I was a patient back in 2017 I had gotten dentures, and when I received my full new set with the implants weren't the right ones as they had told me in the 1st initial meeting, I was so over charged I paid 30,000 dollars. There were a few dental assists that treated and talked me so nasty and the receptionist (Tracy) was so nasty 5 years ago, I see nothing has changed because when I called yesterday to get my tooth fixed and as soon as the receptionist (Tracy) she was nice at 1st then as soon as she heard my name she flipped like a switch and became very aggressive and I talked over me never wanted to hear what I was asking for, To see if I could get and appointment to fix my tooth and she said they didn't have the color and the denture tech didn't have time to fix my tooth. Tracy became very aggressive on phone yelling told me that if I didn't like it to call cooperate and complain to them! They won't do anything about it. My question who else is she treating like this?
There were no annual reminders for any checkup, anywhere else there would of been. And they never told me at the time that I had to have these yearly checkups, they sent me out the door with no information, Now they are tell me I have to have money upfront to have new x-rays for my implants n to have a check up. Money I don't have and they wont take my insurance.
Funny thing is the Doctor is the nicest Doctor but some of his staff are just rude and mean. This happened in Mason City, IA (on the phone)
I honestly wish I would have looked further into this company before I came here to get my dentures.
They have false advertising
So how does one get in on this lawsuit? Please provide me with this information
