McDonald's

Went to the McDonalds near us on 4/12/2023 at o8:24 pm, store # 26729 located at 5935 S. Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227 and was severly disappointed. Went through the drive through, placed an order for 2 Quarter Pounders with cheese and one regular fry. After paying, I was asked to pull up with no information as to how long or why. I waited over 12 minutes and had to go in myself to get my order, which was ready, the employee FAILED to bring it out. The employee I interacted with was very RUDE and not customer oriented and still took close to an addtional 5 minutes. The quality of the food was not good either. It tasted like "old grease" in fryers and the quarter pounders were equally as bad. I called 3 times to ask about the order but the store failed to answer which is why I went in to find out what was going on.

On 4/13 at appx 1:45 pm, I called the store to speak with a manager. The young lady that answered, was not only rude but extremely not helpful. She refused to give me a name for reference and said if I wanted the District Managers number I would have to come in.

We have been going to this McDonalds since the 1980s and have never been treated like this nor had the foul tasting food either. I will not be back nor any other member of my family
