* July 5th, 2019: Refunded for only one item of two items since I returned 18days ago and since they received the return 15days ago.
(Due to their refund policy : 7-14days)
** BUT! They didn't refund another item and no response at all.
** As of Today, July 17th : "No Response, No Refund"
Since July 5th I emailed them, called them lots of times and even spoke with two supervisor who named RENATE QUINCY a week ago who didn't respond to me at all even though she promised to email me till July 16th, yesterday and another supervisor ANNA D. Today who refused to provide her full name for her protection for what? Instead of any efforts to resolving with this issue. And plus multiple numbers of the other representatives.
** I emailed them five times but they only replied once which has no solution at all. (just said they would go in process and contact me) **
** They said they contacted to the warehouse to find out about this issue but haven't got any update and following from the warehouse yet AND IT HAS BEEN ALREADY MANY DAYS PASSED. —>

1) They didn't even reply to my multiple times of emails.
(Then what purpose of the existence for customer service?)
2) They don't provide any information basically and responsibly but staying shady.
3) They never keep promise what they said to me and did a lie such as they would contact me within a few days but they never did never once.
4) It's been delaying or whatever for the refund : They don't provide the time frame how long it will take and how it will work, They just keep saying NOTHING without any basic responsibility and appropriated.
5) Regarding with this issue, they wasted my times and they got me the worst unbelievable experience ever which I never forget.

I promptly returned the top via the collect plus service that they advise but a month later and 2 phone calls in I still haven't received my refund, they keep asking me to fill in additional forms for their warehouse! Diesel jean belther (Regular slim-tapered)
I am a devoted jean collector. I had purchased this Diesel Belther pair of jean (over $300 dollars) for it to rip (around the crotch) only after 6 wears.
It seems to be impossible to reach a real customer representative and not an automated email. There is no customer support number and the stores refuse to give a refund, a new pair replacement or at least a good discount for a new pair.
They lost and avid jean collector, no more Diesel jeans for me.
100% scam website!
I have purchased a pair of jeans for $60 from DieselAdidas website and thought that it was a company based in UK. When I paid I saw that payment went to China! That moment I understood that something was not right and I tried to contact customer service to cancel my order. No one replied no matter how hard I've tried to reach them.
About two weeks later they charged me again! I called my bank and blocked DieselAdidas.
They took my money and I never received my order!

Diesel jeans bad quality
I bought a Diesel jeans and after 6 months is already ripping off because the fabric is turning into lint. I have had several problems with Diesel jeans before for other reasons as for example the seam was very weak and would tear off. I like very much the way the jeans fit but I'm giving up because of the bad quality.

Poor product quality and poor customer service
I purchased a $120 t-shirt from Diesel. After washing it one time, the color came off the leather tag on the back of the shirt and stained the t-shirt pretty bad (it was much worse before the pictures). I went to the Diesel store a few times on Tara Rd in Juhu beach, in Mumbai, India, and spoke to a main manger - XENIA, then other managers - Zia, Sameera, & Ankor. They kept saying they would talk to other managers and get back to me, but they never did. Then they just avoided me altogether. I called quite a few times but they were NEVER in. How pathetic that Diesel is TOO CHEAP TO EXCHANGE A SHIRT THAT WAS RUINED BY PRODUCT DESIGN FAULT. I don't buy Diesel anymore. It's so sad that these huge corporations that make hundreds of millions or billions of dollars, can't exchange a singe shirt. Does Diesel give a damn about this? Customer service in India is SO TERRIBLE! But it seems that Diesel has pretty bad customer service in many places.

Poor Quality
I have been using Diesel Jeans for the past 15 Years. Historically, Diesel has been designed of the best quality and I have never had an issue however I have noticed over the past 5 years that every I have purchased has been getting torn around the crotch area and the mileage of a pair of Jeans is less than a year. Even for the Successful Living buying such an expensive pair of Jeans with a life span of just a few months is undoubtedly Only For The Brave. Rude customer service, rip off
Used to be an avid Diesel Jeans collector. Have 4 pairs, when I went to the flagship shop in NYC- I was turned away after showing them a pair that had literally disintegrated in every way. Bad quality control is the only way to describe this experience, ending with being dismissed like I don't have a valid complaint.
I emailed corporate headquarters and customer service three times - only to be ignored. Never buy their [censored], especially their overpriced denim that can be found better quality as a knock off on Canal Street. These people are thieves and have lost a devoted customer. They SUCK!
I have refunded a jacket worth £295, on line it shows that they have received it but they are not doing the refund. Furthermore once returned the first jacket I bought another one on line from Diesel worth £490. Once received I decided to return it because the collar was to tight on the neck. Both items have been returned to Diesel and it shows on line that Diesel has received but they say, we have not received it and they are not doing the refund. So in total £800, Diesel is not refunding my money. Can anyone help please? Any suggestions?
I spent £37k+ on a Diesel kitchen. Months after installation started, it remains incomplete, unsatisfactory and potentially dangerous. I've been unable to contact anyone other than the Diesel on-line customer services team and so far no response has been elicited. Their re-sellers are now threatening to sue me for the outstanding 5% and refusing to discuss the many issues until I do so (contrary to their own Ts&Cs). Does Diesel not value the Brand in which I placed so much trust?
I went on to the diesel online store for the UK region, I looked at a sweater, K-Leppard, I wanted the jumper it was £80.00 on the UK site. I switched regions to Germany as this is where I wanted it delivered, the price WENT UP TO 180 euros. That is 105 euros more for the privilege of switching regions.
I then called customer services in Germany and spoke to a call centre junior called MINTY, he told me in the usual arrogant diesel tone that, this was just the way it was and that although I was on the same diesel website the fact that there was such a massive price difference was 'just the way it is'.
He started quoting some half-arsed milk analogy (if i bought a pint of milk in one country, I couldn't expect to pay the same price for it in another country!) What bull***! If I went to a specific milk company in one country and ordered a pint of milk from that company I would expect to pay the same price, plus the cost of shipping and any exchange rate variance, this guy Minty, or Skinty was just a complete ###.
I then called up customer services for the UK, and guests what they were in the same office working for the same website not two completely different companies operating from one website for my convenience, I told Skinty or Minty or whatever she was called that I would never shop with Diesel again and I won't.
They are the rudest most arrogant people I have ever talked to, to Quote, 'it is what it is', well I personally will leave it, I ended up telling Minty to F** off.
And I was glad to to do it ... this sweater was hundreds of euros by the way

Never Again
I brought mine on line bootleg size 38, they lasted 12 weeks (2 pairs) and have worn through on the inside crotch. This is the fourth pair I have brought in two years they have really dropped the ball. They used to be about quality ..not anymore. I was lucky Amazon refunded me the whole lot. I will not by Diesel again they have lost me for good. My old pairs lasted 5 years the near pairs are thing and crap.
I have worked for a major retail store that partnered closely with Diesel and I have been a fan of their clothing and shoes for nearly two decades. I was given three pairs of shoes as a gift, though, I only liked one of them. The person that gave me the shoes has been hospitalized since Christmas so I haven't had access to a receipt. When I contacted customer service, I was told that I was beyond the 30-day mark for returns or exchanges. I was also told that there was nothing that could be done, but finished the conversation by thanking me for being a customer.
I will never buy an item from Diesel again.
I cannot even begin to imagine how much money I have given to this company through the purchase of their goods- it makes me sick. I have worked in customer service for the majority of my life, and while experiences such as this one are rare, they do happen. I doubt Diesel will miss my money but I would feel much better giving it to a company that cares about its' customers more than the bottom line.
I would like to concur with all the complains again Diesel, especially with the complain above regarding the online store.
I recently ordered a jacket from the diesel online store in size XS, they sent me size M. Obviously I returned the item to them. They received the item on 7th January but I have yet to see the funds be credited back to my account, and I have no communication from them as to whether it is being processed.
I sent them an email on Monday 14th, no reply, sent another one on Thursday, no reply. The jacket was £210! I personally find it shocking service. They obviously have no qualms about taking money from you, but if you expect to see yourself get refunded after they themselves sent you the wrong item, you'll be waiting for a long time. I've never had this issue with other online stores. It's very safe to say that I will no longer be ordering anything from them again. (Plus, seeing the jacket, it wasn't worth £210).
I bought a pair of jeans from diesel store in west field.
I used it for couple hours and it was too small especially between my legs and it hurt me.

I went to Kensington branch to change it and the manager refused to change it saying in a very carless way it is in unsalable condition which is not true
I went after to west field branch and they checked it and changed it at once.

To whom may concerned, I was trying to purchase a product on diesel online store directly since I can't find it in the store so I have no other choice. I placed my order on July 23rd, 2009 and got an confirmation email back right after that telling me my order is placed successfully. I chose the standard shipping to save money so I just waited for a week until last Friday I still received nothing. Therefore, I went to their web site on the function to track my order status but it is not helpful at all. On that section, it just gives me a brief summary of my order (sort of breakdown on the cost of product, tax, shipping). It doesn't tell me what is going on of my order. Then, I sent an email to the customer service of Diesel online store to check. They are telling me my order is in pending status due to the payment of my debit card. But I am sure I have enough amount, and I just used the same credit on Monday (July 27th)on Virgina America web site for air ticket it goes through without any problem. I don't understand how come the Diesel Online store claimed it is in pending. They requested me to provide two things in order to take action on my order. 1) To provide them transaction authorization code from my bank. 2) To scan them copy of my debit card front and back. First, I contacted my bank right away regarding to this. But what I get replied is surprising me. The banker told me their store never request to charge from my account. It shows no record on their side. If there is no request how could I get any transaction the store request? Second, they has no right to request me to provide them a copy of my debit card. I never hear about I need to provide merchandise band card copy in order to complete a purchase. I pay it off right away from my checking account I am not in an installment plan or something. I really don't feel comfortable for that. I waited for a week but no one from the Diesel Online Store inform about me my order status is on hold or what's happening to it. I gave them every my contact information telephone number and email address. I think the Diesel Online Store service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. It is a gift for my friend not for myself. I waited for a week planning to give my friend a surprise. Now this whole thing made me miss the important day. They even said I have to do either of two or my order will get cancel. I even have copy of their email of reply to me if is needed. I tried to contact the customer service by phone today to file a complaint. But what I get back is they refer me to payment center.
